I don't feel rushed or as if I'm a bother. The provider Dr Lee is also very knowledgeable and always willing to hear my concerns and never tries to hurry out of the room for the next patient. He has done all possible to assist with my medical issues. The office manager Brenda is also very kind and available whenever paperwork is needed for work or any concerns. The wait is a bit long but because Dr Lee doesn't rush through his patients.

Phone call wasn't answered voicemail left. I didn't get a response so I went to the Dr. Blink operation at Camp Pendleton exchange. After a couple days I got a phone call back from California eye ( NOT) professionals. Made an appointment but afterward went to Dr. Blink instead. CEP were so far out and Dr. Blink got me right in. Tried to call back today and after being on hold for 15 minutes I hung up. I only wanted to cancel the appointment but on their website there isn't a place to do that.

Solace Optometry was AMAZING! Dr. Saleh is remarkably kind and compassionate. She truly listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve with my contact lenses. She took the time to carefully address my astigmatism and recommended that I try a new brand. I'm currently testing them out, so we'll see how it goes. I was diagnosed this April with Cataract's that required surgery in both my left and right eye. I did my due diligence and searched the internet for the best laser eye specialists in the inland empire. What I was most fortunate to find the Lobue Laser Eye Center which possesses a father/son team. Both are very highly rated surgeons . I had the pleasure to interact with both of them. And that's when I met Angel right up front at the counter greeted me when I walked in. Asked me if I needed help with anything and I let him know what was going down. He grabbed up my glasses, looked at the problem, so give me a few minutes your rims are a little bent. You got some screws missing but we're gonna get you taken care of. Do some shopping and come back in a few so that's what I did. Some shopping. Came back in about 10 minutes. My glasses were like brand new they have never fit this well. Angel you're the man I appreciate you your generosity and helpfulness really paid off with me today. I owe you one brother. Thank you so much. Wow, this review is long overdue…read more After moving back from Las Vegas many years ago, our family searched for and tried several other Eye Docs in our local area. Sadly, none of them were what are family was looking for in this type of provider. After searching again, we found Dr. Jury's practice! We have been patients of Optometric Vision Experience for maybe 9 years now: we could not be happier with Dr. Jury and his entire staff, from the front counter to frame searching, frame fittings and drop-in frame adjustments. His office and staff are always very accomodating for scheduling our family's annual eye exams and any appointments we may neeed for any type of eye/vision concern. Dr. Jury himself is great eye doctor and our family is very lucky to be his continued patients. He is thorough, patient, and answers all all our questions in an easy to undestand manner.
