This company sells advertising on calendars that they distribute to home owners in various…read morecommunities. I was approached by them a couple of years ago. The salesperson (owner) was very convincing and persuasive. He talked me into signing a 2 year agreement that would in total cost me over 5K. I purchased the largest and most prominent ad they had (top/center of every month). This was the worst business decision I have ever made as my phone did not ring one single time. The owner was fully aware of this as we often spoke. After 20 months of failure, I asked him for some type of relief since he knew what he sold me on was not working. He did say he would give me 1 of the 24 months free but still insisted on receiving an additional $1113 from me. I felt that was an unacceptable answer and did not pay the most recent monthly installment. He then decided to hand this over to his attorney and wanted the remainder of the year paid in full immediately or he would take me to court (even though nearly 1K was not even owed yet). I was shocked as this was clearly not the right thing to do, especially when they knew full well that they had talked me into using their service that miserably failed. Do NOT ever use this company for advertising. While it 'may' work for some, the owners clearly have no idea on how to take care of customers the correct way when things go south.

I had two separate items--a shirt and a pair of pants--each with its own return QR code. Instead of processing them separately, the employee placed both items into one bag with a single label. When I questioned this, explaining that they were two distinct returns with separate codes, he became immediately rude and dismissive. I was confused because that didn't seem correct, and it didn't match Amazon's return process. To make matters worse, when I later tried to cancel the return for one of the items, the system wouldn't allow it because it showed as already processed. This left me concerned that Amazon would only register one of the items as returned, potentially resulting in me being charged for the other item that I had intended to return properly. Overall, the experience was frustrating, confusing, and completely avoidable with better service and attention to detail.
