This review is strictly regarding the office staff at Suite A. The weather temperature today in…read moreRiverside at 4:00pm is 95F, very hot outside. I go into Ste A asked the girl at the counter if there's a water fountain, she says No, I asked if I can get water and she says No. I ended up walking back outside in the high heat to Suite B and ask for water and they give me a bottle of water. I'm upset the girl in Ste A denied me water when I'm dying of thirst from the high heat and feeling faint and dizzy. I call and speak to the Office Mgr Vanessa, she confirms there is no water fountain or water dispenser for patients in the waiting room but if you ask for water they will go to their breakroom and get you a cup. Except for today when I asked for water I was denied. Vanessa said that Ste B gave me a bottle of water from their employee stash. Denying water during extreme heat (95°F) should be a crime and refusing to provide water when a person is experiencing heat-related symptoms (dizziness, nausea, fainting) can escalate into heat exhaustion or heat stroke.

I originally saw Dr. Heyrani for my shoulder and had such a great experience. He was very helpful,…read moreinformative, and gave me different treatment options without ever making me feel pressured. Recently, I started having issues with my thumb and was diagnosed with trigger finger. The only reason I initially went to another doctor was because I didn't know that Dr. Heyrani treated trigger finger. Had I known, I would have gone to him from the beginning. The other doctor recommended surgery and wanted to schedule it for the very next day. I was also told that I would basically have no downtime. I was hesitant about the information I was given, so I decided to contact Dr. Heyrani's office. When they confirmed that he does treat trigger finger, I immediately scheduled an appointment with him. I explained my experience to Dr. Heyrani, and he took the time to go over my condition and ALL of my options. He explained that if I choose to proceed with surgery, I should expect about two weeks of downtime, which sounded much more realistic to me. For now, I decided to go with a steroid injection to hopefully give me some relief for the next few months. If I do need surgery, I already know I will be returning to Dr. Heyrani. What I appreciate most about Dr. Heyrani is that he is informative, HONEST, and gives you different options instead of making you feel like surgery is your only choice. I really value a doctor who takes the time to explain everything and allows you to make an informed decision about your care. Thank you, Dr. Heyrani, for taking your time with me, going over all of my options, and most importantly, for your honesty. I highly recommend Oak Tree Orthopedics for your orthopedic needs!

My grandchildren are all wrestlers or involved in other sports, and we've been to many therapy centers over the years. None have compared to the quality of care we've received here. I can't see there's computers there and I can't see anything who I'm talking to.... just had a knee replacement when you come in to sign in. I thought I was gonna get a clipboard with a form to complete for first time visit. There a little computer right next to the door exit I was terrified someone was gonna come rushing in while I'm standing in my walker and signing this form on the computer. They have it in a very bad spot! They said they were working on it two weeks later it's still there. It took me a while the first time because the sun's glaring in my eyes mind you it's a glass door. & a long window above the door I asked the manager Angie how long is this going to take for me to fill out this form, she said it shouldn't take that long. I said I'm not asking that I'm asking how long is it going to take? Give me minutes she told me as soon as I stop talking I should be done. She was just completely rude. I told I keep repeating myself and asking you what I can't hear with the noise, the music the people talking all right there she said take about 3- 5 minutes. I said that's what I was asking cause I'm trying to hurry before someone comes through that door. I don't want to get knocked over. Second time I went in. I stood there waiting after about two minutes she says are you waiting for me? I try to look at her, but I can't see like I said you can't see anyone from all the computers or whatever they have on that desk, I said oh yeah, there's no one else here she goes well I didn't know if you were on the phone or with somebody else I told her you are very sarcastic asking me if I'm waiting for someone...obviously yes I was waiting for her last time. I spoke when I first came in. She told me wait. She was on the phone. I didn't want to bother her cause she was typing something from what I seen. then she tells me I don't speak, but she can't help me. I just told her Wow you are very rude! Anyways, I go in go to the Therapist that is calling me. We're doing therapy on me while I'm laying down on my back on the therapy bed He tells me he's gonna put the therapy wedge pillow underneath my ankles leg so I raised my legs up and he just forced it in there real fast. I told her hold on we met. That's my bad knee. I just got replaced!! I told him take it easy you hurt my knee that gave me a sharp pain! Then I know they are with like two people at a time so they're trying to rush it so they switched me with another guy and I was doing my exercise and then when I was there, I couldn't do no more cause my knee hurt it far from that guy banging into it. I said I couldn't do any more while I was waiting. I seen him with another patient so I was waiting there for like five minutes. Thought he was done.
