I booked a scalp massage for today, Friday. I was welcomed immediately upon arrival and shown to my…read moretreatment room in less than a minute. I was under the impression that they would perform a scalp analysis (before and after) to show the condition of the skin, but that didn't happen. I'm not sure if it's just this specific location or if they simply skipped it for my session. They didn't ask me any preliminary questions either; they just told me to wrap myself in a towel and lie down. The initial massage felt nice, but once the shampooing started, I was disappointed. The technician focused heavily on the ends of my hair rather than my scalp, which felt counterintuitive for a "scalp massage." But after They used three different shampoos, and a quick scalp massage for each shampoo, followed by a "sprinkler" rinse and a combing session. I could feel her pulling at my hair, only to realize she had created several knots while washing it. To top it off, the "arm and back massage" lasted maybe 30 seconds each. I kid you not--it was incredibly brief. The blow-dry was the final straw. She was blowing my hair all over the place without any technique. Eventually, I just told her I'd finish it myself because it was becoming so frizzy. When I checked my scalp, it looked incredibly parched. I asked for some oil, and the receptionist said, "Wow, you have so much hair! Yes, it's dry. That happens after cleaning. It's good!" She then gave me a single drop of oil. I left immediately. Will I return? Honestly, no. I don't think the service was worth it, especially with how dry my skin felt. I had to come home, apply my own scalp treatment, and restyle my hair myself.

Although I'm no longer local to the area, I had time to kill and needed to get my nails done so I figured I'd give it a try. They were able to squeeze me in right away on a Saturday. It is sooo nice in here. Much nicer than a lot of the more expensive salons i find in the city. I only got a manicure but it was really relaxing with the background music. The girl I had, Tiffany looked really young but she did a great job. I had cut the top half of my nail off on accident while chopping vegetables and I was nervous a tech would just rush through it and file on the skin and not listen to me asking to go slow with that and not cut it. She was really good and was able to take her time to buff what was remaining of the nail out so although it's super short it still blends with the others. She even went back and added extra cuticle oil on to the exposed raw skin for that nail. They have an extensive selection for gel colors and are upfront about the varying costs. Great business model as well, with their loyalty cards and cash back rewards program incentivizing me to come back when in the area.

We had fun- this is a very nice nail salon with a good selection of nail colors and quality customer service. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Good selection of gel and regular nail colors. They thankfully have disposable flip flops, which I was grateful for since my daughter had left her sandals at home. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking to get a mani/pedi at a competitive price.

OH-EM-GEE!! Where has this foot spa establishment been all my life?!? Why couldn't my son's…read moreorthodontist work slower? I only gave myself 1/2 an hour for a foot massage because I knew my son's appointment wouldn't last longer than that and I think someone would call the cops on me for child neglect or something if I left the kid standing outside of a foot spa establishment. Ok, let's get down to business ... the previous prices on Yelp aren't correct, the prices are more expensive than those from 6-8 months ago. For a 30 min foot massage, I paid $25. From the other reviews I've left and places I've been to, I've paid a little more than that (~$32) for an hour. BUT ... this $25 was worth every penny. Inusually go for an hour and every time I've gone, the masseuse has spent at least 10-15 mins massaging my back/neck/arms/scalp. I honestly can't stand that because I just want my feet to be massaged ... my back/neck/arms/scalp feel perfectly fine and don't need to be tend to. When I first sat down, she sanitized my feet with alcohol. Then she pulled out the lotion and went to town!!!! I suffer from plantar fasciitis so my left heel is forever in pain but whatever she did, I haven't had any pain in my heel for the past 8 hours!!! After she was done with my feet, she went and grabbed some hot stones and massaged my calves with them. Heaven ... I was simply in heaven afterwards. Because I was rushing and didn't want to get stuck in the thunderstorm we had this afternoon, I forgot to ask the lady her name. That, my fellow yelpers, was my biggest mistake today! You know as well as I do, if someone delivers great service ... rule number one is to always ... ALWAYS get their name!! I'm seriously kicking myself for not getting her name. Thank goodness I remember her face!! My son has another appointment next month and I can't wait to go back!!! I'm wishing Foot Spa continued success in 2021!!!

Last night I decided to come back, this time for a 30 min body massage + 30 min foot. I was taken to a "private" room where I could lay down. My experience wasn't great. The sheets stunk and I felt like the linens were just not clean. I was told to place my head down on a paper towel? The therapist seemed inexperienced. I like it deep and she was not it. I looked at my watch and I was in there for an hour, however it seemed like the body massage was 50 minutes and the time spent on my feet was 10. Not sure if I'll come back. It seems like it might depend on who you actually get, but even still, I'd stick to a foot massage only. Also, the photos on here of the prices is outdated. Last night I paid $65.
