Because this place however wasn't a Square D seller, it was a simple issue of relaying that bit of info and I was off to the next in my cross town travels. Because I'd just been to 3 of the nearest suppliers I was sitting in my vehicle looking for who I should visit or call next. The same guy I spoke to inside came out for a smoke and saw me. Asked again what I was searching for. I relayed the summary of my two previous stops. Including one place (I'll be writing that story in the review for Hill Electric Supply following this one) I'd just left. So this guy informs me that while BJs isn't a dealer for such and such, sometimes other products return from large scale jobs and are sold, but not in the regular spread sheets or whatever. This man, Randy, made a call to a sister store and asked if the items I needed were perhaps available, just not in the main inventory lists. Sure enough. He locates them. Gets confirmation that they can be delivered on the next truck from Racine. And the price is quite similar to the one place I did order them from yesterday, but because the order wasn't placed immediately when I put my card on the order to assure my commitment. Yesterday I'd made the order. I was assured they'd be avail today by 8am. At noon when I returned they were not available. This is why I'm writing a review for BJ's Electric Supply today. Going above and beyond. This may very well become the first place I'll be making my electric supply purchases when Home Depot can't be the standby. Great service.

Recently used Smart Home electric for my bathroom fixture and outlet. My house is 70 plus years…read moreold, which meant old wiring to deal with. These guys were great! They got the fixture wiring working and installed a new grounded outlet in my 5x8 bathroom. That outlet had never been grounded. Said it would take an hour, they were there an hour. Both worked with me and the concern was that I was happy with what I was doing. I would highly recommend them and already planning on using them again! Btw, also clipped the $99 for $149 coupon and it worked great!

He has single-handedly restored my faith in hiring contractors and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We've been working on a remodel in stages for the past six months or so and brought Jason in to replace our old 80's track lighting with can lights and put in a new ceiling fan on a VERY high ceiling and to run some new wires for us. I realized last-minute that I needed to get an electrician in between two other scheduled jobs and happened to find Jason's number. He worked us into his schedule, did a phenomenal job despite some big challenges that our house presented, and was extremely reasonable to boot. I've called him back several times for small additions or changes as the remodel goes on and he's always quick to work us in and gives us great advice. You will NOT be disappointed!

This was the next afternoon, after MG&E said there was a broken weatherhead that need replacing first before they could reattach the wire. But the afternoon of the 11th brought nonstop thunderstorms and the technician waited in his truck for a break in the rain to get out and fix it, but it didn't come. He went home and I went to my family's house since I had no power for dinner. When I came home, I got a text saying Ader had returned and completed the repair. Nathanial found and corrected so many issues that the previous installer (who was either not an electrician or a terrible one) had made. He made sure our house was safe and took the time to show and explain to us clearly any issues that arose. Nathanial is the best and you can tell how much he cares about his work.
