Wiegen Dashing Tow Rescue sent a technician who arrived with battery options compatible with my vehicle. He tested the existing battery before recommending a swap, confirmed it was not recoverable, and then installed the replacement with clean terminal connections. After installation, he ran a diagnostic on the charging system to confirm the alternator was functioning correctly, which gave me confidence the issue was fully resolved before driving anywhere. Before any work began, he explained the price for the battery and the service call, which matched the invoice. Thorough, honest approach to a straightforward but important job."

I asked the owner why it did not sit level and he told me there was a rubber pad in the front that it rest on and it would level out over time. That was a total lie!!!
