The chicken panini is hands down the best panini I've ever had. Perfectly pressed, packed with flavor, and clearly made with care. Not an exaggeration... it's that good. The beer is just as impressive. Great variety, well-crafted, and easy to enjoy whether you're a craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a solid pour. The aioli instead of dressing, thicker slices, etc etc. But wow, did it taste good. It's as if a pastrami Reuben and a sliced smoked brisket sandwich had a love child who inherited the best from each parent. I also tried their salmon gravlax on an 'everything' bagel. This bagel was baked in-house, topped with the cured salmon, cream cheese, tomato, red onion, capers, and a sprig of dill. Rustic, beautiful, and delicious. Definite recommend!
