    * This review is only for the fruits I purchased* Felipe's used to be my go-to spot for groceries whenever I'm in the area because of the freshness of the products and affordable price. Few months ago, I purchased a few avocados and all of them were bad. Okay, I thought to myself, maybe I was just unlucky to pick some bad ones. Last week, I purchased some mangos and pears that look absolutely good on the outside and AGAIN, THEY WERE ALL BAD AND TOTALLY INEDIBLE. Money wasted and very disappointing experience Won't be returning.

Green onion bag was $1.99 !

Please do not sleep on Felipe's Market! Their produce variety is amazing. I've been coming here over the years whenever I get my car serviced at Honda. Today they had a shipment arrive and they were fully stocked. Cherries so fresh and tasty at $1.69 a pound! Wish I got more. Green onions per bag $1.99! Check the photo! There's no point in going through everything... just go. I don't want to hype it up and let you down... but I think this place is a gem. It was packed today. Like they knew it was shipment day lol. Wide range of cultural backgrounds were shopping. I love that :-) Daisy at the register was so sweet too!

Fruits and veggies to make my juices.

Place to go to for all your fruits and veggies. Plus other food products. Best to go early in the morning. After 10am it's gets pretty congested.

    Taste awful!

Don't waste your money here. The produce price looks low but the quality of it is low too. Have to say some of the fruits and vegetables should go to trash can. For example, the plum was very cheap. It looks not bad, but tastes awful. We had to throw all of them out.

Absolute gem of a market. Excellent produce and pre-inflation prices. I don't understand how they are able to do that.

All the veggies are fresh and you can get different types of veggies from the tropical region.

Love the ample parking, prime location, and how spacious it is inside. The rewards system is essentially a 1% cash back at a 1000pt cliff -- meaning you get $10 after you spend $1000 but no redemptions before that. Being a member also doesn't get you any additional discounts vs non-members. But hey it's free so it doesn't hurt. I'll always support there being more Asian grocery stores in the West Side of the South Bay. H-Mart always had that spot for me, but now it's shared. Mega Mart's marketed as a more premium store, but it does its best when they're running sales. Price between the two are pretty neck and neck. You'll spend anywhere from $70-$200 per trip cuz the small things do add up. They used to have prepped food marked off anywhere from 30-70% off in the final and early hours of the day. Now, it's an inconsistent luck of the draw. However, I've never had an issue with food quality with anything I've purchased whether it be prepped food or raw ingredients. 4/5, solid store. Hope they continue to grow and thrive as a mainstay of the community.

They had the usual array of nonstick pots, which don't work very well for me. They had a small but useful section for clay pots. I thought Amazon and AliExpress had overpriced clay pots, but I was wrong. These prices were significantly higher. I can only hope these are the best of the best. Checking up on 99 Ranch, I couldn't even find clay pots in there more limited kitchen utensil section. I ran across one item where knockoffs are ubiquitous. They've completely flooded AliExpress and you have to watch it with Amazon. Hankook had the authentic item and at significantly lower price than both Amazon and Aldi express. I found a tea section to be well stocked. I also recognize some of the tea brands. 99 Ranch has gone with lower cost options, but if you buy 6 ounces of tea, are you gonna be stuck with an enormous supply. Better to go with reliable brands that I have enjoyed in the past. I loved the produce section. It was nice and fresh. It also had wider selection of produce than other supermarkets. The store itself is stunning. The the aisles are spacious. The store is meticulously clean. The shelves are fully stocked. There were only about two items which were shopped out. The snack area and the frozen foods were even more interesting. It's obvious in those two sections that there were many more Korean brands. I should've tried some, but it's hard for me to resist snacks and there was a good chance that would finish the entire bag in one go. Better to skip it entirely. The parking lot for the supermarket is spacious. I had no trouble finding a spot even though I arrived in the late afternoon when everybody has gotten off work. I live about two hours away. And I am very jealous because there is no Hankook near me.

We have purchased a wok from here, twice, and they were reasonably priced (around $35 if I recall), and we got a spare lid for a reasonable price as well. They also have a lot of prepared foods, snack foods, etc. Everything is reasonably priced. They do have a large enough parking lot, and usually we park on the side to avoid the chaos.
