I would have never known there was a FedEx shipping site at this location, until I happened to search on my phone. I am thrilled to find it, because the lines are short and the staff is very friendly and professional. They were quick to tell me my options and helpful in every way. I would rate zero stars if I could. Drivers do not attempt to deliver packages that require signature for 3 straight days. Call customer service and they tell you nothing they can do today but assure you it will be delivered tomorrow. Then this process repeats each day. This is insanity and if you actually want the package to be delivered highly recommended you go with UPS and avoid FedEx if at all possible. read more

I have to start out my review by saying I usually use UPS. Every time I do, I always leave thinking "wow, they're so nice!" Even my ups driver is wonderful. Today I had to go to fedex to ship 2 boxes for work. I explained that the boxes needed to arrive no later than one week from today and the lady who waited on me told me to send them ground. I asked her if ground would definitely get there by Monday, she said no, it would arrive "by Wednesday." ok. "What's my next option? " I ask. I say "do you have a 2-day delivery option that'll get the boxes there by Monday?" Her response "I cannot guarantee they'll be there by Monday." bewildered, I look at her and say "can you please tell me which option I should choose in order for them to arrive within the next week?" She says "none." So to that I respond "this is the most confusing conversation I have had in a very long time." She just stood there and said nothing. Thankfully there was a client behind me who showed me what forms to fill out and showed me where to check off the 2-day delivery option. It was as if he worked there, but sadly, he did not. As they say, "If it ain't broke don't fix it" so moving forward, I will continue to ship from ups and avoid this debacle ! read more

Not pleased at all with Fed Ex. Their driver came through the alley next to my house. He didn't even have a delivery. pulling out of the alley he hit and took out our decorative wall and plants. We have it all on camera. We contacted Pittsburgh Fed Ex facility and they gave me a claim number and said the drivers supervisor would be calling in 24 to 48 hours. That was over a month ago! Return call get the same response. Tell me Fed Ex, who's going to fix this? Try training your drivers! read more

This REVIEW is for Fed Ex, CORPORATE. Has anyone had the ISSUES that I have had in the past two years? Come to think of it, TWO YEARS is a long time. Most of us have used Fed Ex at one time or another. I have explicitly had our address NOT ONLY listed at the front of our home but in addition on a SIGNPOST with LIGHTING so that the driver can not plead ignorance of the address BUT it STILL KEEPS on happening. I have had our MAILBOX across the road EMBLAZONED with our ADDRESS ALL OVER IT. It still keeps on happening. Fed EX KEEPS losing my packages almost on a weekly basis. I NOW live in fear to order things online from REPUTABLE BUSINESSES. I have contacted both Fed Ex and the BUSINESSES. They claim they cannot do anything about it. I have even contacted our State Atty General's office. They were told by Fed Ex that Fed Ex will NOT BARGAIN with them on the money lost on broken, misdelivered and lost articles for me personally. The Drivers have ALL left pictures of people's homes as proof that they DELIVERED my packages to SOMEONE ELSE!!! How does that HELP me?? As you can see, We are all being MISTREATED by Fed Ex Corporate and they act as though they are above the law. I have TRIED to go through LEGAL SOURCES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just use the USPS or UPS. I came to pick up a package and the guy just refused to help me. Another customer and I just stood there in shock while he continued to ignore us. He refused to look up the package and kept huffing and puffing that it was 25 mins before closing. To even lying and saying the system is down...while he worked on the computer???? I understand it's probably tough working a job like this but just help the customers get their package! We've all worked jobs where a customer comes in 30 minutes before closing and yes it sucks but to blatantly be mean and disrespectful to another human is just disgusting! read more

FedEx are the absolute worst couriers in the world. They've lost 6 of my deliveries over the past 7 months. Their drivers are incompetent and they're complete liars. I live in an apartment building. The drivers often refuse to deliver packages to my door. Instead, boxes are dumped on the lobby floor in an insecure location where they're being stolen. The drivers lie and state that they've attempted a delivery when they haven't. The drivers are careless. They've delivered my packages to the wrong apartment. Don't bother calling customer service; they won't follow up with you. In fact, they'll probably hang up on you like they have when I've tried to reach them. I ordered a loveseat and the manufacturers used FedEx to deliver it. FedEx held my shipment for 2 weeks and wouldn't provide me with any updates on when I'd get my item. When I called customer service to find out where my shipment was, they lied and swore my shipment would be delivered that day or the next and it wasn't. The manufacturers had to pay another company to pickup my shipment and deliver it to me because FedEx is complete shit and wouldn't deliver it. Why the fuck would FedEx charge a company to deliver and then not deliver? I hate FedEx. If there's a choice, I don't use them ever because they're the worst. read more

I love when I find a large FedEx complex that has ample parking and is open late. It makes live so much easier. The only drawback is that it is somewhat difficult to find if you don't know where it is and the GPS will take in the exact opposite direction on 32nd. Of all delivery services in Pittsburgh FedEx is the absolute worst. If I ever order online and the seller offers FedEx I offer to pay more money to have them use something else. Horrible customer service, Horrible claims system/department, Horrible International Service. I sent an envelope from USA to Philippines, They lost my package upon pickup in Henderson, NV on 6/23/15. I called 800 number and was told I could not file a claim for reimbursement until they traced the package again and again, Finally the confessed it was lost and allowed me to file online claim, which they promptly closed for no reason without informing me. I reopened the claim to get reimbursed my $66.21 for shipping and was sent a check dated 8/3/15 for $20. I paid $66.21 not $20.00, Nobody can explain this to me so I reopened claim yet again and filed complaint with BBB. Use DHL for international shipping, way better, reliable, and less expensive. I will never use FedEX again because the customer service and claims department is a nightmare. read more
