    Chicken Lo Mein
    Kiara M.

Had to get some food on the go , and I love Chinease and fei da Chinease was simply amazing , we ordered this off Uber eats , The food was very hot and very fresh , The chicken lo mein was fresh and good had nice pieces of chicken in that paired perfect with soy sauce and duck sauce. The general tso chicken was great , I love authentic general tso chicken and I think Fei da had some of the best chicken in Indianapolis besides Foon Ying. Must try restaurant in Indianapolis.

Fei Da use to be my go-to Chinese takeout, however my orders over the past years haven't been as good. The combination plates are worth your money -- you get the entree (I got the pepper steak), fried rice, and a pork egg roll. However it's not really fried rice. It's just yellow rice with some peas and carrots. The egg roll has always been great. What's been the most disappointing are the crab ragoons! They were barely crispy and barely filled with filling. And it was just sweet cream cheese in the center, no imitation crab. I always do takeout so not sure about the service or ambiance of the restaurant.

One of our favorite late night Chinese dinners!! The dumplings and chicken apps are so delicious! The crab rangoon are usually amazing however this time we had multiple completely empty! Butttt still good for a crunch! The dumplings are always amazing! And general so is one of my go to meals at any Chinese restaurant! We did wait over 30 mins but still worth it because it was all cooked fresh!

We were craving good American-Chinese food! First time ordering from here: The good: Portion sizes are on-point. The general tso's sauce was generous, and we both liked our side fried rice and lo mein. My favorite was the shrimp egg roll that was a slight up charge to get over a vegetarian egg roll that came with the combo. What I wish was better: The general tso's could have been a bit spicier, on the menu it was flagged as spicy but I tasted no heat. Some pieces of chicken were over fried (stringy dry chicken leftover in your mouth when chewing) and some pieces were under fried (the batter was under done) so that was a bit odd. The crab rangoons were just OK. I'd like to give this place another shot - but just overall rating this experience as OK!

I ordered this restaurant via Uber eats, in my opinion in was great, standard Chinese. I did however see a review which said the crab Rangoon was unusually sweet, I love sweeter crab Rangoon but yes I agree the filling was actually very very sweet almost too sweet. My boyfriend was also less than satisfied with his food. He ordered the General Tso chicken and said it was soggy. We also got lomein and dumplings. Over all I'd eat there again but I definitely think it'd take some convincing to get my boyfriend to go.

Quick simple local Chinese take out restaurant. Simple, affordable, no thrills. The fried rice was just okay , it was probably the weaker part of the meal

I stop by here today for lunch because they have a lunch special for $5.50 and it was really good . The young man at the counter greeted me soon as I walked in and that was a plus for me . He talk to me the whole time I was waiting on my food and he even took my suggestion about there lunch special. I informed him that most Chinese restaurants give you a egg roll with your meal I had to pay a extra $1.40 I didn't like that but for the most part the food was good.

Even with the springtime rush making the parking a bit of a challenge, the atmosphere inside is wonderfully inviting. I managed to snag a darling little corner for myself, and the energy was just perfect. The hospitality here is truly top-tier; both the cashier and the gentleman behind the counter are simply lovely. My waiter was beyond charming and presented a menu with an impressive array of sophisticated choices everything from Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup to Steamed Eggplant and Beef Pancakes, with most entrees beautifully priced between $15 and $20. I decided on the Beef Noodle Soup ($12), and oh my goodness it arrived in a mere ten minutes! Talk about impeccable service. The broth was divine, and the meatballs were prepared to perfection. I was so caught up in the moment that I completely forgot to snap a photo before finishing every last bite! It was an absolute triumph of a meal. The food was great. We would return. Note: there is a similarly named restaurant on the eastern edge of Indy. Not sure if it's under the same ownership. It's so much more convenient than driving all the way to the northwest side of Indy. I've been on the hunt for solid American-Chinese food and anything close to more traditional Cantonese-style dishes. Still searching overall, but Tian Fu definitely has some pretty solid options. I specifically go out of my way for their Beef Stir-Fried Rice Noodles (Beef Chow Fun), which I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the city. The noodles have great texture and flavor, and it totally scratches that craving. I also really liked their fried marinated chicken wings, perfect mix of crispy skin and flavorful. I've heard they have a separate Chinese menu you can request, which makes me even more curious to dine in sometime and explore more of their offerings. Overall, I'd recommend them for the variety alone, easily one of the better Chinese food spots in the city, especially if you're on the east side and want something reliable for takeout.

I don't usually like to add more soy sauce to my food (and I didn't), but you're gonna need to drizzle the sauce from one of the other meals onto it or SOMETHING because homegirl was tasteless. Disappointing. The shrimp and broccoli was fine - exactly what you'd expect. Everything was packaged well, so I'd say attentive service for takeout. Not sure what it looks like on the inside/bathrooms/cleanliness, etc. since we did takeout, but I would go back for the orange chicken unless I find a place with better + solid shrimp fried rice. P.S. Remember when they used to automatically put eggs in the fried rice without you having to pay extra? I miss those days.
