They have a few parking spots out front. It's not on Main Street and is a bit tricky to find. It's small inside, with not a lot of space. There are no computers, just shipping boxes, and that's it. Make it come with whatever you need because you must purchase it. They don't provide any of that or assist with packing if required. There's a white printout paper that you must fill out a form with sender and recipient information so that it is ready before you get to the counter. Don't worry. They will give you that paperback after your package is labeled and ready to be sent. read more

5 stars for the empathetic FedEx Team Members that awent out of their way to personally go into the back to retrieve my package for me when I nearly had a breakdown about having had to come pick up after my package had twice been delayed, held, and then unable to track. Mark A. , Victor A., and Victor I., THANK YOU sincerely for your compassion and your empathy. I appreciate your help and your willingness to see me as a human in need of support. Truly appreciate you all and hope this reaches the right channels so that you'll be recognized for your efforts. Cheers. FedEx in general? Literally zero stars if that were possible but let's focus on the positive amazing team members they have on site. read more

Website clearly states last priority pickup is at 9:00 PM, but when I arrived at 8:42 PM on a Wednesday I was told the cut off is 8:30 PM. All the drop boxes near my office were removed, and now the locations (this is not the first) are pushing up cut off times. FedEx doesn't seem to actually want business. I'd give them zero stars if I could. read more

FedEx Ship Center - Lies!! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Bronx, New York

This was a horrible experience. I ordered an item from the Nike.com website and my items were scheduled to arrive 6/12/20. However my items were sent to the wrong address and then sent back to this shipping center. The representative there was extremely rude and lacked the patience a customer service representative should have. I've had a career in retail management for over 10 years and I know what good customer service should feel like. No sign of that here. I reported the representative to Fedex in detail and asked if I would be compensated for the time and money it took to go pickup my item after it was shipped to the wrong place. They said there was no option for that kind of accommodation. I know we are in a pandemic, however the customer service experience is the only thing that separates any customer service business from another. Do better! read more

I was expecting a package on October 31, 2024, that never showed up on its delivery day. So Today, Friday, Nov 01, 2024, my package was posted as misdelivery while I was at home. No ring bell, no knock on doors or misdelivery slip/note. My package was marked for Monday, Nov 04, 20024 for the next delivery. Tracking Number 281204292073 read more

I normally don't take the time to write out reviews but this has been the WORST experience I've ever had with fedex. Over the last week I've mad several calls to find out where my package was, there were several emails sent saying it will be delivered & then the next day it would change to pick up at this location. Not only did they never actually attempt to deliver but when I called to confirm i had to still pick up my package they told me yes. I proceeded to make my way all the way to another borough for them to tell me it was back on a truck to be delivered!!! & again it never was. read more

This Shipping center is AWFUL. No one knows anything. They act like you're bothering them if you have any questions. The rudeness of the staff is embarrassing. The driver lied twice saying he attempted delivery. I was home both days. I called Fedex and was told I had 5 business days to pick up my package. I go the next day and the package was sent back to the shipper. FOUR DAYS before it was supposed to be!! Even the shipper was flabbergasted by this awful customer service. I guess these idiots make up there own rules. FEDEX you need to overall this place. It's a disaster. read more

Shit customer service! Told them my packages were extremely fragile! Got the packages 4 days late and both are broken!

Only come here if you have the patience of Job. After knowing how these types of folks operate with home delivery, I was like I'll be one of the "smart" ones and have my package sent to my place of employment. Yup, I got screwed too. According to the online tracking, my package was supposed to be delivered by 4:30 pm. Somewhere around 1 pm, I saw that there was an exception. I call the hotline and was told that my place of employment's address was wrong (but they corrected it) and the package would be delivered the next day or I could pick it up after 5 pm at the shipping center. Fine, I'll pick up the package. I figured that if they screwed up delivering the package on Monday that they probably would screw it on on Tuesday too. At 3:30, the online tracker said that a delivery attempt was made but the business was closed. Ok, that's complete BS. Ok, the location of the center is way on the edge of the Bronx. Unless you absolutely need your package, I would not venture out there (especially once the sun goes down). If you must visit, definitely take a cab or an Uber if you can . . . especially from the subway station. The center is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station, and you'll be walking through a very deserted part of the South Bronx. You will have to cross a highway ramp and walk underneath a bridge. The actual center is a hot mess, and it's clear that the employees do not give a d*amn about any inconvenience THAT FEDEX MIGHT HAVE CAUSED YOU. Looking back, I guess that I was one of the lucky ones for the following reasons: 1. They found my package relatively fast (it was only a 45-minute wait). One man had been waiting for over 1.5 hours. 2. They did not lose anything. A service representative lost another customer's driver's license AND his package was not even at the center. read more

These drivers for this entire warehouse are known for stealing and re-directing packages; claiming no apartment number; claiming it's delivered, takes a pic, never KNOCKS ON DOOR, returns a few minutes later or sends a friend to steal your delivery. As the many other reviews before me, this company and the people working here are horrible. A worker, Damien, was supposed to deliver my package and blantantly lied. He said no one was home to receive the package, but I have a doorman, who receives all of the resident's packages smh. I even spoke to an older women yesterday, I forgot her name, who reassured me that my package would be redelivered at my address today and it still says available for pickup. I am now trying to reach someone and no one is answering at the store! This is absurd. If you don't like your job quit! read more

The FedEx location that delivers to The Bronx is the worst. Three times the delivery person lied that no one was home. My sister was there waiting for her package. After the third lie she made arrangements to have the package held for pickup. When she arrived FedEx claimed to have system issues and could not confirm or provide her package that I had sent. I called customer service several times. They took my info and also lied that someone would be in contact with me. I have yet to hear from anyone. This was a 2-day delivery package. Eight days later my sister still does not have her package. I ended up contacting the merchant to inform them of my FedEx experience. When they used UPS there were never any issues. The merchant filed a claim on my behalf. Hopefully they will stop doing business with this horrible company and return to UPS. read more

They lie! They never rang my door bell !!! They say "attempted delivery" but this is false!!! I took the day off for this and waited 11 hours at home only to see this in the tracking system! They didn't leave a tag and no signature was required, which proves my point that they were never here!!! I've been sitting in my apartment all day and tested my bell and it's working just fine! LIARS!!! This is supposed to be an overnight shipment and today is Friday and now they say they will attempt again on MONDAY? REALLY? My second option is taking a $30 cab ride (one way) all the way to the Bronx from Manhattan. Someone better reimburse me and I will be sure to report this to higher management. I WILL NEVER USE FED EX AGAIN WILLINGLY. Ruined my entire day. I requested to speak to the manager of this branch, a representative told me I should get a callback within 30 minutes. Still waiting on that call but the only thing I hear are crickets.... P.S. Why is the default location all the way in the South Bronx when I live in Manhattan? Let me tell you a little story. About a year ago, I needed to send something by Federal Express. So I filled out a form online and expected someone to come the next day and pick it up. And no one ever showed up. So I called that night and asked that someone come to pick it up. Then I waited the next day. By around 4 pm I called again and was told that someone had come by and I wasn't there, which was strange because I hadn't left my apartment all day. So they said that they would send someone back to pick the box up. Around 5:45 pm the front door buzzed for about 1/300 of a second and when I picked up the phone to buzz the front door no one was there. I called Fedex again to get a pickup the next day. So the next day, there is a knock at my apartment door. It's Fedex. Finally! I open the door and ask: "You're here to pick up the package?" and he tells me: "No, I'm here to drop off a package." So audaciously, I ask if he could take my package since he is here, and I'm told: "No you have to call for a pick up." Of course, I explain that I've been trying to arrange a pick up for the past two days. Anyway, he leaves. So I call again. And three hours later, the same Fedex guy comes back and says: "See, you need to call for a pickup!" He takes the box and I'm impressed that he actually feels that I'm the person who should be lectured after I've tried five times. Fast forward a year. I need to send another box. I call Fedex on a Monday night and ask them to arrange a pickup. And no one shows up on Tuesday. So I call on Tuesday evening and they say that they will send someone on Wednesday. I also specially tell them to bring a box because I don't have any. So who shows up the next morning, but the same guy who lectured me from last year. And without a box. In fact, he tells me that he doesn't have any boxes. Imagine my luck. There are so many Fedex boxes out there that college students build furniture with them (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FedEx_furniture), and I have the only delivery guy in the country who has absolutely no boxes, and doesn't offer to get one for me. None. He did bring an envelope though. His name is Marcus, by the way. But I'm sure that if he's smart enough to keep his job and not do any pickups for several days that he's also smart enough to not give customers his real name. Is the MTA reading this? I think I just found you a new executive vice president. read more

This is literally the WORST Fedex facility on the East Coast. And to make matters worse, the one used by shippers to deliver packages to the Upper East Side and Harlem. August 1, the package I received was incomplete--missing the thing that was the MOST expensive. Hmmm. I call the seller for a replacement, done. Now on Aug 6th I'm "not home" even though I stayed there all day. Aug 7th-again, no package. "I wasn't home, but I was home" I call this trash place only to be confronted by a NASTY piece of work on the phone who was so incoherent that I didn't hear the access point where my package is being held hostage. I had to research on my own. They lie, and they steal and lose your packages here!!! Screw this place. Never again. read more

Kelly P. the Manager is a complete liar and unaware of her business operations and staff. The driver Mateo inputted into the system that my package was dropped off at 3pm and when I arrive at the location at 6pm the package nor the driver is here. When I was advised that my package was not at the location I was quoted a 10 minute wait by Kelly, when the driver really told her 20 mins. It took the driver OVER 40 MINUTES to arrive with my package. What a joke. read more

I have called 1800-go-fedex to redeliver in a later time because delivery at 1-4 pm is not possible if you work. They still delivered at their own time and I missed it. The manager and the Express handlers from this facility are terrible. I ordered a new phone online and asked for it to be delivered to my home address. It was supposed to be overnighted and arrive on Monday. It's been three days already and still no phone. Why do you continue to come to my apartment when I'm not home??? At other locations I've personally witnessed and heard accounts of handlers reattempting delivery later in the evening and also calling ahead to see if the addressee is at home. They actually honored the 'by 8pm' service that FedEx offers. Please follow suit with that protocol 670 E 132nd St location PLEASE FOLLOW SUIT. If l could give zero stars that would be the best . First of all l never left any review in my life ,since l simply don't do that ,but the experience l had with this place ,people, customer service is something l will never forget. I PAID for an early delivery (Wednesday),was working on my laptop the entire day at the front of the building, they never came .When l checked my status,it says 'we made the first attempt,we will try next business day'. The same thing happened the day after (Thursday) and the day after (Friday).Called 100 times customer service, they were acting like nothing happened, saying 'we will leave a note to the driver ',what a hell I canceled my flight on Friday night coz l needed that package. The most interesting part is coming next -someone called me on Friday night ,finally that specific location which l couldn't get the number from the customer service (they didn't want to give me ). That guy was super rude ,saying if l wanna get my package l have to go to some other location(6 miles from my house)coz he can't keep it more at that location since the driver made 3 attempts. I was like ok ,let's get this done ,took the address and went there on Saturday morning as he said between 12-2pm. Guess what .....?!the package was never sent to that location again customer service ,asked for a manager, they don't want to put the manager on the phone. Last.... l took a cab and went to the first location (70usd one way ) and my package was there. People there were rude ,didn't give a sh.... about what happened. I don't understand how, like other people say, a majority of deliveries (if failed, which seems like the case for everyone) is sent here. It is in the worst location and is extremely inconvenient. As others have stated below, if I could, I'd give zero stars. This branch of Fedex is run by absolute fools. I'm currently dealing with the worst situation I've encountered with any shipping company to date. I was depending on an order for a component necessary for my work to be delivered today. Somehow, they completely botched the order, mistaking my address for a business address, and cancelled the shipment without any reasonable explanation. Worse, every time I call Fedex, I am given a different story. I am told that the package is still en route, then I am told it is at the facility and will be sent out on Monday (I have a work deadline I need the package for that day), and then I am told that a special courier is sending it on an interior case. 0/5. If I could put zero stars I would. I've had two packages within a month that were "delivered" and never received. They forged my signature on today's package, I'm the one who personally located said package and it's sitting at this Bronx facility. It's worth hundreds of dollars.
