Which grateful for THE BAD: Red headed lady robotic. Don't give flip attitude. So I asked for a military discount (-2.50) but I have to bring my ID card. Which I left in the car. I parked the car across the street because their parking is very small. THE UGLY: This is the priciest store locally. You come better, going to Home Base. Or Home Depot or Lowes. Additionally Home Base and a major Hardware store have your veterans discount with out having beg a red headed pimple face with no personality. Loss a customer over $2.50. Better service at Home base

We heard you have to pay for everything in the outdoor area and drive around to pick it up. Unsure if we will continue to visit Ace

Great little hometown hardware store. The staff always greet you with a hello and what can we help…read moreyou with. The selection is about the same as Homedepot or Lowes just instead of having 100 boxes of something they have 2 or 3 on the self (I think this makes it easier to find and compare what you need then having a 20ft tall rack to sort through). The prices are about the same on most items. Actually on the screws and fasteners I find Keith to be a little less on the higher quality stuff. I have gotten to the point that I buy all my hardware at Keith's before I go to get building material some place else. Again this is due to the better quality of the hardware at a more affordable price. As far as covenant. I can go online and see if they have something in the store before I stop on my way home just like the bigger stores.

No luck...so I drove over to see what the status was the delivery. I was not a happy customer at this point, but I have to admit that the young lady named "ACE" went over and beyond to help me...basically talk me off the ledge...after that she took the time to call the person who I need to talk to. When I met "RYAN" he explained the situation to me and I asked if he could get my delivery made today and he said yes. So I was happy at this point. But I also want to let the other employees who also took the time out to assist me with some other stuff I was buying. "STEVEN B", "JOSSE and "JOSHUA" were very helpful in assisting me as well. They are great employees. Also thank you "GLORIA" the lumber cashier who was very friendly and kind. Needless to say, I received my delivery that day (5/13) (Riding Mower) "DONNIE D", the delivery man was very friendly and explained everything in detail regarding my mower. If it wasn't for these five (5) great employees I probably would have refund a refund and never walked in any Lowe's again. Thanks again, ACE, RYAN, JOSSE, JOSHUA, GLORIA and DANNY D!!!

This, you have a better shot of getting the right part complete, and working order in a goodwill. Don't ever shop at these stores. They do not have anyone educated enough to even tell you what some of these parts are. Let alone help you. But then to act like children, is the cherry on top. Never shop at these stores
