I politely said no but he wouldn't give up, saying "c'mon the night is young" and "c'mon you know you want another" etc. Dude, I said no multiple times and I just spent $150 (£110) on a solo dinner, do you really think it's a good idea to try to push me into ordering another drink? The other little complaints wouldn't have even registered with me, and this could easily be 4, and maybe 5 stars. But at these prices, I don't expect to be bullied/shamed when trying to pay my check and makes me think the other problems with pacing and size of the pour might be normal here too.

Pomegranates were plentiful and it definitely had some spice to it, which made me forget it was a salad. My favorite dish was short rib soft tacos. I can't describe the flavor, just a lot of wonderful flavor and beautiful short rib meat. I then had Mexican style asparagus. Also great, served on a stick (I am partial to food on a stick). Nicely grilled and with a strong but tasty sauce. Last dish was pisco-glazed smoked paprika ribs. Nice sized portion, tasty ribs. Had to try dessert and that is what put this meal over the top. I had Esfera de Chocolate, described as warm chocolate doughnuts served with dulce de leche ice cream and caramelized pistachios. Incredible.
