This is the third Package that was never delivered. The first two I complained and nothing was done. I supposedly received a package today at 11:55am. When I received the text that my package was delivered. Nothing was there. I saw the FedEx truck, but nothing deliveto my home. Worst Fedex in Michigan. We are a business in a building with a 24/7 security and with a sign on the door to call a phone number to be let in or leave the package and they refuse to do it (even when signature is not required), then they put the doortag directly next to the sign with a fedex logo, phone number and instructions. I then have to sign the doortag AND call fedex to get them to leave the package outside the suite. Then when UPS comes they read the sign on the door, call for the door code and take the package fedex left outside and bring it inside the office. This has been happening for over 8 years. THIS is why we still pay more to us UPS over fedex. read more

Due to nearly everything being affected by this covid PANDEMIC, I won't complain about how long my packages are routinely sitting literally two miles away from me and I can't get to them. Perhaps more employees should be hired, idk. What I am here to complain about is my last package being tampered with twice. The package was from Adidas, so I assume these wonderful people were into that kind of thing and considered stealing my package. I guess they couldn't do anything with a pair of 1X women's tights. I mentioned "twice" because not only was the initial tape busted open; there was also another taping placed over it that was also busted open. Without question, the worst service I've ever received from a shipper. I will now shop my vendors based on whether they ship Fedex or not. My packages have been held hostage at their facility for over a week because the posted hours for my business are 5pm during the week, and they don't deliver after 5pm. None of the calls I made to assure them that we have employees at the facility at 8am everyday made a difference. Likewise, we open at 12noon Fridays - no delivery. I've made more than a half dozen calls about these packages. I have opened cases with customer service. This delay has affected my ability to conduct my business as is intended, and is costing me revenue and, unfortunately, affecting morale of my team, since they don't have the tools they need to do the job. Never again will I ship Fedex if I can avoid it. For a logistics company, they suck at solving problems. Like, embarrassingly bad. read more

Ordered a package weeks ago, has been sitting at this location for over a week, 10 min from my house. The package was a two part package, they delivered one of them a week ago, and havnt updated the second part of the package sense then. I get the whole pandemic thing;however, how one part of a package was delivered and the second half has not I just don't understand. I can see on the tracking this place got them both at the same time, but the second half has been dead there sense the 1st. No other problems with any other delivery company. Just this fedex. This review is not for this particular location but for the entire Fedex as a company.. I need my tracking number again. As Shipper I should be able to retrieve this from Customer Service since my Identification and phone number was taken at the time of shipping at this location. I should be able get my TN again if forgotten or misplaced. I didnt receive any confirmation email, or text, just a small piece of paper that can easily become lost .. I shipped my package Friday and was told it would go express. I have talk to 4 different CSRs via phone and still receive no tracking number... my credit card was charged .. but package is no where to be found I'm pissed. And I will not be using Fedex shipping center again until shippers are able to retrieve there tracking number if forgotten or lost. read more

I get that there a pandemic going around but my bf ordered something & it was delivered 2 weeks after the delivery date! Even said it was scanned on to the truck multiple times then said "delivery wasn't attempted"?? It sat at oak park for 2 weeks. Moving on to me both of my packages have been sitting at oak park for a week now and not once has it attempted to be delivered. I'm an essential worker i get it's stressful but maybe they need to rethink how they deliver their packages during this time bc packages are coming weeks late and no other delivery service has this problem. I don't know if this location isn't organized well or what's going on but hopefully they fix this issue. I know it's not happening to everyone so I don't see what's going on. The WORST delivery service in the WORLD. Just watched the FedEx delivery person bring a package to my home. He never came to my front door to ring the bell. I walked to my side door to open it. I saw him reach over my fence with my package and just drop my box on the ground from the top of my 4ft fence then start running to his truck. I went after him but he took off. Friendly service, fast and efficient. Arrived at 5:30pm and only waited a couple of minutes in line.

There have been times when I've waited nearly 20 minutes to drop off prepaid packages. If you're lucky (relatively speaking), someone will be out in the customer area when you get there. Otherwise, you have to wait for someone to notice you. On the other hand, if someone is in the customer area, chances are, that means someone's ahead of you. If it's more than one person, you can pretty much abandon all hope of leaving anytime soon. FedEx employees will wander in and out, or stand behind the one working the terminal, offering nothing resembling help to anyone. Some will screw with you for amusement, like segregating people in to "picking up" and "dropping off" lines, and then disappearing in to the back to leave the lone customer service employee to deal with two lines instead of one. If you can go to another location, do it. read more

Just received my package and it was marked fragile all over it! I opened the door to receive it and watch the lady driver throw it on my front porch! I went to ask her why she threw it on my porch when it was marked fragile as she got in her truck and left. Absolutely horrible service and a horrible driver. read more

I wish I could review FedEx corporate. I believe they allow their employees to behave in this manner. Their staff lies and they don't do their jobs. They have me calling the shipper/vendor to find out why FedEx can't deliver my pkg. How would the shipper know why FedEx can't deliver? They don't leave door tags, but the driver claims they did. I have email notification. The only way I knew the driver had been here is because of that email. I was here all day, no knock on the door, no txt notification, no following instructions left on my FedEx account/profile and no door tag. This is the 6th time this has happened in 2 months. What in heavens name is wrong with these people! They can't read or maybe it's because I complained the 1st time. So now they're coming up with any excuse not to deliver my pkgs. That is such poor customer service, I think the dept of commerce needs to look into how they do business. Especially since each delivery was an Express delivery, and FedEx is not delivering the pkgs within that time frame. Isn't that considered theft?!
