I was expecting a package today from Fedex, I saw the driver on my street right at the time of expected delivery time, but never delivered the package. How/why do these drivers do this?! My package still shows out for delivery by "Jose". Great job Jose! read more

Online it said my package was out for delivery but when I checked my phone it said it was already attempted to be delivered. The driver didn't even knock or ring the doorbell and left a "sorry we missed you" note on my door and swiftly left. I was sitting by my front door all day and nothing. Worst experience ever!!! read more

I waited for a FedEx delivery all morning in my livingroom. When I went to the front door to check the mail, I discovered a FedEx doortag on my door. The delivery person COULD NOT HAVE KNOCKED or I would have heard it - I was 15 feet from the door where I was sitting. Now I have to make a 28 mile roundtrip jaunt out to Cranberry to pick it up. This is not the first time I have had this experience with FedEx when a signature is required for delivery. We have a lot of steps to our front door and my guess is that they prefer to sneak up and leave the doortag without knocking so they don't have to carry the package up to my door. I don't have this problem with UPS and despite being from the area, recommend UPS over FedEx for this reason. read more

Worst carrier in the business! When they get too busy, they post false delivery claims on their site.

The Cranberry facility should be shut down for incompetence. I waited two entire days for promised pick up of a large parcel to no avail, just empty promises. Now they want to come tomorrow m,orning and I have a doctor appointment I can't miss. The parcel should have been close to being delivered had Cranberry done their job, now the parcel just sits in my garage waiting and waiting for a pickup. Trying to get a live person to talk to is virtually impossible and the so called virtual assistant is worthless. read more

Great customer service. Agent helped print out a label for me that wouldn't scan off my phone without being asked.

This location was understaffed today, 12/07/16, between 4 and 5 p.m. There was one gentleman working with five customers in line. You could hear other employees in the back, and our associate tried several times. I also saw two associates climb over the packages and scale where stuff is stored while it waits to be sent, rather than walk around. Very disappointing. They also put my package on the wrong truck and it took forever for them to find it in the office (they came to my house, I wasn't home, and they said I could come pick it up). But, things happen. I don't have to come here often but when I do I usually get quick service. Nice and helpful workers. The waiting area has a faint smell of diesel exhaust but I can understand they have a lot of trucks loading up in back. Not a huge deal. read more

I always dread when I see things are shipped with FedEx. They either underestimate the time I takes to deliver the package (ex. It'll say I'll have it in 3 days and there have been times I didn't get it for 7 business days.) or if it needs signed for like this last package... they walk to the door and tap so lightly wait 2 seconds and run back to their truck. They don't even leave slips that they were there. Both my parents were home yesterday you can hear someone cough on the outside of the trailer and never heard a knock. My mom was in the bedroom unaware the package needed signed for and saw him walk past the window then less then 10 seconds later walk past again. I called after for a re delivery and they made no attempt what so ever and I was at work, for the post office. I even stressed the importance that it's a temporary license plate for a car I bought out of state and I need it for inspection and to refrain from getting a ticket for expired tag and I needed it TODAY and I'm unable to pick it up. Made no attempt to re deliver what so ever. At the post office if this sort of thing happens and i bang on a door and there's no answer in 20 seconds I leave a slip. And if they call the office to say re deliver it I will! And if the package is back at the office at that time and I'm gone a manager or clerk will re deliver! October 12 2016 raining all day left a message left at front door , I'm in Cleveland my mother is picking up my mail and out of the comer of her eye sees my chainsaw thrown over the fence inbetween a bush while you can walk through the gate 20 ft up 3 steps to put on dry porch I called and the driver told them there was a dog I don't own a dog !!!! Cardboard completely soaking wet , Jan 26 2017 new shoes set over the gate of the fence so anybody walking by could reach over and take .now 20 minutes prior to delivery they said they already left it at the front door WTF! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..RUDE EMPLOYEES. Please avoid this place if you want to remain sane. I went there for a one page fax. FIrst, the lady with curly hair faxed it to the wrong number. After telling the lady about her mistake.. she shouts at me and says will not apologize cause she did nothing wrong and next time she will not help me. She told me that my handwriting is like that ..the 4 looks like a 6 and that she did nothing wrong. I told her politely that it did not look like a 6 and hence she shouted back at me and said I accused her of being a LIAR...very obnoxious lady. How do they keep such employees !!!!! Did not expect that from a reputed company like FedEx. Very SAD to see the level of people they hire is so bad and have no manners at all on how to treat the customer especially when they made a mistake..rather than admitting to her mistake ..she blames the customer and their handwriting...WOW ...what a rude shock !!! Spent money and got abused for something that is not my fault...AVOID THIS PLACE if possible.... read more
