The way she plays the crystal bowls and other instruments allows the sounds to radiate through my entire body. I can physically and emotionally feel the energy that no longer serves me melt away. Her peaceful presence and gentle spirit create a deeply safe and calming space where I can simply be--fully present, fully held, fully grounded.
