Feel Day Spa is my go to for Facials. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The facial is only $50 !!!!!! (can be less if you buy a package like I do). For $50 i get everything I need in a facial: nice, relaxing environment, face & neck massage, cleansing, THOROUGH PORE EXTRACTION, and lots of hydrating. The facialist I use is Kelly. I actually had reservations about even mentioning her name because I'm afraid to let out such a good secret of mine :) I've gone to her for 2 years now and would never consider going anywhere else. There is no need to pay the usual $150 for facials at other spas bc you are just paying for the place and some unnecessary products. Kelly gets the job done and then some, leaving you with money left over for a new dress to compliment your soft & perfect skin. read more

I went to Feel Day Spa to get their basic facial and it was great! I have an esthetician that I see regularly, but if I'm short on time and money sometimes I stop into inexpensive spots for a basic, quick fix. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately shown to a room. Jenny did my facial and she was very attentive. I have troublesome skin and she administered the least painful, yet thorough extractions I've had. Her touch was confident and skilled, she wore a mask while she worked, and I saw her take her instruments from the sterilizer and return them cleaned at the end of my service. Don't expect luxury, but it's a notch above other Asian spas in the area. Their rooms are more private, they made an attempt at decor, and played soothing music. At $50 for a basic facial, you can't ask for more! I'll be back. read more

GREAT massage, without the pretentiousness. I see Irene a couple times of month and I can usually just walk in (which I have to do because of my schedule, I'm sure they would prefer you call ahead) and I've never been turned away. They are open late, which is fantastic if you work late and its open 7 days a week unlike a lot of spas. One hour is $50- the best price in the city. I've been getting regular massages for years and unless you're going to a sketchy place that looks/feels/smells nasty you won't get a better price, and even so, for an hour it won't be more than $10 less. Try this place out. I don't think they get a lot of business and its unfortunate because it's a really great place. I've also had my eyebrows done and a facial there- I've never been disappointed. I have to agree with the "don't judge a book by it's cover" sentiment re: this place. For months (years?) I've walked by thinking it looked cheap and unappealing...but then I received a gift certificate for a one-hour massage, and was pushed to try it out. I am *so glad* I did. Not only was the massage the best value I've ever experienced ($50 for an hour????), it was the best massage I've ever gotten, period: thorough, attentive, and deep. My masseuse (whose name I wish I'd gotten, drats) intuited all the areas of my back that needed attention, and worked tirelessly to knead the knots. (I can't even imagine the triceps on this woman...she was powerful.). She asked regularly if I wanted more or less pressure, and seemed to spend the perfect amount of time on each area of my body. At the end of the hour, I could have happily continued, but also felt like a new woman. For what it's worth, the private rooms in the back are far more tasteful than the front neon-ed waiting room suggests: they're clean, simple, and muted. I was pleasantly surprised with this place! My boyfriend and I went in for a 1hr couples massage, and it was the best massage I have ever gotten! The room was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. I'll be honest I was a bit skeptical when I made the appt last minute (which they got me in right away!), but it was a wonderful experience. I had a nice massage. It's noisy there - and not very private to be droppin trou. I was a little worried when I am getting undressed and there's barely any fringe covering the window. I went because I've had some pretty bad neck pain the past few weeks, and told her that my neck and shoulders were bad, but she pretty much just did her routine, I didn't feel like she paid any extra attention really to my neck. With that said she was very responsive when I said stronger or gentler and she did have a very nice touch, if I was going for a just very nice massage, it would have been lovely. read more

Just finished an hour long deep tissue massage and feel like a brand new person! Its not a high-end day spa, but like someone else says, if you don't expect that then its fine. The music made me laugh (instrumental versions of unchained melody and the like) but when you're stressed out and needing a massage, laughter isn't the worst thing. I tried to book through their website but no one ever got back to me, but when I called they were very attentive, and when I showed up a couple minutes early they took me in immediately. I must say if the scoring was based on personality alone it would be 4 to 5 stars. Alas, facials are about our faces ladies and gentlemen - not how awesome we FEEl. The ambiance is ok and clean enough. The blankets do have a slightly worn feel which creeps me out a bit. I have gone for facials and massages on a number of occasions and would just rather pay more for excellent results. The massages are below to average and will do if you are in a crunch. Similarly, they use average products and do an average job. It's a good place to go if you are in a crunch with time (you can book the same day usually) or financially - it's really affordable. This was my first ever spa experience and it was amazingggggg ! I was debating about whether to check this out or go to one of the big popular spa but boy am I so glad I came here. it's a small place so you won't have to worry about people walking around naked or kids running all over the place. When we arrived, there was this special - 1 hour of full body massage and body scrub for $75 ! we were all in. We waited about 20 mins because there was other clients (like I said small place). now time for our massage and body scrub, she did an excellent job on making sure I was relaxed, massaging every single stress knots that I had and that I didn't know I had. the body scrub was the cherry on top I felt like butter after that scrub ! now here's a few things that I did not like, because its a small place you can hear everything in another room or whenever someone would walk in and like I said the special was $75 but because I was paying with my card they charged me $81 but I didn't care because the service was great and I had a good time. if you're someone that cares about that definitely bring cash. I usually do a lot of research before doing any beauty procedure, however with my visit to this place, I rushed into it a bit. I wanted to do a facial & saw great reviews on Yelp at this spot, so I decided to come here myself for a facial. First of all, I called in advance to ask a few general questions about what I wanted to do, but the person on the phone seemed completely clueless so I couldn't even get advice on what would be a better skin procedure for me. I still decided to go there and give it a try to see if I will like it. I re-asked the cosmetologist again, about which facial I should do & she told me she will see once I get my makeup off. So she ended up "selling" me the most expensive facial to me on the list they have. Also they demand a 30% tip & for a 3 star "spa" a $170 facial treatment (for "ok" service) is wayy too high. I could've went to a 5 star spa with that amount of money for a real facial. Overall I wasn't THAT satisfied with my experience to be spending almost $200 & wish I didn't leave so much money there. However the facial was ok but not great, especially for that price. :/ just being honest read more

OMG, BUYER BEWARE. I was going to write a good review for this place until i left with only 1 EYEBROW. This place ruined the next three months of my life. Some lady who didn't know what she was doing, not Jenny, put a clay mask on my face and put it on my eyebrows. Well needless to say it should not go on your eyebrows because it ended up ripping off my entire left eyebrow. I look like a total freak and sobbed when I looked in the mirror and saw what had happened. Jenny came in to do damage control and the owners did NOTHING to solve the problem but stare at me like I was a ghost as I left in tears. Thought I was going to get a good deal on a cheap facial and left with only 1 eyebrow. So painful as i sat there for THREE hours while they scrubbed the clay out of my right eyebrow. DO NOT GO HERE. I hate giving bad reviews and NEVER do but this place is a nightmare. read more

Excellent massage, just got back from a visit with "Ava". She was. Ice and did a wonderful job checking in with me to make sure the pressure was just right. I did the one hour with a 15 min stone massage add on. I definitely recommend it. I've been to Feel Day Spa twice now for their hydrolifting treatment. It's like a marvelous facial (without the extractions) and costs only $45! I love this place. The spa itself does not offer high-end luxury but the treatment was as good or better as I've ever gotten and the prices mean that you can go more often than once a year for your birthday. I had such a terrible experience here. I came for a relaxing facial experience, and ended up frustrated and annoyed. The employees were talking loudly for much of the facial. In addition, I was charged $5 more than the listed facial price, and then was not allowed to leave until I paid a 20% tip. The employees did not allow me to leave and forced me to change the amount I tipped. Then, after changing the tip, they made me stay longer while they called a friend so that I could talk to her, only to realize that they were in the wrong. Ultimately, I ended up paying much more than I should have for a mediocre facial. It is outrageous that they felt entitled to a 20% tip for a sub-par experience. read more

Fantastic massage by Connie! I went to her in so much pain, and she was intuitive, strong and persistent. I came out in a great mood. I've also had Lily, who was recommended to me as the best. I use this place all the time. Not only is it convenient, it's cheap, and they give good massages. I have a number of problem areas, which I always mention when I get a massage. Every time I walk out of Feel Day Spa, my aches and pains are gone for a few days afterward. If you have chronic pain, you know how great that feels. They give a terrific, hard massage. read more

I very much wanted this to be a 4-star experience, but given the price and that it's in my neighborhood, I wasn't that surprised when it wasn't. It cost less than half, I would imagine, that you would pay in Manhattan. I took my teenage daughter for a "spa afternoon" as a Christmas present to us both, so the package entailed 4 separate procedures. All were ok, none great. The massage (which was only 30-min) was acceptable and pleasant but not really memorable; the body scrub nice but not really worth the price, the seaweed wrap (kind of a misnomer) surprisingly was probably the nicest part. The facial was really too short-I know it was only a 50-min "full facial" included but I don't think they extracted blackheads for more than 2 minutes on either of us. The shower-to where one has to walk to clean off scrubs or wraps--kept almost overflowing, although the facilities were clean. And no robes for that hall walk or to warm up in? Basic place for basic price. I would go back, for treatments anyway. Get an upgraded kind of facial and make sure the full time offered is given. read more

At the end of a very long day at work I called to see if they would take me for a 20 minute massage if I could get there by 8:40 (they mentioned they were closing at 9). Answer: Yes. I was there at 8:40 and getting worked on by 8:42. She focused on my problem and came as close to "fixing" me as I could have hoped.
