The company offered to do the repairs themselves or pay for the damages. They attempted to repair the damage rather than pay for it per their preference, but were unsuccessful. They have not answered further correspondence and the damages were taken from my security deposit. Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend. Generally reliable for scheduled weekly pickups. Just don't expect much if you have to call because…read morethey missed picking up your garbage or if you need something larger removed. We had a couch to be removed for two garbage cycles, but despite 5 calls and assurances it would be picked up by their service, the couch is still there. Instead, they picked up the cushions so that the couch couldn't even be taken by someone else, and it can't be donated. By the fifth call, after two weeks, they said it would need to be be picked up on the special route and they would call back. I said it should already have been on the special route pickup since we called so many times. I asked when it could be picked up and they could not even tell me. Still haven't heard back from call #4, so not optimistic about #5. Told them if we don't hear back we would start looking into switching services. We also know they are not picking up things in my parent's neighborhood. No one wants the husk of a couch, or other trash in front of their house for 3 trash cycles.
