Had a joint birthday party last night for 30 guests. Easy to book online. The menu and packages was a little confusing at first but we figured it out. Essentially if you want food or drinks you order via the set packages which equates to the amount of hours you can have the room. There is NO individual ordering of drinks or food and there is no splitting of the tab unless each person individually orders a package. That being said the overall night was epic. Food and drinks were good. The room was fun with lights and plenty of seating. Sound was great and we all had an awesome time. If you're planning a gathering definitely consider feel karaoke. The overall price is much more affordable than a standard sit down dinner and this is an experience worth having with your close friends that you will always remember. read more

This place is a scam. Please beware and set the prices immediately. They will wait until the end to pile fees on you. I booked a small room for 4 people, the systems were down and they moved us to another room. After an hour it finally worked and they promised to give our time back. I ordered the 1 bottle package for $300 and in the end they tried to charge me for 2 packages totaling to $700. I threatened to call the police and they brought it down to $535. I had a very disappointing experience with Feel Karaoke and would not recommend booking here for an important event. I reserved a room for my birthday weeks in advance and paid a $70 deposit. Just days before my reservation, they texted me saying they no longer had a room available and wanted to issue a refund. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the information they gave me didn't even match my reservation. They repeatedly told me my deposit was for a 20+ person room, but my receipt clearly shows I paid the deposit for a 13-20 guest room. Even after I pointed this out and sent them my receipt, they continued giving conflicting explanations before simply canceling my reservation. While I appreciate that they refunded my deposit, a refund doesn't make up for canceling someone's birthday celebration at the last minute. By that point, invitations had already been sent and it was extremely stressful trying to find another venue on short notice. The lack of organization, poor communication, and confusion over my reservation left me with very little confidence in their booking process. I was really looking forward to celebrating here, but unfortunately this experience completely changed my opinion. I won't be booking with Feel Karaoke again. read more

Their website and this Yelp page clearly state the hours 7pm to 2am. I'm going to need a refund of my $100 deposit or for a phone call so we can see how to resolve this. I have sent 6 plus emails and called and left a voicemail. I'm resorting to posting on yelp now. Do I have your attn now ? Check your emails and voicemail and get back to me. Unforgettable birthday... but unfortunately for the wrong reasons. I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends at Feel Karaoke, and the experience was really disappointing. To start, they didn't allow us to cut the cake inside the room, and there was no space outside where we could do it either. Some staff members were in a very bad mood, which made the atmosphere even worse. When we were getting ready to leave, I took a few pictures with my friends and we were basically kicked out. I felt really bad for bringing my friends to this place. The TV kept turning off, they never brought the champagne we ordered, and in the end we had to go to a café to sing and cut the cake. I truly wish the experience had matched the special occasion, but it fell far below expectations. I hope they improve their service, especially for groups celebrating important moments. read more

I'm docking a star due to the security guard at the front, whose unnecessarily aggressive and power-trippy attitude immediately killed the vibe. This is a karaoke bar, not a high-security venue, and his demeanor alone makes me hesitant to return or recommend this place. I'm docking another star for a staff member who handled a technical issue poorly. When our TV stopped working, he repeatedly insisted nothing was wrong despite it continuing to malfunction. To which he told us "그만" while we were explaining the issue, which in this context translates to "stop" or "enough." This came across as dismissive and disrespectful, especially given that there were Korean speakers in the room and he just assumed we didn't understand him. The only positive was the younger employee who showed us to our room and explained the contents of our package, as he was kind and accommodating. As someone who has frequented many karaoke bars in Korea, this place falls far short of proper 노래방 standards. If good customer service matters to you, I'd think twice before coming here. read more

The vibe was super off starting first with the security guy who was aggressive and not welcoming at all.
