The facility is located conveniently and was neatly kept. The staff was nice enough, but it ended up that they couldn't help me anyway. I was told on the phone that my package would be available to pick up at 5:30pm. So I'm there at 5:30. The man looks on the computer to see where my package is and says, "it says it will be here at 17:30". Umm, yeah... that's now. After he realizes this he goes to look for it and comes back to tell me that the driver won't be back til 6 and I could come back. Funny how I might have better things to do other than spend time at FedEx. Prior to this visit, a doortag was left for me (which I found on the ground) and I forgot to sign it. So I called and they said I could pick it up. Since I apparently could not pick it up, the man told me I would have to sign the new doortag, not the old one, and leave it out. I went home expecting another doortag - none in sight. I still signed the old one and taped it to my doorknob so it wouldn't fall off. So I did receive my package after 3 days :P read more

After being sent here from the SUGARLAND location because dry ice is considered a "dangerous good" the girl with red pig tails and tattoos behind the counter tells me "we can't ship it without a dangerous good label". I tell her the other store didn't say that and she asks what store and I tell her and she just repeats three times it's a dangerous good and suggests I go to Amazon to buy a label. I ask which label out of the 30 on the card she showed me and replies "the one with dry ice on it". There wasn't one with "dry ice" on it. Thank goodness another well trained and aware employee came up and said they do in fact have the labels and pointed at them less than two feet away from where we were standing. Pig tails just says "oh". To misinform a customer because of ignorance and lack of knowledge at HER JOB is completely unacceptable. I paid $338 to have an important package overnighted to an elementary school and was told "no" without a care. I was there at the location to pick up my package since no one was at the house by the time the package was delivered. It's been two hoursI waited until the closing time. I was told by Sonia that it will be sent to the nearest location the next Day. However, Sonia made sure that I will be able to pick it up from there and did above and beyond to help me pick up my package the next day. Sure did when I came back after work the next day, the package was there and Octavia helped me get my package since yesterday. Box was crushed, parts falling out, left on front porch, and did not ring doorbell, or knock on front door to alert a delivery was made. A porch pirate's dream and/or collusion. The safety glasses I had ordered were crushed also under the weight of the parts, because the box was stood on end. Summit Racing was notified and pictures send to them. Although I have "Signature Release" with "instructions on where to drop it" on my FedEx Online Delivery Manager on file, my package was NOT delivered for the second time and I had to drive 42 minutes away (one way) to pick them up. The first time I was told that the driver just picked up someone else's shift and that I was gonna be contacted in the morning but it NEVER HAPPENED. I have used this location several times to print some simple black-and-white documents sent from their online ordering page and most of the time I have had no problem and good experiences, but the last time I went there I had the worst experience and I will not be going there anymore. I made an order that consisted of two black and white pages of text to be printed and it would cost less than one dollar. I sent the order at 8 AM and went to pick it up at 11 AM but it was not completed yet. The lady behind the counter was very rude and told me that I had to wait several more hours for my two pages to be printed and that there was nothing she could do to print them for me at the moment even though I was the only customer in the store at that time. She told me I could cancel my order and do it myself on their printers which is what I ended up doing without any help. I told her to cancel my order and I ended up printing it myself from one of their printers following the instructions on the card she slid across the counter to me. I wish I would have remembered her name but it does not matter because I will not be filling any orders from that location anymore and I will be doing all of my printing myself from now on. I have never felt more disrespected at any business then I felt at this location from that employee. I might have understood if she was busy but I was literally the only customer in the store and every employee was just standing around looking like they were doing something by staring blankly at whatever computer they were standing in front of. For some reason they could not print two pages in a three hour time frame that I was able to complete myself in about two minutes. I hope there is a big change of staff at this location because every employee was just standing around and not offering any help. read more

FedEx is by far the worst shipping company. I hate when online stores use them. They have really screwed me over time and time again. Just let me talk to the store. 99% of problems can be resolved this way. I don't need a report filed where no one will get back to me. This time was the final straw. Wrote a review on this hub center. Had a package overnighted. Supposed to arrive Friday morning. Checked tracking in the morning. Update says it arrived at this facility, they attempted to deliver (in Katy), and returned to the store because no one was home. All within an hour. Checked my door-no note, checked my cameras-no attempt. There isn't a doubt in my mind they were overbooked with deliveries and just tagged mine as an attempt with no one home without leaving the hub center. I wrote a note on a pice of A4 paper and stating that we are at home, asking her to ring the doorbell if she receives no response from Ring. This noon they lied again! Nobody came at 1:10pm. I am quite sure the address was correct as she did come last Saturday. This is really horrible as they lied! This is long but so was the misery that these crooked, lazy liars caused me. An overnight package with signature required was sent to me, to arrive yesterday. I waited for it for half the day, until I was notified that it was "delayed." I later looked into it more and saw that the driver said no one was here to sign for it. There were two of us here all day and it's a small apartment. We would not have missed a knock at the door. They most likely just didn't feel like coming to our upper floor apartment. Also, I don't appreciate being lied about to the sender, who then thinks you couldn't be bothered to wait for the expected package. That's an undeserved reputation slur. The next notification said they'd "re-deliver" it today by 3 pm. But after again waiting for it, we received notification of the same lie, that delivery was attempted but that no one was here to sign for it. I see many reviews stating this same problem. Fedex could easily stop this by requiring drivers to take a photo of the door, with the apartment number or house address if it's on there. Like the good delivery services do. I then spent half the day on the phone with customer service, getting nowhere with people in India. I spoke to a couple of people whose English was so poor I could not understand them. One person hung up on me. Then I was told I could pick my package up myself here, a half hour drive with my bad back, after 1 pm. Lucky me! I received no text or email notification of this so I called back at 1 pm to check first. No one knew what I was talking about. I finally spoke to someone (still in India) who may or may not be a supervisor, who said I could drive the half hour and wait here for the driver between 7 and 8 tonight. Lucky me! All the extra mess from customer service could be avoided if the customer service reps. had the ability to do anything about complaints (like Amazon does). Um, like maybe just call the driver right then when there's an issue and he/she is still in the neighborhood? Also, I was told that the sender will not be refunded the money they paid for the overnight signed delivery that was not even attempted. Finally went to pick up my package myself and asked to speak to manager but instead was given the same old 1-800 number, the ONLY number you will get, to speak to people in India who barely speak English and can't do anything for you. There is no complaint process, no customer service and no accountability. Overnight shipping with a signature will be purchased but not provided. Instead, you will wait at home for two days while the driver is allowed to lie and say you were not home rather than make the delivery. Then you will have to spend half a day on the phone trying to straighten it out. Finally, you will have to go pick up the item yourself a half hours' drive away and that is that. AVOID. read more

Wow is all I can say. I absolutely hate FedEx. Anytime I receive a package, I ask them NOT to send via FedEx because I won't get it. Well, a couple days ago I was waiting in important mail that required a signature. The initial driver marked it as "Tried to deliver". I received no text, no call, nothing. He have my cell phone but never called. I was home the entire time. I asked Cust Service to have the driver come back out Saturday. She said she would try. Two hours later, it showed the driver will come out on January 2nd by 12pm. Okay, come January 2nd, I made sure I was home and dressed by 9am. I didn't trust the driver so i checked online. Lo and behold the driver (new driver) also coded it "Tried to deliver". Wow! Mind you, I'm at home. I was also home Friday. FedEx does not hold these lying delivery drivers accountable. Ok even though I was initially pissed because they did not release the package to me, they did their job and was very nice in doing so. Parking was easy and not too crowded but they were slow. I had to go pick up a package that was not in my name but went to a house I own. The package required a signature. Once they make attempts and they miss you then you have to go to the facility and pick up the package. Once that is done they want the person who name on the package to pick up the item. I showed utility bills with my name that match the address which is what they asked for when my ID did not match the address. She then got her manager and because the utility bills I was showing were on my phone (who carry around utility bills!) he was on the fence; I did not push it and said that was fine. I was a bit of a pain because it was major traffic going and took almost an hour for me to get there and I left from work and had to go back. So to drive all the way and leave empty handed I was not a happy camper. Nonetheless, they were nice and explained why they could not release the package. I'll start off my saying that in the end, the two gentlemen at this location did help me solve my problem. 1. The delivery driver never rang the doorbell, go figure. 2. My package that needed to be signed for was never left even though I signed the piece of paper they stuck to my door. 3. When I got the email confirming that my package would no longer be delivered because they had attempted to so many times, I went down to the shipment location as the email REQUESTED ME TO DO. 4. Of course my package was not there as it was "being delivered" 5. When I called their customer service to make a "stop delivery" they could not because the store was "almost closing" They took a note and requested I call at 8:30 when they open to request this. 6. When I called the customer service line, because there is no direct store phone number. The woman gave me the runaround and then finally told me that this store was REJECTING my phone call because I did not know the name of the person I needed to speak to. 7.When I shoe up for the second time, at 8:30 when they open, to this location they told me of course that my package was out for delivery and that even if I had gotten through to them that the drivers leave at 6 am 8. Finally the gentlemen put a stop delivery on my packages right then and there (why that didn't happen the first time I went in I'll never know) and I came back for a third time the following day to get my packages.
