Macy's had a few t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, and sweatshirts with printed designs, mainly on the front only, and nothing made out of yarn or any that resembles a traditional sweater by any means. I hopped on Amazon and started browsing. Damn, those traditional sweaters are pricey!? $70 plus. No thank you. I just wanted something simple for some upcoming holiday events. Further searching turned up a plethora of bargain-priced shirts, ranging from $18 to about $35, and the one brand that had cool looking designs was Faux Real Shirts. I quickly ordered 3 long sleeve t-shirts, one for me, my spouse, and mom. The package arrived within a week. The shirts are 100% polyester, are thin, light, and cool to wear (remember the temperature here in December is about 75 at night, kee hee!) They're not itchy at all, and the detailed, colorful designs are printed on the ENTIRE shirt, which was important to me. Everyone loved the look of it and couldn't believe how thin the shirt was because of its intricacy. The sizes fit true, length and shoulder wise, but can be snug at the waistline if you have a belly. Washing instructions state gentle cycle wash and tumble dry low. I threw it in with the rest of my clothes but didn't put it in the dryer because it can air dry just fine. Quality is top notch! No frays or distress after one use and wash, and seems like it'll hold up like a normal shirt despite it's low $18 price tag. Highly recommended. Woohoo, as good as it gets!

I had two separate items--a shirt and a pair of pants--each with its own return QR code. Instead of processing them separately, the employee placed both items into one bag with a single label. When I questioned this, explaining that they were two distinct returns with separate codes, he became immediately rude and dismissive. I was confused because that didn't seem correct, and it didn't match Amazon's return process. To make matters worse, when I later tried to cancel the return for one of the items, the system wouldn't allow it because it showed as already processed. This left me concerned that Amazon would only register one of the items as returned, potentially resulting in me being charged for the other item that I had intended to return properly. Overall, the experience was frustrating, confusing, and completely avoidable with better service and attention to detail.
