I was greeted and checked in by a really nice lady at the front. My wait wasn't too long. And then when I got called back Dr. Heyrani was Great! Really nice, listened to my concerns & what was bothering me. I didn't feel rushed at all. And then he got me set up with some referrals for PT and a Follow up appt. All in all a wonderful experience. I have since been back and also referred others too.

He was heavily critical of me getting a second opinion, and when we had no other option but to go with him for the surgery he took full advantage. He would go on to utterly botch my surgery. I spent the majority of my first two weeks post-op in the emergency room with infections. The surgery site spat sutures for 6 months. My elbow has never and will never be the same. He was absolutely nowhere to be found afterwards and nobody would put us in contact with him. Just an incredibly unprofessional and very unqualified surgeon - confined to the state of Montana because of his lack of hireability elsewhere due to his record.

He cares about his patients and their well being, which is to live a pain free life! The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. They gave me the runaround on the phone all day Monday & Tuesday no one ever called me to schedule my wound care or PT. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these purr fits are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF.
