Before submitting your application, you have to…read moreagree to a "deductions policy" covering tardiness of deliveries, what they take out of your pay if you "no show", etc. I believe it was something like $5 per 5 minutes late for tardiness. What's interesting, is that they confirmed a phone interview with me for 1:45pm on Tuesday for my interview. They never called, never responded to my emails about the call, and haven't answered on ANY available extension on their office number numerous times. I had to share personal information on my application, so now I am a bit concerned if they are even a real company or not. Based off of their "policy", there would be some hefty deductions for their tardiness, no-show, and inability to communicate. Pretty hypocritical if you ask me. Needless to say I have zero desire to interview anymore and will be sharing my experience on all job posting websites. If this is how you treat potential employees, I can't imagine how you treat customers or vendors.
