Great place to order take out. I do order from them every other Friday. Sushi is always fresh, the miso soup is great. I love their pan fried gyoza. Prices are reasonable. read more

I wanted some sushi for lunch and gave Feng Shui a try. The sushi was decent as what you would expect but in my opinion the portion was small for $16.00 dish. I would try them again. read more

Feng Shui Kitchen - Chinese Near Me - Waltham, Massachusetts

Monday....Not a busy time for takeout....Small order .....Burned to Hell....Horrible that this food was served.....I wouldn't give them 1 Star....Not the First time they have done this ! Steer Clear of this Place ! read more

I would say "under seasoned" but that would imply some flavor. Our recent order, delivered through GrubHhub, tasted like a hospital kitchen version of Chinese food. The "spicy" green beans were over cooked and so bland they seemed like baby food. In fact, I tried them out on a nearby 18 month old and she wouldn't eat them either. Fried rice was barely fried, and also flavorless. Home style tofu was better, but still on the bland side. The basic quality of the food here seems good, but they need to get a chef who has a better understanding of Asian cooking. A note on another critical review of this place, which downgraded it because his meat dish didn't come with rice as they do in his home town New York restaurants: That's the standard in New England Chinese restaurants. Rice is sold separately. It's good to do a little research before posting a review. read more

So grateful for this Chinese place! They have quality food for affordable prices. We got it delivered to Bentley University and the kind delivery man brought it right to our dorm building. read more

So happy this opened so close by. The food is good and affordable. They don't have much seating, but a ton of parking. The restaurant itself is cozy and comfortable. The pad Thai is different, but delicious, and the pineapple shrimp is addictive. It's one of our go-to take out joints! read more

Tastes so bad. I gave it a second try and it gets worse. The dishes here are not authentic Chinese dish for sure, but it doesn't even taste like Americanized Chinese food. The chef just can't get the sauce right, the flavor is a strange mix of oily, salty, and extremely sweet. I ended up dumping most of it, such a waste of money. read more

The food we ordered wasn't that great. The General Gao's Chicken looked like Friendly's chicken nuggets that were covered in duck sauce; the pork spare ribs tasted like they had been re-heated, and the fried appetizers were really greasy. This was probably the equivalent of Burger King in fast food. There are a lot of other good Chinese restaurants nearby. read more

Dined in tonight (there are two tables for 4). Owners are incredibly nice and the food was delicious! We had a sashimi sampler, dumplings, mooshi chicken and boneless spareribs. Our 3 year old was a huge fan! Very excited to have a new restaurant option in the area! read more

I really enjoyed the Chelmsford location, so I kind of knew the Waltham location should at least be decent. Ordered a few items for delivery. The delivery was a little earlier than promised, so that was great. The food was delicious as expected. The soup, mongolian beef, and the fried rice. I liked the fried rice because it has the sprouts. The packaging seemed small at first for the price, but once they were unpacked, it was more than enough. I am going to try few more items in the near future. Pretty excited read more

Finally good Chinese food in North Waltham. 20 years later. Excellent food great service

I ordered takeout, vegetable low mein and vegetable chow mein. The food tasted OK, but later that night my stomach was very upset. I will not go there again. read more

Recommend this new Chinese take out restaurant in Waltham next door to Starbucks and across the street from Star Market. Worth the drive from Lexington although they do deliver to parts of Lexington too. The Imperial Couple with shrimp and scallops is excellent. Portions are a good generous size. Service was fast and efficient and the place is very clean. Orange Chicken was good but could be spicier. Chicken with cashew nuts and the Gyoza were also tasty. read more

Very bland flavorless food, not like any Chinese food we've had before. 1 dish was shrimp and scallop, it had 2 small shrimp and 2 scallops ($14). We'll never order from here again, our hunt is still on for some great Chinese food in and around Waltham. read more

The food here is horrible for the price. None of the things I ordered look like what it is on yelp. I ordered the house lomein because of what it looked like on the website and got something completely different. I also got the spicy scallop maki which is supposed to consist of shrimp tempura, eel and avocado and it only has fried scallop in the roll. I order a lomein, 2 makis and two pieces of salmon sushi for $44+ and it was totally not worth the money. read more

As someone who typically just orders a mix of appetizers for the family I can say this place is amazing! Always hot and fresh! The beef/chicken skewers are always delicious and the chicken fingers/crab rangoon are always hot and crispy. I would prefer they cooked the boneless spareribs more and gave more duck sause if I had to give any constructive criticism! :) read more

Great food! I am working on a construction site I got food for my crew. I had ordered it and asked them to call when they got on site. Everything was fast on time what more can you ask for. read more

Really good Chinese food! Hard to find a decent Chinese place in Waltham so I'm glad we now have this. The staff is friendly and the prices are competitive. It's more of a take-out restaurant but the interior is very nice, elegant and clean. We had lo mein and the Feng Shui sampler. read more

EAT AND COOK AT HOME! AVOID FENG SHUI KITCHEN! CINDY the hostess and waitress is five star! She is very warm, very friendly very good at interacting with customers. The decor, tables and atmoshere was much better than most Chinese takeouts The food I would rate as a notch higher than 1 1/2 stars like Chinese fast food you see in the airport cafeteria, or in some dieing mall plazza Sure they have some interesting menu items but they take short cuts in the cooking.that are just unacceptable. For example, the $36 Peking Duck in the FRYOLATOR for 10 min. rather than roasting it over night. My wife had a chicken and string beans dish which was pretty good, except that the string beans had been cooked in the FRYOLATOR as well. We got a scallop and beef dish with brown sauce that was ok except that the scallops frozen had no taste,. One was half frozen Sorry Cindy, if they change how they cook the food I will change the review. The problem is trying to cook everything fast which leads to cooking it so so. read more

They have a real nice modern interior, a good food variety and selection, with pretty good pricing. I got their sesame chicken, not overseasoned, it was fresh, the rice wasn't undercooked, and over all great place to have a good meal. read more

Absolutely wasted our time and money adding clear, short, polite instructions (like 'no bean sprouts, please) to THEIR online form. Why ask if you aren't going to even read it?!?! 80% of our order was wrong!! A nice 'take out' and movie night turned sour!! Avoid it! read more

Lunch speacial is great. 7 days. Not weekdays only.11$ good enough for 2. Do not forget to ask extra utensils. Taste is pretty much americanized. But it is ok if youre not asian read more

How have I not heard of this place earlier?! We ordered steamed Beijing ravioli, plain rice, chicken lo mein, and the Feng Shui Sampler. Let me tell you that the crab rangoon was the real stand-out here. We usually order crab rangoon with our "American-Chinese" meals, and this one just hit a little different. The cream cheese filling was out of this world; I seriously thought about getting a full order the next day. I dreamt about it! Chicken wings solid, the fried shrimp was the standard over-breaded (but not *too* over-breaded like many places. Chicken wings great, lo mein was excellent, ravioli extra large (needed at least three bites a piece). Would definitely order again. Didn't end up with a heavy feeling afterwards, either. Right up there with Rice Valley, quality-wise. Even the egg roll, which I normally toss aside, was good for an egg roll. Had enough leftover for both of our lunches the next day. Definitely ordering again! read more

Ordered a spicy beef thing and a maki combo. Ugly. Not worth the money. This restaurant has a great location, yet it fails to deliver quality good. read more

Horrible. They have no idea about what's in their food allergy wise and apparently can't even check ingredients of their sauces. Waste of time read more

Aah man. Close to my place so really wanted to like it.. but they used chicken that had gone bad in my pad thai (also note completely different from Thai style)...You can taste the sour taste when its at the verge of going bad. Had to throw it away....hope this doesn't happen all the time.. read more

Beware, they upcharge you at least 10% if you order through some online services. Also zero attention to special order requests, so if you have food allergies check the food....multiple times I have had food delivered that had items I had requested be left out (egg for example). The food is generally decent, but I don't trust them to accurately make my order at this point so won't be ordering from here again. read more

Stirfries are grease and tasteless. Sushi is paper thin, fish quality is medicore at best, yet they dare to charge like a center city restaurant. Tried it once and I am not going back. read more

The Hot and Sour soup! OMG it's fantastic. My sinuses were stuffed up....the taste and spices were perfect....cleared the sinuses right out. It's delicious too. read more

Pretty average Chinese takeout. Quality is not worth the price. Very good crab rangoons though

Ordered delivery and it's been an hour and a half (they were supposed to be here half an hour ago). But once it arrived the food was good Chinese takeout. Great price for what you get! read more

The staff are very, very friendly and everything is made to order which is awesome! A bit pricey I ordered scallion pancakes and coconut shrimp and the total came out to $22 ! But it's good food and good service and literally 2 seconds down the street from me ! read more

Saw all the 5 star reviews and had to try this. Really had high hopes, but completely disappointed. Bought 5 dishes to go and not one was worth eating. Way over priced as well. $50.00 worth of food thrown out. read more

Horrible service. Rude staff. Missed packing some items of dinner on our order for to go. Upon asking the missing items, the Staff was unapologetic and blamed it was our fault to not have picked up right items read more

I ordered delivery for the vegetarian california rolls, but received what I assume are regular california rolls, since they were covered in fish eggs and looked like they had some sort of seafood inside. Use of the word "vegetarian" should really mean no fish. The rest of the food was fine, and I wouldn't have been upset if the restaurant hadn't refused a refund for the item (just that one $5 item... really?), according to the delivery service. Apparently they insisted that the crab was imitation crab, but the fish eggs came standard anyway? The delivery service addressed my issue, but I really feel like the restaurant should have been the one to do so. read more

I have been to Feng Shui Kitchen numerous times since it first opened in Waltham, in a corner of a new commercial building. It is very small with only a few tables but the food is awesome. I especially love their sushi and rolls, but I've tried many dishes, and every time it has been cooked perfectly and was so delicious! Prices are very reasonable. Better as a take out restaurant bc there are only a few tables. You wont be disappointed. I work in the area and have been everywhere. I'm picky about where I eat, and this is one of my "go to" places. For what it is, its as good as it gets, in my opinion! read more

Not worth the money for Chinese food at this location don't know about there sushi or Japanese food small portions at high prices

Food is good. The options are limited compared to what I'm used to. Prices are a bit high for the portion size.
