So glad we now have a service center in our area! I stopped in to see if they could service my dyson hairdryer(no fault to the manufacturer). The showroom was beautiful, clean and sleek. Crystal greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She was friendly and extremely helpful. Answered all of my dyson questions about my dryer, the new air wrap that I can't get my hands on, and a vacuum that I had been looking at. My hair dryer was not fixable but with it still registered under warranty she gave me a brand new dryer!! When I called the dyson customer service line before hand, they offered me 20% off a new dryer; which I appreciated and took the offer. So now I have a professional dryer for my salon and I can have my supersonic for myself at home! I am so pleased with my experience, I will go back there anytime I need a dyson product serviced or buying anything new. Crystal said they even price match, and also have an exchange incentive this week if you want to upgrade. I'll definitely be a returning customer! UPDATE!! After I left that day Crystal went straight to work looking for the sold out air wrap that I was looking for. After a few emails back and fourth she got me in contact with a store in NYC that had some in stock, and I got my air wrap! Should be coming in the mail any day. Just picked up my two hair dryers from the Warrendale Dyson Service Center. I am never one to leave reviews, however, my experience was so awesome I just had to share... First of all, the location is clean, organized and they follow great COVID protocol- employees are masked and they ask that customers also cover up and limit the number of people to two at a time in the lobby. (This was not an issue for me upon drop off or pick up as I was the only one there). Ely was the technician who serviced my items and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He communicated all of the issues that he addressed, encouraged me to ask questions and made sure he was there to explain to me what he had done to make sure I was satisfied. (The best part, when I called him back a live PERSON actually answered the phone- very rare these days.) I was EXTREMELY impressed and could not have asked for a better experience. read more

This is a brand new Service center that opened up in cranberry. I dealt with Crystal and she was fabulous. She was very informative and help me make the right purchase. We bought a V10 stick vacuum as well as their hair dryer. We bit the bullet and spend a lot of money at the store, but after using both of these products we realized that this was the best investment we made this year. We are exceedingly happy with Dyson's products. Thank you for putting this service center here, I don't think I would've bought these products had it not been for the service center recommendations. My house is never been cleaner with very little effort. The V 10 stick vacuum is so easy to maneuver and so efficient to use. The batteries seems to work for as long as Tyson says it would. I have a 5yr-old Dyson that was loosing suction and needed a good cleaning. This Dyson Service Center really delivered! Trustworthy, quick, painless. The kindest people! I brought my three kids in with me (ages 5, 2, 6 months) and the team was so friendly and accommodating. They have toy Dysons for the kids to play with and even offered snacks. I was a walk-in and they had me in and out with a freshly cleaned vacuum within 20 minutes. And my kids didn't want to leave! Excellent experience, they will always be our go-to from here on out. Also wanted to mention that before I found this service center, I had contacted a different local vacuum repair company and they said they would need my vacuum for a week to give an assessment of what repair would be needed. A couple weeks ago I broke the step plate on my 10 year old Dyson. So...knowing how "easy" it's supposed to be to fix this specific brand of vacuum, I ordered the part online and proceeded to fix it. Skip ahead 4 hours. Entire bottom of vacuum is in pieces and I am lost. Quick google search later and I find this place. Left a message on a sat, they called back first thing Monday morning. Brought the pieces in on Wed. About an hour later they called and said it was good to go and they did a FREE health check on it! The location was clean and new. They had all kinds of new Dyson toys (I'm a Dyson nerd). And. AND! The staff was the nicest they could be! I will NEVER attempt my own rebuilds in the future!! This is the second time I took my Dyson vacuum to get repaired at the Dyson Repsir Center in Warrendale. I'm not saying it wasn't repaired right the first time I'm just saying I had to take it there two times for some issues with it. Both times I was very pleased with the quick service and how pleasant the technicians are. I just dropped it off and I went shopping and they called when it was done. Which was probly only a half hour. Today I went and with the COVID situation going on it was a curbside pick up. I was quite pleased how quickly they answered the phone to come out and get the vacuum and to return it to me. I also want to give a shout out to Krystal who was my technician. How very cheerful and very informative she was about the problem I took my vacuum in for. Great job. I'll definitely keep going there! read more

I placed an online request to fix my Dyson vacuum. After receiving an email with a service center near by, I realized I would be able to make their business hours for drop off. I called and asked if they would be able to meet me right when they close because of when I get off work and how far I was coming from. The person on the phone said no problem and that he would let the store team know. I drop up right as they were closing and they were waiting for me. They checked my vacuum in and verified my contact information. The person helping me even offered to ship my vacuum back to me because she knew my schedule was tight to work with their business hours. I'm so impressed with how great their customer service is. My vacuum is being fixed and will be shipped on Monday. If they can't fix it, they'll replace it. read more

I spoke with Crystal from Dyson this morning. She was super helpful when I drove up to the service center. I was hoping to just get a new hose for my very old Dyson, however Devin noticed damage to the vacuum and said it was not worth putting any money into it as it will probably fall apart soon. Both Crystal and Devin were very honest and helpful and I trusted them explicitly. As a bonus, I walked out with a brand new Dyson upright vacuum and paid less than $200 for it. I would highly recommend the service center for repair or purchase. I didn't know you could buy Dyson products there. I got some extra tools for a bonus. Crystal put the vacuum together for me and adjusted the front for my thicker carpet. She even took the time to show me routine maintenance and common trouble shooting for my new Dyson Ball. read more

My wife and I first went to the Dyson service Center to have our animal upright vacuum looked at. We have always been very happy with Dyson products and the service we have received. We were especially pleased with the service we received at the Dyson service center. One technician, Devon went above and beyond, he made us feel very welcome at the shop and he answered all our questions regarding Dyson products, as well as diagnosed the problems with our animal vacuum. Since we have purchased 2 new dyson vacumms, an upright and cordless model. We intennd to purchase several more Dyson products this year and are excited to see what Dyson does next. My parents are getting older and do not have central A/C... It is hot and getting hotter. They had an issue with a damaged (part of their) fan. Needless to say, they were sweating it (literally and figuratively). I visited the Dyson Service Center Pittsburgh yesterday because my cordless vac wasn't charging. I expected I would have to leave it there and return a few days later to pick it up. To my surprise, it is fixed on the spot! I was offered a snack and water and asked to sit in the showroom for a bit. I waited about 10-15 minutes and my vac was returned to me in working order. The lady I dealt with (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was awesome! She showed me some features of the vac I wasn't aware of and gave me some tips and sent me on my way. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this site! They even offer a trade in program where you can bring your old vac and get some money towards a new one. read more

We brought in our Dyson Ball vacuum in for a free check-up. It's still under warranty, but ~ 2 years old. It was starting to sound noisier when vaccuming carpet, so we took it in to have it checked out. The store employee cleaned everything out, tightened everything up, and replaced a couple of parts that were showing signs of wear. The noise is gone and it runs like brand new. Literally, I don't think I could tell the difference between this one and a brand new vacuum. As far as turn-around-time, we dropped the vacuum off in the AM, and picked it up at lunchtime. We were just walk-ins; no appointment or anything. Great service! Highly recommended. Very glad there is a Dyson store in our area now. read more

Recently my Dyson cyclone V10 motorhead began to loose its canister upon emptying and was in need of repair. I was directed to this service center by Dyson phone support. I was greeted immediately upon arrival at the showroom and service center. I explained the issue that I was having with my V10, they verified the registration and took it to the back for service. A short time later I was presented with the core of my V10 replaced, no more canister issues! I was also provided a new air filter along with my old one as a curtesy. Because the V10 was under warranty, the replacement/repair was free of charge. I could not have hoped for a more pleasant and expedient experience! Thank you! read more

Called here to find out if I could buy new filters. Turned out I learned Dyson has the most AMAZING warranty and it COVERS FILTER for 5 YEARS!!! On top of THAT... this place is AWSOME! One of the managers, Crystal, was SO HELPFUL and very knowledgeable. She took the time to show me EXACTLY how to clean out my vacuum regularly to make it run best. Also she was very friendly. I have LOVED my Dyson since the day I got it bc it cleans great and is so easy to use. Based on this experience though and the great customer service here... I needed to visit this dyson repair center today with my beloved dyson vacuum cleaner which stopped containing the stuff it was picking up from my carpets. I just couldn't figure it out myself so I took it to the experts! No appt necessary. Devin met me curbside and repaired my vacuum while I waited. 20 minutes later I was on my way with a functional dyson! Devin couldn't have been more kind or courteous. Crystal and team really took care of my 10 year old Dyson. I was having an issue with the bin not seating correctly and they were able to repair it within a day! They have a ton of products in their showroom as well. So pleased to find this gem so close to home here in Pittsburgh. I went in today with my cordless vacuum, my larger vacuum and my air filter and crystal greeted me immediately, came outside to help me carry all of them in! They diagnosed and cleaned all of them. They figured out what they was under warrantee that they could do for free which was incredible.
