I just got married this past Saturday March 29th. Honestly I wasn't planning on hiring a…read morephotographer, I never budgeted for one. I thought that photography was completely out of our budget. We planned on utilizing a QR code. We knew everyone attending would have a cell phone, and most cell phones have incredible cameras attached to them. I saw an Ad on Facebook for Jolie Images, it was incredibly affordable. I thought it was a scam. I did research on the company and found out it was comprised, and owned by all females. I loved what they stood for. I decided to book them for my wedding. I contacted them and they were incredibly easy to deal with. My date was available so I put $100 down. They allowed me to pay what I could afford, and then pay the balance prior to the wedding day. I requested a female photographer. They have both male & female photographers. I ended up with Joanna, this was such a blessing. She took complete charge and suggested that I do a first look. This was my 2nd wedding and I didn't want to have anxiety or be nervous. Joanna knew exactly what I wanted and eased my anxiety. My first look had laughter instead of tears, since it was done, prior to me walking down the aisle. My husband and I were able to spend precious moments, prior to our ceremony getting all the butterflies out of the way. We even had a special moment and our first kiss . This was all captured. She got to know both families and their personalities. When certain family members pushed back with comments, she would joke back and tell them what to do, where to stand, and how to pose. During the exchange of the rings, the best man left the rings, upstairs. Joanna mentioned in the 27 years she has photographed weddings, she has never witnessed that. In a situation where I could have overreacted, I took a breath, saying to my husband and Pastor, that's ok. Then everyone started laughing. She never missed a beat. She is the Diamond at your company and she shone at our wedding. I am forever grateful that you sent us your most prized possession on my special day. I left without a…read moredecent up-close portrait of my husband and I from 10+ hours of coverage and hardly any, in general. I have more photos of my feet than photos of my husband and I alone, both looking at the camera. They had to photoshop a photo of my husband and I into existence and what I received was so bad, it was not print quality per an independent third party printer. ETA: other important / basic shots were missed including ones from the shot list, things like the back of the bride in her wedding dress, veil shots. When our photographer came, she did not seem happy to be there and it is shown in our photos. They also completely botched our first look - they had it in a place that was extremely public after I said I didn't want that and they were running behind. The photographer who was supposed to be capturing my husband's reaction (told me when to go) completely missed it. Thank God for my videographer because their screen captures were the only decent thing that I have from my wedding in terms of stills. I had a nightmare of an experience, including being delivered low quality, blurry, and out of focus photos that was not made right by the owners. In fact, I was treated so badly that another person who regularly hires professional photographers was shocked and horrified when she had tried to have a conversation with them on my behalf. The worst part is they tried to sell these photos taken from a million miles back and blurry, low quality, and washed out photos, and tried to tell me they were 'fine' and they were doing a new editing style... one that I was not informed of after signing my contract, but also that just wasn't true. Additionally, their contract states that they crop the photos for distractions. Mine were not despite pointing out many many many photos with this problem. There was no care as to the editing process. They were highly unprofessional and tried to ghost me for weeks rather than just addressing the issue. There were so many unreturned emails and questions unanswered. If they would've said, here's how we can make this right and we're sorry, it would've made a huge difference. My other vendors who viewed the product I was delivered said that this was subpar, unacceptable, and unusable. It was a nightmare working with them and they are highly unprofessional. As an aside, they don't retouch their photos without a fee, just color edit. There are better deals elsewhere where you will get actually retouched photos. This comment where they offer to help is totally disingenuous. I asked for help multiple times as it happened. I asked for help and I was ignored and in fact, treated terribly and was told that "I just didn't know what I was looking at and I must be overwhelmed" only to be told by the owner himself he never even looked at the photos. Yes 2 years later I'm upset, because they ruined a once in a lifetime event and this comment just reflects that to them it's been 2 years now, but the fact that it's your once in a lifetime event was of no consequence. Also the throes of wedding season was also dishonest... it was fall 2020.. everything was closed. there were no weddings. Avoid.

Our photos look absolutely beautiful but also tremendously genuine, a rare quality in wedding photography. Lidia and the Front Room Staff were also a pleasure to work with generally. They were impeccable when it came to ensuring everything was well-prepared for the wedding, they were extremely flexible when we had to continuously reschedule due to the pandemic, and they were all just generally pleasant in all our interactions. Lidia truly went above and beyond on our wedding day - she knows exactly how to keep everyone enjoying the day while managing to take the most exquisite photos. She's a rare talent, and we could not have been happier with our experience with her and Front Room.

I really dislike rating businesses with 1 star (and if you read most of my reviews, I try to find…read morethe positive and honest aspects of each business) ..We used them for our wedding in April 2015. However, this review will be written, not out of anger but principle, we have given them almost a year since our wedding to practice professional business (and I have given myself time to look at it rationally, but I am out of patience). Hopefully this review will: a) prevent other couples from the stress we have encountered b) inspire the business to change their practices I will start with the positives to be fair: The photographer was amazing, he did an excellent job in keeping all parties calm during photos, he captured crucial moments, he was very firm and pushed us to our limits (in a GOOD WAY). This review has nothing to do with the actual photographer. The photos we eventually received were beautiful. The Negatives and main reason for the review: We got married in April 2015. We signed a contract for an album and large picture. It took 8 months for the album to come after multiple promises from the owner that it was "being shipped the next day" and still not receiving it for months. We still have not received the large photo we ordered and it is February 2016. The reason this is irritating is because we were promised we would receive these items months ago. If we were told differently then it would be our fault for waiting so long, however, this is not the case. As a bride, one of the most stressful things is to choose the right vendors, waiting for the photos and prolonging the event of the wedding is unexpected and not necessarily what one would want. We finished our wedding last April, we are ready to BE DONE WITH VENDORS and should no longer be in contact with them. Save yourself the trouble and book a different photographer (even friends would do at this point :) )
