The young lady was very nice to me and she asked me questions she gave me different options what is in at which kind you want to do economy, overnight, ground, insurance etc. she took her time she was very nice very friendly :-) good customer service. They even have 15 minutes double space parking in front of the place which is nice in my opinion if you are in a hurry you don't wanna park far away walk on the snow or rain to deliver your package. The place was clean at the opening at 9 AM. Well with the double mask on, even if they don't vacuum we won't smell anything ha ha Ha

However, the cozy space (with the printing equipment in the same room and the friendly house dog) makes for perhaps a more authentic and personal shopping experience.
