For our annual sale kickoff meeting, Feet First executed the perfect activity for us. Half of our group were international employees and they worked with us to create an experience that could be appreciated by everyone. We held our teambuilding event last week at a local park in Aliso Viejo and did the Survivor Games. Super fun and everyone was playing hard and laughing a lot - and this is an IT team! Our MC James was hilarious and got everyone involved - he easily broke the ice and got everyone pumped up and competing. Activity level was perfect - more cerebral than cardio. Feet First arrived on time and had everything set up and ready to go before all of our players had arrived and then the entire 2 hours was very well run and moved quickly. We had Cameron come for our wedding and he was amazing! I was worried the night before because I realized I had not called him in like a month and hoped everything would be okay, but there he was the next day with all our music that we picked. My team did a virtual Amazing Cyberspace Race event with Feet First and the whole team LOVED it! We were looking for a good team building event during the whole social distanced WFH times. The whole event was a ton of fun and a great team exercise. Working with Warren made the task of brining a fun and exciting team building activity to my conference, simple. Our on-site host and emcee, Brendon and his team were amazing! They truly thought of it all, from colored bandanas to a fun mini game where attendees could win more lego pieces.
