Their bad moods can be infective, so be on your guard. They sometimes don't stagger lunches or breaks right and leave the office shorthanded, so expect a line here. One of my returns was set to be returned somewhere else, and they helped me redo it to return there so I didn't have to make a trip to Ogden which I greatly appreciated. When I asked why and said that I was not comfortable having my ID details entered into the computer. She continued typing my details in the system and responded extremely rudely. "It is required in case you are mailing a bomb or something." She said it was required and I couldn't mail if I didn't do it. Interesting that this is not required at USPS. I've worked in customer service for over a decade and even if that is true the way she spoke to me was appaling. Back to USPS.

There is not tape on the floor for social distancing, The clerk was not wearing a face mask. No one else in the post office was wearing a face mask but me. The clerk did not stay behind the plastic bearer or try to step back from her counter when people approached. In a time of covid this was the scariest post office i have been in.
