    Hibiscus sangria

Such a fun and welcoming new spot! This hard water kefir brewery is just minutes from downtown, with plenty of parking and lots of seating -- picnic tables out front and comfy spots inside too. It's super family-friendly and has a relaxed, local vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Their drink menu is awesome -- from refreshing hard kefir flavors to non-alcoholic options and coffee. The sangria kefir water is my favorite -- light, perfectly balanced (not too sour!), and it even makes an amazing base for mimosas. The staff are incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. They didn't hesitate to recommend great local food places nearby and you can tell they really care about the community. Whether you're into trying something new or just want a laid-back place to unwind, this spot is absolutely worth the visit

Came here a couple of weeks ago with my fiance to try their Hard Kefir Water. This is an alcoholic drink that is reported to have health benefits. I recommend looking up Hard Kefir Water so you can see the reported benefits for yourself. We did not have any issue with finding parking when we arrived. The place has a casual feel. It does have a large opening at the front for an open-air feel while being covered. The drawback to this is that there was no ait conditioning. They did have some fans set up. The bartender was friendly and was very responsive when we went to the bar. My fiance and I each got a flight so we could try the different flavors. All the flavors that I tried were tasty. The restrooms were clean. A bonus is that they are air conditioned. For a brief moment, I thought about just drinking in the restrooms. I decided against this. I recommend this place for trying a unique alcohol and the great service.

I was so curious to try hard kefir water and I'm glad we had the chance to come in and try it from this establishment. If you're planning to go while it's hot, keep in mind that they do not have indoor air conditioning at the bar, only the bathrooms are air conditioned. We were fairly comfortable in the shade inside with the big fan going. The beverage itself is effervescent and not sweet at all, which I kind of liked. They do say that a pint is only 100 calories which is nice. We try to flight first and then had a couple of pints of some of our favorites. I really enjoyed the Paloma flavor and the butterfly blossom flavor which was not alcoholic, but very refreshing. I decided to buy the keg to take home some Paloma, which cost $50, the price seemed a bit steep to me, but I'm glad I was able to support a local business. They host Friday Night markets once a month as well as karaoke on Saturdays. I really liked the music that was playing and left with a few more songs for my everyday playlists. I would definitely like to go back and get a refill for my mini keg and try some more flavors.

Nice neighborhood hangout. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly and family friendly. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Definitely coming back. Open weekends. Check calendar for events: night market, karaoke, DJ and more.

Super unique and cool product! "Hard water"...it's refreshing, it's not heavy, it's not too sweet, and it'll definitely do the job. Check this out.

    Good vibes.

Service was prompt, and the ambiance is a funky cross between a bakery and a diner. Parking is easy in their private lot. I first tried their 'Texas Style' pastrami Reuben sandwich. This is smoked pastrami brisket, served with on their house-made marbled rye and topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and garlic aioli. Quite a bit different than a NYC-style sandwich. The aioli instead of dressing, thicker slices, etc etc. But wow, did it taste good. It's as if a pastrami Reuben and a sliced smoked brisket sandwich had a love child who inherited the best from each parent. I also tried their salmon gravlax on an 'everything' bagel. This bagel was baked in-house, topped with the cured salmon, cream cheese, tomato, red onion, capers, and a sprig of dill. Rustic, beautiful, and delicious. Definite recommend! This place scores a 5 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK having a nosh here with Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. I think the reason I didnt "love" the pizza is because its so different with the sourdough base and not what i am used to. I would like to return and try a sandwich or something else on the menu. Service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. My main reason for trying out wild barley was because they have sour beers, it wasnt the best sour beer i have ever had, but i have noticed in Texas the sour beers have a strange taste to them that i cant quite put my finger on. Overall though it was refreshing and cold. my husband really enjoyed the cider. We will be back and i hope after trying something different on the menu to change my review to 5 stars,

You can also order food from Make Ready food hall and eat there which is pretty amazing. They have some snacks you can order as well and once I went when they had a taco vendor as a pop up. So cute! Family friendly and they have a large outdoor space where kids can run around. They do have a cut off time when they become 21 and up. Parking is either on the street or a surface lot close by.

I had the Lox eggs Benedict and in retrospect should have sent it back as it was stone cold! My husband and our friend got the biscuits and gravy and also reported that they were cold - it was also served in a bowl which was a bad idea as the biscuits completely soaked up the gravy and resembled oatmeal by the time it hit the table! We got one meal - waffles and chicken to go and the waffles were inedible- poorly mixed, gritty and so much hot sauce in the mixture that they burned the back of the throat - they had to be trashed ! I love this place but won't return in a hurry for brunch - granted multiple dishes with eggs are hard to time right so we ended up with cold food that did however taste good
