Roof was put on 10/24/2025. Rained 10/29 and the roof leaked causing interior damage. I'm up to three people coming out and checking on the roof, but no repairs to the interior have been made. Well documented and still nothing. Posted a review and finally somebody named Justin called me back assuring me that it would be repaired. There is still no date set to repair the damaged interior ceiling. They were even out today and will not fix the ceiling. The ball was dropped multiple. Only after a negative review did somebody contact me. Still looking at a damaged ceiling and no accountability or appointment being made to fix this problem. Cannot recommend read more

Work was done on my mother-in-law's roof. I have called and left many messages, I've emailed, and I've sent a letter. I have received no response. All I want is an explanation on why the work wasn't covered under the warranty and also an explanation why sealing the antennae cost $495. I have called, emailed, and regualr amil with absolutely no response. Money isn't the issue, I would just like an explanation. Vedry disappointed and would not only not recomment them, but would dissuaade anyhone from using them; at least until I get an explanation. After posting review I received a call and the bill was cancelled. Informed that person taking care of the problem had been out of the office and the bill should never have been sent/. Buyer Beware!!! Ferguson Roofing will gladly take your money. Ferguson Roofing & it's leadership Fails to perform, fails to update you, fails to return calls, fails to complete the terms of their signed contracts & then after 5 months of calling for updates pivots and states they can not & will not perform the work they bid out, have a signed contract & down payment for stating they can't find a crew. You knew the details & scope of work when the bid was discussed & finalized. In fact your estimator/salesman called the office to confirm they could in fact do the job before we signed off on it. They'll start a project,leave it in a state of "work ongoing" your home exposed to the elements; then After 5 months of waiting, being blown off, and back burnered to say we're beyond upset is an understatement. Do you make a habit of preying on & attempting to defraud senior citizens? Since we were doing a full exterior reno, roofing, siding & gutters all the colors were chosen as a package deal. To be told a) after 5 months we won't complete the contracted work & b) after the roof has been installed means we have to start back over with square one and likely have to have the roof replaced as well since switching contractors means a switch in products & available colors means the planned color schemes & styles will no longer compliment one another. As a side note they are no longer a "family owned" company, rather part of a conglomerate investment company. Our roof was leaking badly, and Jeff, the sales manager went above and beyond to get us a bid, on the schedule ASAP and prepared for the crew with overgrown trees. Ferguson was not our lowest bid, but we appreciated the company is locally owned and great to their employees (which was shared and unsolicited by Jeff). I called for an emergency leak repair and got an appointment within 2 days. Scott and an assistant came to my home on time and were extremely thorough in tracking down the problem and identifying some additional areas that needed attention. He was very knowledgeable in his diagnosis and I was so pleased that Scott pointed out and repaired the addition areas. I have been a customer of Ferguson for 20 plus years and cannot say enough about the great service I have gotten. I am a few years away from a new roof and I would not consider any other company. I had a leak in my roof. Instead of providing me with all the damage, they simply fixed the first spot they saw then created a worse leak that caused damage to my ceiling. I was supposed to get a tuck pointing estimate for my chimney that may have been part of the problem. I received an estimate for my entire building and never received the updated estimate I requested. The roof repair guys tarred over my chimney after the they told me that would be the absolute wrong thing to do. I requested it be removed it is STILL there. I received a nasty email demanding payment AFTER I paid my balance. I expressed my concerns in that email and all I received back was an "ok thanks". Poor sales, office communication. Waiting 3 weeks for scheduling for an estimate on gutter guards. I've been home, no one called nor came. I received an email quote. I have questions on types of gutter guards - what's the difference between the quote. No one to ask, no return calls. I had gutters installed by Ferguson Roofing and That was great. 10 yr warranty - great. That's why I wanted Ferguson since they installed the gutters. NO CALL FROM OFFICE, SALES - NOTHING BUT AN EMAIL. what a way to treat a customer. I'm very dissappointed. read more

I had attic venting and insulation done by Ferguson Roofing a few years ago. Their service was excellent. They were very professional. When asked, they were honest that they thought my roof had about another five years or so before it would need replacing. They could have told me it needed replacing right then, and I probably would have done it. All of the people were employees of Ferguson Roofing, and not subcontractors, which I think is important since I think well trained employees who represent a company usually take more pride in their work. They do not hire subcontractors and they came out in a well marked, relatively new and clean Ferguson Roofing van. My experience with other roofers at the time in St. Louis was that none of the other ones I spoke with came out in any company uniform and they were all subcontractors in unmarked or poorly marked vehicles. You never knew for sure if it was a representative of the roofing company coming to your door or someone else. read more

I had my roof done in April, a part of siding was damaged. Unfortunately it was a piece not made anymore in that color. It took 3 months to get this sorted out but ultimately, they fixed it by making a metal cover. They also installed a chimney cap because mine was missing. I also had a tire puncture from a roofing nail; I was compensated for the nail plug and a little extra for the time it took. read more

Why did you abandon contract without finishing as outlined? Why did you try charging me for work that your contractors did that was specially detailed NOT to be done? Why was no supervision on you staff or team? Why did your staff harassed me in your office when I came to pay the bill. Why did your staff Not order the siding early and insist it was available? you had months to get that, right? I yes I had to finish the job myself. Your salesman said to me "I am just another pissed off customer". Yes it sure feels like it. BBB accredited? complaint #18157094. Ran this complaint through and not sure what it accomplished. Every detail of evidence was uploaded on the complaint. Looked to my viewpoint the BBB approves such dreadful practices. read more

Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job fixing a small problem with my roof. They came out quickly- the same day- to check out the problem. Fortunately, it was a small enough issue he was able to repair it right away. The best part is he didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. I was referred to them by my insurance agent due to hail damage. I signed an agreement with them at the end of June and the work was finally completed properly at the beginning of December. It took over 5 months to get a roof, siding on one side of the house, and gutter covers? This started as a good experience, but ended as I just wanted to get it over with. I may refer them for roofing since the work was done well. The siding work was questionable. The gutter cover work was really poor. The main reason I would not recommend Ferguson was because of the very poor communication. I had to contact Ferguson over 8 times whether it was poor workmanship, phone calls not returned, or delayed appointments with no follow-up as well as getting the owner involved. The owner did make it right with some concessions but I would have been much happier without concessions and it done right the first time & in a timely manner. I felt I had to manage the job instead of the company I hired doing it. read more
