Worst customer and delivery service, i ordered my work iPad from Apple and chose FedEx overnight delivery service but I didn't recieved my package 4 days and on the 5th day delivery drive came and didn't knock on door or called on my number which I provided in delivery instructions and just left a note that I missed the delivery and I recieved the notification an hour later when the delivery was attempted I immediately went outside and saw the note on door after that I called customer service and reported this they said I need to sign my package but i already provided release signature online as it was my work iPad I missed around my work entire week because of this fedex worse customer service and than after submitting the report I got call from this shipping center and the lady was so rude about why I complained and gave a excuse that a delivery driver cannot call from his phone than I said her it's silly because he should have called from the work phone well FedEx provides cell phone to delivery drivers and also i provided her the information about the package release online signature than she was became more offended so i would not recommend anyone who is looking for a good customer service and want their money to worth for it, worse service experience ever I have received packages from ups and usps are much better than this. read more

I went to this place to send out an international package to Japan. Maybe it was still early in the morning, but it seemed like their computer system was down or really slow. With only 2 other customers in there, they had 3 employees, 1 was a trainee. Just seemed it too longer than it should. On the positive note, they did greet me when I came in. I came to return a package and the requester had very elaborate instructions so I struggled a bit, but the employees were super nice and quick. It wasn't very busy on a Friday afternoon. I was attempting to package a box and didn't have tape so I was looking to buy some, but the employees said they'll happily package it for me. I didn't even have to ask or request help, he just saw me perusing the aisle looking for tape. It's unfortunate that I didn't get the employee's name because he really deserves a kudos. The assistant manager (Jeff) was so sweet and helped me get my item packaged to the supplier's instructions. Will never go to FedEx again. For anyone considering shipping, go to the family owned USPS a few stores down. They're faster, cheaper, and your package will arrive 1-2 days earlier. I spend 45 minutes to ship a single shoe box with shoes in it. I was the only person in line, and the person ahead of me took about 22 minutes to ship their package. Seems like 22 min/person is the average time to pack. After waiting 45 minutes, I was charged 44$ to ship a single pair of shoes. I asked for a 17x17x7 in box which costs about 4$, but was charged 9$ due to "packing material" that u didn't ask for. The shoes cost 34$ to ship with about a week delivery time. FedEx sucks. USPS is 19$ for 3 day shipping. Free boxes. Go there. read more

I hardly ever write reviews on Yelp but I felt the need to this time for the excellent customer service provided. I needed to deliver a package urgently but unfortunately the FedEx employee made a mistake in documentation and the package was returned to my house. I freaked out since this package needed to be delivered on time. So you may ask, "why is this a 5 star review?". Well my skeptical friend, I then contacted the FedEx office and the employee of the year, Michael, immediately owned up to the mistake (made by another employee) on behalf of FedEx and tried his best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. He was able to express ship the package at absolutely no cost to me. It is now expected to arrive back on time. Thanks for the great service Michael! read more

Located in a very busy Strip mall that during lunch time the parking lot can be pack. I would not suggest coming to the FedEx at 12:00... For work my boss wanted to some important docs to be overnighted. Upon walking in there was no line !! The exceptionally nice FedEx rep helped to fill out all the right paperwork. I must say the rep there are exstremely helpful. If you do find yourself in a line. You may find your self for a bit of await. Each person may have their own needs. I have only seen 1 FedEx working at a time. With it being in such a busy area I would think they would staff 2 reps in the office. read more

on 11/19/12, I used Fedex International Air Waybill to ship a box of personal bags to Malaysia. Someone from Fedex forged my copy and marked on the column "Bill duties and taxes to " Sender. (I have the original copy that was unmarked.) I was harassed by Fedex and its collection agency for the duties by various letters. I tried to convince a Ms Kathrina of 1-866-728-8587 of this. She was insistent that I am still responsible even though someone at Fedex marked off the column without notifying me. She even said that Fedex shipped over 6 million packages a day and the problem or responsibility lies with the sender, who should check off every boxes. I felt that this is a classic example of a big corporation bullying a small home business owner trying to do the right thing and could not obtain any understanding from a huge corporation. This is not a full Kinko's, rather, it's just a ship location to drop off FedEx Express and Ground packages. Pretty convenient location to my office. Only drawback to the location is that it shares the parking lot with St. John's so it can getting really crowded during lunch time. -1 star because the lady that helped me commented that my name was "an old fashioned name". This is a bit of weird review. I needed to print something quickly, and see that there was a FedEx Kinko's nearby. I thought it would work, so I headed in there. Alas, they couldn't help me, they didn't have a computer handy (even though according to other reviews...they used to?). Fine, so I had this exchange: Me: "Hey, do you know where I can go nearby to print something?" Them: "There is another FedEx near Mission College" Me: "Oh...really...nothing else around here at all?" Them: "Nope" Bummer. So I step outside the FEK. And what do I see...A FREAKING PLACE WHERE I CAN PRINT STUFF (Notary4All). A COUPLE DOORS DOWN! REALLY! So you might say "Rob, why didn't you go there in the first place?" I didn't see it! I Yelp'd 'print shops' and this came up. NBD on that failure. Perhaps my experience is based on my own bias as a computing power user. I had to use their computers in order to print a document I had stored in my email. The connection and computers were so ridiculously slow that I almost felt like it was rigged. If it moves like molasses, then I've got more minutes racking up on my credit card while I wait for a simple PDF file to download. Then on top of that, it took forever to print. Print. Pause. Load. Print. On and on for 11 pages. So something that would have taken easily half the time (and more than half off the cost - I believe each B&W printed page was $0.49 at Fedex vs. $0.10 at the Mountain View library) took forever, and I definitely got charged for it. The second part was my own fault, but buyer beware if you're new to the area and don't know where the area code boundaries are for faxing. I used this Fedex to fax said 11 page document up to Palo Alto. The cost of this "long distance" faxing to the 650 was easily twice as much as it would have cost me had I known I was in the 408 before I pressed send. Then again, once you've gone out of your way to find a Fedex and then find out you're long distance, how much does it cost you in gas to get to another office services provider that isn't considered long distance? Printed one document, faxed two, and made one copy. For actually accomplishing relatively little, my more than $30 trip here was aggravating to say the least. read more

May 2009 update: there is a color and B/W copier now; sending international faxes costs $6 for the first page and $4 for subsequent pages. Note that the shop is not visible from Lawrence. You need to make a right on Titan, then another right. Parking may be difficult, especially if one of the restaurants in the same lot is crowded. read more

Five stars for SUPER helpful and friendly service! I'm a chronic UPS user, so when I had to make a Zara return by FedEx mail, I had many questions about the process: Zara's website dictated to use the original packaging, which seemed flimsy and too large. And I'm supposed to just seal the box with a tiny sticker - how will it survive the shipping process? When I expressed my concerns to the FedEx employee, he agreed the box was too big and even brought out a perfectly sized box from the back. After I decided to go with the original box, he taped it all up for me, applied all the stickers, scanned it in, and printed out a tracking number. All in less than five minutes! And not a penny out of pocket. (I once brought an untaped box to a UPS store and was berated for forgetting. UPS charges for tape; FedEx does not.) As a bonus, it seems the four spots directly in front FedEx's suite are earmarked for FedEx customers. It's a nice touch, albeit not a huge win for me as the lot was pretty deserted at 10 AM on a Wednesday. read more

Been here twice, the gentleman who works here is quite nice. However, service is on the slow side with generally only one person helping out. By the time I've been there about 30 min waiting to get helped & getting helped, finally someone else came out from the back room and started helping other people who were waiting. Be extremely cautious when using this location to drop off important items. Since there is no physical box for dropping off FedEx Express shipments, the workers place them on a flat table. Those items are not scanned in until actual pickup (which may occur several hours later). My FedEx Express package was dropped off at 11AM on a weekday morning. Due to the sloppy practice of flipping the envelopes onto a flat table and not scanning them in, the location lost my package for several days. Worse, they had no idea that my envelope was sitting behind their table until I called to inquire why my package was not delivered. Given FedEx's policy regarding liability, I would never trust this location with any shipments you actually want sent. Avoid at all costs. read more

I had a really great experience at this location on 520 Lawrence Expy in Sunnyvale, CA. I came into see if it was possible to make a custom daily tear out sheet pad. I was the 2nd person in line but the Brandon greeted me right away and was multitasking between the first customer and myself. Brandon assured me that my request was an easy one and made some great suggestions for what I was looking to do, even did a custom measurements as I wanted to fit in a special folder I had. As more customers walked during this busy hour, he greeted everyone and assisted everyone with prioritizing everyone's request or questions. I had to go to both UPS and FedEx today to mail things for work. My experience at FedEx was absolutely the best especially compared to how I was treated at UPS this morning. The girl working the counter said hi to every person that walked in with a very genuine voice and apologized to all of us for the wait. She quickly maneuvered through everybody in line and was very efficient. I was in and out of there quickly and on with my day. I have arrived at 6:01 pm with a package to go out, and the delivery driver is trying to push me aside and get out of there, but the ladies from the front desk will grab my box, run in, scan the label, run up to the driver and shove the box in his window as he is rumbling off. now that's service. although DHL's local hub closes at 6, this trusty FedEx location will ship packages to Asia until 7.
