I like the comfy seating area, reading material, pitcher of refreshing water, uplifting music. I went in for microblading treatment with Karolin. Karolin provided the best microblading experience for me!! She's quite talented and skillful at her many crafts! It didn't take long and the sensation felt like a scratching of the brow area - not as painful as I thought! The numbing cream helped plus the aftercare kit with the application stick proved most helpful with the recovery. I'm looking forward to getting a fill-in after a few weeks the next time I visit Florida. The owner of the store said that she was going to tell everyone that my mom was a liar, and she's one of 'those people that writes bad reviews about places,' but that's why I am stepping in as her daughter, because she's never written a review in her life and doesn't know how. She went in last week to get her usual golden blonde hair color that she normally gets in MI, but received near white hair instead. She called to complain, and they stated that they would see her today to fix the colour. The hairstylist also agreed that she made a mistake on the colour. She re dyed her hair and her hair colour turned a gray tinge. Another hairstylist stepped in and tried to correct the issue. She also agreed with my mom that the hair colour was wrong again. So the tried to do some highlights. They claim there was nothing else they could do for her, and when my mom asked for a refund, the owner came And yelled at her. They claimed they would only give her $60 back after she spent $265 there. The owner told her repeatedly she does not give refunds for any reason. My mother claimed that wasn't fair and That's when the owner told her that she was going to tell people that if she made a comment about her salon she would tell people she was lying and was one of those people that complains. My mom is a meek person. She's 70 years old. She was shaking and crying to me on the phone after this experience and I killed me inside to hear her. I hope other people learn from this experience about how this salon treats their costumers.
