    FedEx delivered parts for Summit Racing. See pictures of the package's condition. Box was crushed, parts falling out, left on front porch, and did not ring doorbell, or knock on front door to alert a delivery was made. A porch pirate's dream and/or collusion. The safety glasses I had ordered were crushed also under the weight of the parts, because the box was stood on end. Summit Racing was notified and pictures send to them. They replaced the safety glasses. The safety glasses came UPS Ground in perfect condition and they rang the doorbell.

    I went to Fed EX ship center and customer service treat me like I am not there because I told her I am deaf. I have been wait for 2 hours. And customer service said can't find my packages. My packages has been delay 3 times!! What a lousy deliveries!?!

    This is the card she gave me so I could print my two pages document by myself without any help or any explanation.

    I have used this location several times to print some simple black-and-white documents sent from their online ordering page and most of the time I have had no problem and good experiences, but the last time I went there I had the worst experience and I will not be going there anymore. I made an order that consisted of two black and white pages of text to be printed and it would cost less than one dollar. I sent the order at 8 AM and went to pick it up at 11 AM but it was not completed yet. The lady behind the counter was very rude and told me that I had to wait several more hours for my two pages to be printed and that there was nothing she could do to print them for me at the moment even though I was the only customer in the store at that time. She told me I could cancel my order and do it myself on their printers which is what I ended up doing without any help. I told her to cancel my order and I ended up printing it myself from one of their printers following the instructions on the card she slid across the counter to me. I wish I would have remembered her name but it does not matter because I will not be filling any orders from that location anymore and I will be doing all of my printing myself from now on. I have never felt more disrespected at any business then I felt at this location from that employee. I might have understood if she was busy but I was literally the only customer in the store and every employee was just standing around looking like they were doing something by staring blankly at whatever computer they were standing in front of. For some reason they could not print two pages in a three hour time frame that I was able to complete myself in about two minutes. I hope there is a big change of staff at this location because every employee was just standing around and not offering any help.

Dear iStorage Tenant, I hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the insurance policy on file for your storage unit at 4456 North Brasewood Blvd is currently expired. To ensure continuous coverage, we kindly request you to provide us with a new PDF copy of the declarations page for your insurance within the next 24 hours. If we do not receive this documentation, an automatic insurance application will take place, resulting in an additional $12 premium charge. The coverage limit will be set at $2,000. Furthermore, please be aware that if the updated insurance information is not received within 48 hours, access to your unit and the storage facility gate will be restricted until the necessary documentation is provided. You can submit the required insurance documentation by sending the PDF to 8114@nsabrands.com. Alternatively, you may bring a hard copy to our office. Please note that only PDF submissions can be processed to ensure accurate record-keeping. You might notice they cannot even spell the street they are located on.     Very nice very clean…read more Used our space for overflow after my folks passed and then grown kids needed over flow space. Six and half years and we have finally been able to assimilate our overflow back into the empty nest space. Convenient Courteous Accessible We were on third floor; couldn't been easier to access. Easy to close down. Highly recommend; might have stayed longer but the steady $ increases (from $207 to $270 / month) kept the pressure on to close it out.
