Other dumpsters would have had to be placed where it would block my driveway, due to overhead wires, but when Chuck-It delivered my dumpster was delivered, they backed up my narrow, 150ft driveway into position with no issues at all. I took a 3 piece bathroom and walk-in closet down to studs (120sq ft total), and it was almost exactly the right size. I filled that thing -- I mean REALLY filled it, with cast iron pipe, plaster board, plywood, framing, tile, glass -- all manner of heavy stuff, and I was within the weight limit. I can't imagine what it'd take to be heavy enough to get charged extra. For my next renovation, I'll be using Chuck-It again.

October 20th, 2025…read more To whom it may concern, I visited your store located at 2736 Medina Rd, Medina Ohio 44256 about a month ago. I wanted to upgrade my Apple 13 Pro and Series 11 watch to the 17 Pro and Series 11. The salesman said that they did not have the watch or the phone in stock but had upgraded versions. I told him to order the items I wanted. We also talked about keeping my existing plan and with the trade in I would pay about $22 additional each month over 3 years and that included the $7.50 for the phone service on the watch. About 2 weeks later I tried calling the store to see if the phone and watch had arrived. I found out that the phone store does NOT have a phone line and talked to Verizon directly so they could message the store. I did not hear back, so I just drove to the store. When I arrived, the phone and watch was there and the salesman asked me what deal I he had given me. I told him about the $22 per month but that I did not want a payment plan and just wanted to pay it all up front. He then told me that since the order was already started, he would have to cancel it and that would take about 48 hours. A week later, I showed back up at the store and asked a different salesman about my phone. He came back and said there was not a phone and watch for me. I told him that I already saw the phone and watch and that it is in your store. He finally came back with the phone and watch and asked, "What deal did the other salesman give me?" I explained the $22 and that I just wanted to pay it in one lump sum. The salesman then told me that that deal is no longer offered and that the prices have almost doubled. I told the salesman that was a classic "bait and switch" and that I will not do business with your store and I left. I called Verizon, and had to get that order cancelled since the store did not do that. I assumed that with my phone lines being with Verizon for the last 21 years, they were happy to honor the original deal. I have started posting this review on other sites to inform customers that they are NOT a Verizon Dealer, but an authorized dealer and it appears that the price for every contract fluctuates based upon the day, and who you talk to. I can reliably make this accusation since every time I talked to someone, they always have to ask what price I was quoted, instead of the sales person looking up the price or just honoring their original quoted price. T-Mobile store in South Euclid is corporately managed store, not an authorized retailer. In theory,…read morethis means that you can complete various transactions and receive better support. In practice, the experience is lacking. PHONE INTERACTIONS: Prior to coming to this store, I did not have a great time becoming T-Mobile customer. On average, I spent around 3 hours on the phone setting up service and completing other transactions either corporate. During the process, I called this store in South Euclid about purchasing a new phone. They were very dismissive and sent me to corporate. After the setup was complete, corporate sent me back to the store to mail back my phone (trade-in) for added convenience. I wish that I chose another location or sent it via another service. STORE EXPERIENCE: I arrived at the store and immediately serviced which was great. The employee assisting me couldn't have been more disinterested in my transaction. He was heavily leaning on the counter, watching TV show episodes on his phone, and eyeing attractive customers during my transaction. During my interaction I had no idea what was going on and the status. There were no words exchanged and no opportunity to ask questions. I observed other staff very openly rolling their eyes at customers. It is in no way a good customer service. I found the experience to be strange. STORE: The store is centrally located in a plaza on Cedar Road in South Euclid. It is easily accessible from South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, and Beachwood. It's right down the street from the highway if you're traveling. The parking lot is spacious but hard to navigate. There are "no entry" signs to the main road (Cedar) and other parts of the parking lot. The plaza contains other big retailers and some restaurants in case you need to run a few errands. The store is clean and well stocked. I was surprised that even mostly sold out iPhone 17 cases were available at this location. Overall, this is not the store that I'll be returning to. While it's clean and centrally located, the service is very disappointing. I'll visit another store in the future and hope for better experience.
