The team came out within a week and did a great job within our home. While it is a dusty job, they were constantly running two shop vacs to minimize dust, spent extra time to create very smooth edges, and were very careful to seal the sink well. They also did a great job of installing reinforcement clips between the undermount sink and granite into custom-cut slots.

The folks in the front office/showroom are always helpful - patiently helped us make choices over several visits. I picked up a portion of our order at their warehouse and the folks in the Will Call office again were friendly, responsive and great. No one sitting around scrolling on their phones while I wait. The warehouse people who brought out my order and helped load were also great. Finally, the tile and quartz products we purchased are all good-to-excellent quality, much better than the digitally-printed subpar stuff at Floor and Decor. I recommend them over so many others!

Clarissa asked for me to send photos to her. Within an hour, she had researched my tile and called back. She was unable to get my outdated tiles but gave me 2 different leads in CA. She suggested that I might want to expand my search for larger tiles that could be cut to my existing tile size. Sure enough, the almost exact tile match was found in CA. It was shipped 2 days later, was cut to size and the shower looks beautiful. Thank you Clarissa for your expertise and kindness. Customer service like that doesn't come along everyday.

Convenient neighborhood hardware store in five points…read more For years Ive had to drive to arvada or south Denver for my hardware needs. Minimum 30 minutes of driving each trip. Thats over as long as Jerry's Ace Hardware stays open. I've been gere on average once a week so ce they've opened. The only drawback is that as a smaller hardware store Inrun i to the occasional thing they dont have. But on balance that is outweighed by both the convenient location and the relationship Ive developed with their staff (something that hasn't happened at all at Home Depot). Folks here are friendly and I like that I recognize them when I come in. I come here on a Saturday for an odd pipe fitting or stain or screw size and Im back at my home improvement project in no time. And as a nice little perk I know Im gonna get a smile and a nod from the same greeter or checker Im used to seeing every week.

I'm so excited to have a fully stocked, brand new Ace Hardware within walking distance!!

It's funny that is her name because that is exactly what she is. She continues to racial profile people on a daily basis. I have complained about her many times to management and they seem to do nothing about her even though they tell me they understand because they get numerous complaints about this lady. I'm a contractor and she will literally see me go through the contractor line do a phone sale and I am continue to be the only one that she will stop and demand to look at a receipt today she tried to do this once more. I refuse to show my receipt because this is at least the 10th time she's done this to me and she tried to jump in front of my cart and I told her today how I felt about her I cannot stand this lady. It is disrespectful and it is embarrassing every time she does this to me because I am Hispanic. I do have a lot of tattoos and I am the only one she does this too. Her own coworkers have told me multiple times that she does this to minorities. The management knows that she does this to minorities, but for some reason, they continue to keep her working with customers. This lady is a straight piece of shit and hopefully one day they will recognize it and get rid of her because she is a nuisance and she makes the shopping experience here very uncomfortable. I spent over $3000 there today four days ago I spent $5000. I spend a lot of money here with this company. It is a shame that they have people like this working for them knowing that this lady is a problem I would understand if she was stopping people that were stealing stuff because I would want her to because it just makes us pay more for the materials that we need because people like to steal from this location but every time this lady sees me, she makes it a point to come and fuck with me. She has a piece of shit and hopefully one day they fire this Karen piece of shit lady.

Several years ago, I stopped by the store on a whim and was able to get a sample piece of granite…read morefor the top of my fireplace. I paid for it on the spot, and they were able to get the guys out to measure and install it within a week or two. If you get up close, you can see where they didn't caulk it perfectly, but it was a good enough job and I was happy with how it looked and how fast it occurred. Fast forward to recently, I contacted them again, explained I was a repeat customer, and then asked them to help me with a stone cutting/quartz job in my bathroom. It took over two months to get a tech out to the house. The excuse was, we are really busy and we have scheduled work. I pointed out, I am a paying customer as well, I too deserve to be scheduled, not just told you'll fit me in when you can fit me in. Even after the tech came to measure, nobody got back to me, and when I finally reached out several times, they still had many of the same questions before the tech came over. I've had to send two, three, four emails to follow up. They don't seem to initiate contact, and they don't follow through. I don't know what's going on with their office but they seem really disorganized and unfortunately, I just can't keep waiting for them to ask me the questions to get organized to let me know if they can even do the job. My interactions with them over the last three months have been really disappointing. I just finally stopped reaching out to them.

As far as the process, it didn't appear as if the front office connected correctly with the estimator who didn't connect correctly with the installers: 1. Measurements left a corner open which was fixed with another piece inserted. 2. One side of the granite had an overhang, the other side was flush. 3. The sink was a 60/40 sink, but my garbage disposal was on the 60 side. 4. The dishwasher wouldn't close properly and I had to call them back on three separate occasions to correct it. Although all was corrected, it cost us both time and money. J&M purchased an additional slab to recut and install, and I had additional plumber expenses. Over a period of a couple of weeks everything was corrected. I love the granite and although there were additional expenses, I think I received the service at a good price.

Custom material that is a dream to clean (NO GROUT!!), looks fabulous, and included a huge custom poured shower base that was very heavy and difficult to maneuver up our steep narrow staircase but they handled it all very professionally and I could not be happier with the results. A few caulk lines sank and one side of bath panel had bowed a bit but Jeff and Junior came right out and fixed it. I've had a very bad experience with another contractor so having such a positive outcome with DMC and their glass contractor was such a welcome relief. Their pricing was a bit better than others.
