From the very beginning, the staff ^^Earnest^^made me feel welcome. They were always kind, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions throughout the leasing process. Even when there were a few unexpected issues, the management team kept me updated and worked hard to resolve everything as quickly as possible. What impressed me the most was how much they genuinely care about their residents. The team is professional, responsive, and always ready to help. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a safe, comfortable atmosphere. Moving to a new place can be stressful, but the staff made the entire experience much easier. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and dedication. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place where the management really cares about its residents. read more

They refused in a change in parking spots, I had an emergency AC leak and they lied about me being called and refuse to provide which number they contacted and what date and time they called. Then accused me of not answering their alleged 7 calls and I have ZERO in my phone. I asked for the time and number they called and they refuse to provide anything. They have refused to take any accountability for any corrective action for safety issues and concerns. There has been people banging on doors and screaming obscenities and they are not addressing the issue and are saying "you can terminate your lease if you feel unsafe" Courtesy patrol didn't answer so they said to contact LAPD, which has been called before. They try to mark it as isolated incidents even when it has occurred on multiple occasions DO NOT MOVE HERE - IT IS UNSAFE ALSO THEIR RESPONSES ARE USELESS - they don't accept emails by unknown senders !! Tried to email them with the email provided and it's undeliverable Once again showing you cannot reach them this place is such a joke. Update: My email apparently got redirected to management who dismissed previous issues. It's an endless loop. It's ridiculous. Their tone seems to show annoyance with my reports and I'd rather discuss matters with someone else. read more

4-Month Review My husband and I were so excited to move into this apartment complex back in March. We were the very first tenants in Building C, and I remember thinking it was good luck. The apartment itself is spacious, the main entrance is beautiful, and the amenities looked incredible. Unfortunately, the reality of living here has been very disappointing. For a property that has such strict qualification requirements including requiring applicants to make well over $10,000 per month you would expect a luxury living experience and neighbors who respect the community. That has not been our experience. Here are some of the ongoing issues we've dealt with: * People smoke marijuana throughout the property, including common areas, the pool, and BBQ areas. * Many dog owners don't pick up after their pets. * Tenants regularly leave trash outside their apartment doors. * Fire alarms frequently go off in the middle of the night (1:00, 2:00, even 3:00 a.m.), whether due to malfunctions or people smoking near the sensors. It's become incredibly disruptive. The building is also completely keyless. While the technology sounds great in theory, it's terrible when it fails. I've been locked out of my own apartment three different times because the app wouldn't work. When you call the leasing office for help, they rarely have a solution or are able to resolve the issue quickly. To make matters worse, our air conditioning stopped working in what's supposed to be a brand-new building. We submitted a maintenance request, and after two weeks, it still hasn't been fixed. It's frustrating because this property markets itself as a luxury apartment community and sets such high standards for prospective tenants, yet it fails to deliver that same standard once you've moved in. The apartments are beautiful, but management, maintenance, building operations, and the overall resident experience simply don't match the premium price. If you're considering moving here, I would encourage you to look beyond the beautiful model units and amenities and ask current residents about their day-to-day experience first. read more

I have been living at Ferrante Apartments for about four months, and unfortunately, after my experience today, I feel the need to share my concerns. Today was my birthday, and I had family come over for a small birthday lunch. There were around 10 of us total, including four people who live in my apartment. I have previously seen residents gather in the lobby to watch World Cup games, have friends and family over, celebrate small birthdays by the pool, and have get-togethers on the rooftop without what appeared to be reservations. Today, however, management approached me in front of my guests and told me that I needed to reserve the space and pay $750 to have my birthday lunch there. I understand that apartment communities have policies regarding amenities and gatherings, and I am willing to follow clearly communicated rules. What upset me was the way the situation was handled. Being confronted in front of my family on my birthday felt embarrassing, rude, and unprofessional. I wish management had handled the situation more respectfully and privately. Residents pay significant rent to live here and have access to the amenities, so I believe policies regarding guests, gatherings, reservations, and fees should be clearly communicated and applied consistently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community to someone with a larger family who expects to occasionally have relatives visit or gather together. I have also had ongoing issues with the building's mobile access system. The app used to open the doors and access the elevators does not always work properly, yet residents depend on it to get almost everywhere in the building. I previously contacted management requesting a physical key fob because I have a young daughter with autism and explained that reliable and quick access is important for her safety. Unfortunately, I have not received a response addressing my request. There are also cleanliness concerns. I have seen residents leave trash outside instead of properly disposing of it, and I have experienced issues with roaches as well as seeing rats around the loading dock area. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated today. Instead of being able to enjoy my birthday with my family, I was left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable in the place I pay to call home. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, communicates amenity policies clearly and consistently, addresses the building access issues, and treats residents with greater professionalism and respect. read more

I want to give a huge thank you to Alizah Sanchez at Ferrante Apartments. She was absolutely amazing and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. I had lost an important item and was extremely worried. Alizah immediately took the situation seriously, started making calls, checking what happened, communicating with the right people, and doing everything she could to help me find it. She didn't just say, "We'll look into it" -- she actually followed through, stayed involved, and helped get the issue resolved quickly. What impressed me most was not only her professionalism, but the way she treated me as a person. She was kind, patient, understanding, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job and when someone truly puts their heart into helping people -- Alizah is definitely the second kind. She represents Ferrante Apartments and GHP Management at the highest level. People like her are the reason residents feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you so much, Alizah, for your time, your effort, your kindness, and for going above and beyond. Absolutely outstanding service -- 10/10. Highly recommended! read more

From the very beginning, Mr. Earnest Samson was incredibly kind, professional, accommodating and helpful. He made my entire moving process smooth, easy and stress-free. Everything was handled perfectly. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous and Ms. Alizah from the RSO team was also amazing. They are always willing to help, answer questions and truly do their best to make residents feel comfortable and satisfied. The building has all the amenities and perks for comfortable living, everything is brand new, modern and beautifully maintained. It honestly feels too good to be true and I'm very happy and grateful that I found this place. Huge shoutout to Mr. Earnest for all of his hard work and dedication read more

We're finally leaving The Ferrante tomorrow after two years, and honestly the last year has been miserable. The first year was manageable, but things noticeably declined once management became more focused on keeping the building full than actually maintaining any standard for the property or the people living here. The building itself is poorly maintained considering the prices they charge. Trash piles up, elevators and common areas are dirty, and management either ignores complaints or responds with copy-paste corporate replies that lead nowhere. Most interactions with staff feel dismissive unless they're trying to collect another fee. The amenities are constantly closed, broken, dirty, or under "maintenance." Fire alarms go off at random hours, including late at night, and security feels practically nonexistent. Packages go missing, random people get into the building and garage, and the overall environment has gotten noticeably worse over time. The rent was barely worth it when we first moved in because at least they offered free parking, but now they're taking that away while raising prices at the same time. Paying more to get less seems to be the entire business model here now. The biggest joke is that they market this place as "luxury living" while residents constantly deal with flooding issues, broken amenities, parking problems, noise, safety concerns, and management that seems more interested in protecting the building's image than actually fixing anything. And based on both our experience and the number of similar reviews here, we're already expecting them to try finding excuses to keep part of our security deposit after move-out. For the amount of money they charge, this place should be significantly better managed than it is. Would absolutely not renew and would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, well-run apartment in LA. read more

Unfortunately, my experience living here has been extremely disappointing. There are several ongoing issues that management has failed to properly address, and the lack of communication from management is one of the biggest problems. Management is terrible when it comes to communication. Calls and emails frequently go unanswered, making it extremely difficult for residents to get help or have their concerns addressed. Management also does not consistently notify tenants when policies or rules change. Residents should not have to find out about new rules after the fact or be expected to follow policies that were never properly communicated. The security situation is also extremely concerning. This is a keyless apartment complex, yet the door access app does not work reliably on certain doors throughout the property. Residents should be able to depend on their access system to work properly and consistently. It is frustrating and concerning when you cannot access certain areas of your own building because the app or door system is not functioning. On top of that, packages are stolen from the mail room and from the area outside the Amazon lockers, and there have also been incidents of cars being broken into. With all of these issues, the security provided by the property does not make residents feel safe or protected. I have also had a very negative experience with a security guard named Danny Baker, who was rude and disrespectful toward my guests. I understand that security has rules and responsibilities to enforce, but residents and their guests should still be treated with professionalism and respect. Another major issue is the fire alarm system. I work a graveyard shift, so I sleep during the day, and the fire alarms go off randomly and frequently throughout the daytime without any notice. It happens so often that tenants no longer take the alarms seriously or believe there is an actual emergency. Some residents do not even evacuate when the alarm goes off anymore, which is extremely concerning. A fire alarm should always be taken seriously, and management needs to investigate why this continues to happen and resolve the issue. There is also an ongoing cleanliness issue with pets. Residents allow their pets to use the restroom in the hallways and elevators and do not clean up after them. This is unpleasant and unsanitary for everyone who lives here. There needs to be better enforcement of the property's pet policies and accountability for residents who do not clean up after their animals. Overall, between the poor communication from management, unreliable keyless entry system, ineffective security, package theft, vehicle break-ins, repeated fire alarms, cleanliness issues, and lack of communication about changing policies and rules, the quality of living here has been very disappointing. For the amount of rent residents pay, I expected a much safer, cleaner, better-managed, and more respectful living environment. Management needs to start listening to residents, responding to calls and emails, communicating important changes, fixing the access system, and taking these concerns seriously. read more

Ferrante Apartments - Apartments Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Made a fake yelp account since I currently live here. I have lived year for a couple of years and still ongoing, but will leave once my lease ends. 1. If you work night shift, DO NOT COME HERE. I work nights and the fire alarms going off in the day make it hard to sleep. 2. The walls are thin. Like paper thin. The neighbors above me stomp so loud... so I literally hear everything. I can hear my side neighbors, but it's not as bad as the people above me. This is the biggest factor that makes me want to leave as I am sensitive to noise. 3.Appliances. Day 1 of moving here the microwave was already broken. Luckily, that was replaced the same day. However, my stove started breaking down, which I have asked multiple times if they can come fix it. Ended up fixing it myself since they never came. Even the fridge breaks down every now and then, and they haven't even fixed that either. 4. Packages. It helps when the package is delivered to the Amazon. But sometimes, the delivery men leave it out in the open. Because of this packages are stolen. I've had a couple of packages stolen because they did not deliver in an Amazon locker and left it out in the open. 5.People don't give af here. Someone rode their electric scooter at full speed in the HALLWAY. There's other things that need improvement, but these things stood out to me the most. The only nice amenity is the gym. Otherwise, lots of them are closed d/t flood or malfunctions. So don't expect a working movie theatre or an open basketball court all the time. read more

Ferrante is a beautiful, well maintained building and truly a great place to live. The common areas are always clean, the amenities are wonderful, and the overall atmosphere feels secure and welcoming. Recently, there have been fire alarm tests, but management thankfully is communicative by sending emails, posting notices on apartment doors, and placing reminders in the elevators and I appreciate that type of organization. It's refreshing to live in a community where management is transparent, organized, and genuinely attentive. I highly recommend Ferrante to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home in Los Angeles. read more

The fire alarms go off consistently in the middle of the night. I do not advise to stay here if you have kids because there have been numerous times where the fire alarms go off in the night for no reason. The most recent time is tonight 4/23 going off at 09:52 pm for no reason. packages are unsecure and I've had several packages stolen. I've reported to management with nothing done. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE - WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN LA I have lived at Ferrante the first day it opened Nov 2022, and it has been the worst of the worst. Everything written in the negative reviews is true--this place is HELL 1. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT * Management is absolutely terrible and never responds to calls or emails, no matter how many times you reach out. * They have changed management multiple times, and with every change, it just gets worse. * My assigned parking spot was given away even though it was on my lease and agreed upon when I first moved in. -Asian maintenance manager was a weirdo it was giving I'm jealous that a young girl can afford to pay 3k rent and he's stuck having to "work" when he wasn't doing shit but policing the wrong things!! Bothering people that were minding their business. 2. DIRTY, NOISY, AND UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS * The neighbors are sketchy, miserable haters--malicious, dirty, and noisy. -packages constantly being stolen * Dogs pee and poop everywhere--in the halls, elevators, and even in front of people's doors. Owners don't clean up, and management will blame YOU for it even if you don't own a dog. - residents leave trash outside of trash chute instead of putting it inside the trash chute * Amenities are filthy, overcrowded, and always closed down for some reason. Half the people using them don't even live here. 3. CONSTANT FIRE ALARMS & DISTURBANCES * Fire alarms go off all day and night, supposedly because people are smoking or "overcooking" food--especially at 12-5 AM. * The residents here are aggressive and miserable--probably because they can't afford the rent. Some guy called me slurs over the elevator door almost closing on him. 4. SECURITY IS USELESS * People who don't live here get in all the time by following cars through the garage. Security does nothing. * Security has called me saying someone is here to see me--but I have no idea who they are. How do random people have my information? * Meanwhile, when my Uber Eats or groceries arrive, security refuses to let them up. Make it make sense. * Instead of doing their jobs, security just sits there watching Netflix or talking on the phone with Cindy Lou. 5. GARAGE & PARKING ISSUES - EXTREMELY UNSAFE * People drive dangerously fast in the garage, almost hitting pedestrians and parked cars. * There are no blind spot mirrors, making sharp turns even more dangerous. * No cell signal in the garage, meaning if you have an emergency, you cannot call for help. 6. LOCKED STAIRWAYS - MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD * All stairways are locked, making it impossible to escape in an emergency. * You can't even enter from the street--the Latch app says it's disabled. * The only 1 elevator takes 5-10 minutes to arrive because everyone is using it, especially during rush hours. 7. CRIME & SKETCHY RESIDENTS * Cars have been stolen, packages have been stolen, and someone slashed multiple neighbors tires. * They are moving in psychos, felons, and thieves who are loud, aggressive, and disrespectful. * A crazy resident had an angry meltdown in the elevator and got aggressive because the door closed on him--it was caught on camera in elevator 8, but management did nothing. 8. FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS * The only reason they have 5-star reviews is because they force you to leave one to get approved for your application. BOTTOM LINE: SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS This place is overpriced, unsafe, and poorly managed. If you're thinking of moving here, DON'T. It is not worth the money, frustration, or risk to your safety. read more

I just wanted to reply to the comment from the apartment manager. First, I always check the Amazon locker area and the mailroom before going to the office to pick up any packages. The packages I had issues with clearly showed that they were "directly handed to the office." Second, my wife went to the office last week to pick up two packages. The same guy I mentioned in my first review was there, and he only gave her one package. She assumed both items were in the same box, so she left the office and opened it right away--then realized one package was missing again. She went back to the office and saw another lady working there. When she asked her to check again, guess what? She found the missing package. I'm just curious--can you really blame the carriers in this situation as well? read more

Do not move to Ferrante Apartments. I say that as a current resident who deeply regrets signing a lease here and is seriously considering paying expensive lease-break fees just to escape this place early. That is how bad the living experience has become. This property markets itself as luxury apartments, but the actual resident experience is chaotic, poorly managed, noisy, dirty, and increasingly unsafe. Management constantly sends warning emails and elevator notices about resident behavior, parking, guests, balconies, safety, and amenities, yet almost nothing changes because there appears to be little to no meaningful enforcement. The most alarming issue is the constant fire alarms. Alarms with flashing lights and loud sirens happen so frequently that residents have become completely desensitized. Most people no longer leave their apartments when alarms go off because false alarms and unexplained activations happen so often. Management rarely to never provides advance notice and, when communication does happen, it is usually after the fact via emails (if lucky), if communication is sent at all. There are no live announcements explaining whether alarms are tests, false alarms, or actual emergencies. This has created an extremely dangerous environment where residents are conditioned to ignore alarms entirely. If there were ever a real emergency, I honestly question whether people would evacuate. The property also feels increasingly out of control socially. Residents and non-residents regularly overcrowd the amenities, especially on weekends and holidays. The roundabout area turns into a nightly hangout spot. Loud gatherings and parties in units and balconies continue deep into the night and sometimes into the next morning. Kids scream and run through hallways throughout the day. The building no longer feels peaceful, secure, or professionally managed. Residents also openly use balconies and parking spaces as personal storage units despite repeated notices from management. It is common to see clothes, clutter, boxes, random household items, coolers, carts, furniture, car chemicals, and other belongings piled onto balconies and into parking spaces. Some balconies look completely trashed. Instead of feeling like a luxury apartment community, the property often feels disorganized, neglected, and cheaply managed. Cleanliness is another major issue. I have repeatedly seen vomit in elevators, hallways, and parking garages. Gym locker rooms are regularly trashed overnight with overflowing garbage, alcohol bottles and cans, and food left behind. Despite the many dog waste stations throughout the property, residents still leave dog feces on sidewalks, stairwells, and even hallway carpets. This includes constant dog urine on floors and neighbors' doors! The garages are terrible. Flooding happens frequently, and residents drive recklessly at unsafe speeds. I have personally almost been hit multiple times while both driving and walking through the garage. There are also not enough blind-corner mirrors to help prevent accidents. Package theft or lost deliveries are common enough that delivery vendors have started questioning my claims because so many packages disappear. Elevators are painfully slow to the point where residents have to build extra time into daily commutes and routines just to get downstairs or back to their units. FOB access points for amenities frequently do not work properly or at all. Management communication is reactive, inconsistent, and often useless. Hot water has been shut off multiple times without advance notice. Residents usually only learn about outages after they already happen, if communication is sent at all. Most communication feels like corporate damage control rather than actual problem-solving. GHP Management has also sent political-style emails and door-delivered notices that feel inappropriate and intrusive for an apartment community. Instead of focusing on resident safety, building operations, or meaningful enforcement, these communications are political propaganda . This adds to the overall frustration and makes the resident experience feel even less safe. The maintenance and housekeeping staff have generally been timely, professional, and kind in my interactions with them. The onsite office staff mostly seem overwhelmed, defeated, and heavily restricted by upper management and corporate policies. Some staff members also come across as intentionally dismissive. Responses to complaints, emails, and online reviews feel templated and empty, with little follow-through or meaningful resolution. At this point, I strongly warn anyone considering Ferrante Apartments to lease somewhere else. The property photographs well online and gives a polished first impression during tours, but living here day-to-day is a completely different experience. I would absolutely not renew my lease, and if I can financially make it work, I plan to leave before my lease even ends. read more

UPDATE: RSO saw my review and didn't like it so the manager and assistant manager decided to harass me with multiple emails trying to defend themselves under the guise of "resolution". In their email, they stated I would be getting a partial refund, but they stated the wrong amount. When I corrected them with the right amount that I was rightfully owed. The manager, Christina, tried to insinuate that I was being greedy because I was trying to nickel and dime them about the correct amount owed to me...? After trying to defend the paywall they put up around guest parking...okay lol. They ignored all of my points regarding my frustrations, didn't answer any of my follow-up questions and proceeded to make it out like I was the aggressor and trying to police my "tone" when they emailed me first solely pertaining to my negative review that I am entitled to make on a public platform. Good riddance. read more

Major Issues With This Property! Flooding & constant facility shutdowns The day I moved in, there was a major flood that shut down the basketball and pickleball courts for months. About a month ago, there was ANOTHER leak, shutting down the courts again. Every time, there are industrial fans everywhere, and no transparency or urgency from management to fix the problem. Rats in the parking garage Recently, I saw multiple rats near resident parking spots in P2. Management brushed it off, blaming construction -- but there's also trash and abandoned personal items everywhere, which they've done nothing about. It's disgusting and dangerous to have vermin running around where residents park their cars. Security & safety concerns A few weeks ago, I saw multiple police cars in the garage. A security guard admitted there's been a homeless problem inside the building, and they even caught a homeless person in one of the jacuzzis in the pool area. The Temple Ave resident entrance gate is always broken, making it easy for non-residents to just walk in. This is a serious safety issue, and management hasn't fixed it. Broken elevators trapping residents There was an incident where residents were trapped inside a broken elevator. Instead of being proactive about maintenance, management just reacts after disasters happen. Unfair & inconsistent towing policies My guest visited for the first time, parked for a few hours, and his car was towed without warning. For an entire year, management would issue warning notices first, but suddenly they decided to start towing without warning. They just rolled out a new paid guest parking policy ($2/hour) effective September 15th, but my guest parked on September 13th, before the new rule, and still got towed. Meanwhile, employees and security staff park in guest parking for free, taking up spaces meant for residents' visitors. When I complained, the assistant manager smugly told me they're "authorized" to do so. So, paying residents have to make their guests pay or risk towing, while employees park for free. Absolutely absurd. Resident services completely dismissive Anytime you bring up an issue, they just refer back to the lease agreement instead of actually addressing the problem. They do NOT care about resident concerns or how their actions are affecting the community. I used to recommend this property to friends and family, but I won't anymore! This building started off nice, but now it's a total mess: Vermin Flooding Unsafe entry points Broken facilities Unfair parking policies I will absolutely not be renewing my lease. If you're thinking about moving here, don't. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. read more

Lived here for over a year and dealing with management has been frustrating. They discriminate between tenants and you can't trust what their staff tell you. Our new fridge has broken twice. Both times they fixed it, but first time they also reimbursed for spoiled food no questions asked. Second time, exact same situation, and they refused reimbursement. When I asked why the different treatment they basically ignored my question. I found out that not even a month before our fridge broke they reimbursed other people for their spoiled food while telling me no. It makes no sense. The worst part is their maintenance team will tell you one thing and then management does something completely different. Apartments are decent quality but the management is unprofessional. They discriminate between tenants instead of treating everyone equally. Don't expect them to stand behind what their own staff tells you. Would look elsewhere if you want reliable management that treats all tenants fairly. read more

Now my car has visible and permanent marks because of this issue. I have already contacted the management directly and am currently waiting for a response. Absolutely terrible experience living here. * There is no cell signal at all in the parking garage and on the first floor - it feels unsafe. * Residence office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. * Our guest's car was towed from guest parking, and we had to pay $600 to get it back. * Getting an extra parking spot is impossible - they simply refuse. * They've been promising EV parking for over 2 months, but nothing happens, and non-EV cars constantly occupy EV spots. * Fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night for no reason. * Amenities are used by people who don't even live here. * Packages keep disappearing, and the residence office doesn't care. We've heard cars get stolen from the parking garage - imagine what that means for packages. For the rent we pay, this is beyond unacceptable. Living here is stressful and unsafe. read more

Hi Karla, Thank you for your response. I appreciate the acknowledgment, but I feel it's important to clarify something: I did file two official police reports, one for the theft of my vehicle and another for an unauthorized entry into my apartment. These were not assumptions--I followed the appropriate legal steps, and I've been trying to work with your team in good faith. While I understand that your management team is not law enforcement, you do control who has access to my unit. I asked specifically for confirmation that none of your staff entered my apartment, and to date, I still have not received a direct answer. That silence adds to my fear and distrust. You say peace of mind is incredibly important to you. If that's true, then please act on it. Releasing me from my lease without penalty is the only meaningful support I've requested. I'm not asking for financial compensation--only the chance to remove myself from an environment that has made me feel unsafe and anxious. I still have six months left on my lease. That's six more months of constant fear. If peace of mind truly matters to your team, please--let me go. Sincerely, Mary Lou read more

My car was stolen from my assigned parking space in our gated garage. It's been four weeks since I requested a more secure parking spot for my new car, yet management refused to make any changes. Before my car was stolen, both my boyfriend's car and mine had already been broken into, with belongings stolen, and now my fully paid-off car is gone. Despite all of this, management still refuses to help by providing a safer parking option. Living here has become traumatic, knowing that thieves are breaking in and stealing property. I'm still forced to park in the same spot, constantly worried that my new car will be taken next. I no longer feel safe here, and management has shown no concern or willingness to help. After everything that's happened, you'd think they would do something--but they don't seem to care at all. I just want to move out at this point. I can't wait to get out of here actually! After everything that's happened, the least they could do is let me leave without facing any penalties for breaking my lease. It's not fair to be stuck in a place where I don't feel safe, especially when management refuses to do anything to help. read more

We rented an apartment here based solely on friends' recommendations. But six months later, I REALLY REGRET IT! The Residence office's attitude is disgusting; they're rude and act as if they own the building. I've decided to complain to the head office about their attitude; they're racist and discriminatory. All the Residence Office managers hate Asians! They only make comments and violate our rights to Asians. If other ethnicities are local, both the security and the managers are afraid to open their mouths. I don't recommend anyone rent an apartment here; the management is terrible, they're picky about everything. read more

Unsafe and Mismanaged -- Regret Moving Here We moved into Ferrante Apartments less than a month ago, and it has already been a stressful and disappointing experience. From delayed repairs to serious safety issues, this place is not worth the high rent. Shortly after moving in, our washing machine broke and a large hole appeared in our wall. It took them more than a week to fix the washer and patch the wall. No communication, no apology -- just silence despite multiple emails and complaints. But the worst part is the lack of security. A man exposed himself near the pool area in front of my wife and two small children. Security only escorted him out -- no police were called. Later, we saw him inside the building again, near the elevator. It was terrifying. We had to find him ourselves and call the police. I have video evidence showing this dangerous individual walking freely around the property. This building is NOT safe for families. The pool and jacuzzi heaters don't work -- the water is freezing. We were promised luxury, but got neglect and danger instead. We're already looking for a new place to live. Do yourself a favor -- avoid this property if you value your family's safety and your peace of mind. read more

Living at Ferrante Apartments has been a constant source of stress and disappointment. What was supposed to be a secure, comfortable home turned out to be a place where tenants are disrespected, threatened, and left vulnerable. Management frequently resorts to intimidation rather than communication. We've been repeatedly threatened with eviction for baseless reasons. On one occasion, we were falsely accused of theft, only for it to later be revealed that other individuals were responsible. Despite this, we never received an apology or any clarification -- just continued pressure and blame. Security at this complex is virtually nonexistent. The guards consistently abandon their posts and fail to monitor who enters the property. Yet when it benefits them, they act as if they own the place, imposing arbitrary rules on residents. One example of the fact that the guards do not sit at their posts and checkpoints: a dark-skinned man, a stranger, entered the complex and frightened people and near the pool he took off his pants and frightened children with his sexual orgone, when the residents kicked him out of the pool he entered the elevator where he is located next to the security post and inside there was a mother with two children and began to frighten them in the same way. As a result of this negligence, strangers regularly enter the complex unchecked. Just recently, a disturbing incident occurred where an unknown Black male entered the premises, wandered around the complex, and behaved threateningly. Most alarmingly, he approached the pool area, near children, and exposed himself in front of them. This horrifying act clearly demonstrates the complete failure of the security system and raises serious concerns for the safety of residents -- especially families with kids. Add to that poorly maintained apartments, malfunctioning appliances, thin walls, and unreliable maintenance response, and you get a living situation that is not only frustrating but potentially dangerous. read more

Unsafe, Discriminatory, and Inhumane Treatment at Ferranto Apartments I'm a single mother of four children, and living at Ferranto Apartments has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The management is disrespectful, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. Just recently, they told me I had only one hour to leave my apartment. They handed me a backdated lease termination and said they didn't care -- I had to leave immediately. I told them I have four children and nowhere to go, and they still said, "We don't care -- go to the street if you have to." This is beyond inhumane. I had already paid my rent for the entire month -- in full and on time -- and they still forced me out. They treat tenants like criminals, constantly watching us through surveillance cameras, but when something serious happens, they do nothing. Two days ago, a homeless man entered the complex, exposed his genitals to children playing at the pool and to a woman in the elevator. Everyone was terrified. There was no security, and the management refused to even call the police, saying there was nothing they could do. They even falsely accused my son of theft based on unclear footage, and although we proved it wasn't him, they used that as another excuse to push us out. Living here feels like living in a prison -- with no safety, no support, and no respect. I strongly warn any families, especially single parents, to stay far away from Ferranto Apartments. They do not care about people -- only control and profit. read more

I found the place on the web, since I contacted online, I received an email from Earnest Samson giving very polite, courteous and professional; offering a tour and any help I needed. I mentioned to him we won't be in LA until Oct, and just before my flight date he follow up again to set up an appointment to view the property. On the day of our appointment he received us with a beautiful smile and all the disposition to help, someone can have. We felt in the right place as we knew he was going above and beyond to assist. Tour was fun, beautiful and the locations are stunning. Security definitely exceeded expectations and so far everyone in the property is friendly. Definitely our highlight goes for Earnest and without a doubt recommend this place to live if you are looking for security and value of the money you pay on rent. So far everything went well! read more

Amazing service! Earnest was very helpful and nice, made the entire move in process very simple and smooth

The alarm system in this building goes off constantly for no reason, at least twice a week, and it always happens while you're sleeping. I've been woken up multiple times, including at 4 a.m., by blaring alarms. It's incredibly disruptive and has taken a serious toll on my sleep and mental health. To make matters worse, management does nothing to resolve the issue. This has been going on for weeks with no end in sight. If you're looking for a quiet place to live, stay far away from this building. Do not move in! read more

Earnest is the most warming and helpful agent I've ever met. beautiful apartment and great vibe here

I just wanted to take some time and express my positive experience with Earnest on the leasing team. This is my first time moving into my own place and he made the experience as smooth and streamlined as possible. He not only went out of his way to answer all my questions, but I could tell he truly cared about me. For anyone who is looking to rent here, I highly recommend requesting to work with Earnest as I'm sure you'll have the same experience that I had. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 09/06/2024 In less than 2 years this place has gone to COMPLETE Sh$T. Their staff and management is a revolving door. They are NOT RELIABLE, they LIE and don't care about the community. The pool in the original building, is completely wild. Absolutely no control. Seems like there's a house party at the pool from people that don't live in the community every l weekend . They allow certain demographics to get away with the everything while other demographics are kicked out for doing the exact same thing. Security allows certain demographics of people to get away with everything at the pool, maybe due to pressure of that demographic of people calling them out for addressing that demographic, ilso security tends to not tread that sticky line. Speaking of security , there would be countless times of really loud arguments where it seemed to be getting physical and went on for hours with no security around to notify police. Several domestic altercations. Cars were always getting broken into. They put unmanned police cars in the garage to try to deter thieves, but that's the older trick in the book. Thieves know that no one is around. Too many gate entrances into a building mean that many more chances of opportunity for thieves. That's how you address that situation. Unless you plan on putting security at every entrance cars will always get broken into. As for the residence of the building... several shady characters.. seems like a lot of "transactions" would be occurring there. Amenities- no issues Maintenance and cleaning ladies - they seemed to be the only ones on point. No complaints there at all. read more

Place is horrible! You can try to reach out to management and they are no where to be found... especially Rebecca. The building is gross there is throw up in the elevators the only reason why this place has good reviews is because Earnest the leasing agent ask for a good review when he hands us the keys...... please stay away from this awfully horrible place the two months free might sound good but it's not worth the alarms and shit everywhere read more
