I was already 5 loads behind in my laundry after the weekend so this was super helpful. He fixed screw and hopes that would be it but after I tried my first load I reached back out stating it still was popping off. He said I needed a new agitator. Instead of $470 like LG quoted he charged $208 including tax and did not charge another fee for the second visit either. Machine is working great now! This business owner is fair, works hard, has great communication and integrity! I highly recommend.

Friday the office called and said they could order part for $350 deposit. Next Friday they called to say the part was in. So now 2 weeks with no refrigerator. Monday the tech came, installed the fan and left. It didn't work still. I called the office and they said they have an appointment 2 weeks later. I called a different company , they came right out, had the fan in his truck and fixed it. I talked to the customer service manager with no success. So Ive paid $189, $350 deposit to Tiger and $416 to the new company to fix it. Their customer service is terrible and they can't fix a simple fan. I told my building to remove them from the preferred vendors but they already had because of other complaints. Don't go through the brain and wallet damage.

I stopped in today to pick up a tool to open the filters on my RO system, and it was quick and easy to find using the app to get the aisle number. What stood out the most was the service. I had two different employees ask if I needed help while I was walking through the store, which was a nice surprise. I feel like at a lot of Home Depot stores the employees are experts at hiding from customers, so it was refreshing to actually have people checking in to see if I needed anything. We purchased a golf cart and we didn't have a way to get it into the back of our truck to transport at home. We made a quick call to Home Depot and found out that we could rent a ramp for just 14 bucks for four hours. We also noticed that they rent a large variety of equipment from water pressure to carpet cleaner , everything you need for a home project without having to spend a ton of money on things you might not use that often. This place also has propane tanks. You can make a key and get Primo water as well.
