This can be a challenging install to get everything right as there is often a lot of cutting and fitting. Nonetheless, the interaction and execution was very good. In particular the tile setter did a great job as you can see in the attached photo. Note the corner where the tiles match very well and look like a reflection. I am very satisfied with both the price and final results and would not hesitate to use them again. I found their prices are very competitive and deserve consideration should you be looking for bids on tile work.

After a bathroom water leak and professional drying & mold remediation, we were left with more of a project than I could take on myself. We needed sections of our 30 year flooring replaced in both the hallway and hall bathroom, a large section of sheetrock needed to be replaced on both sides of the bathroom wall, chunks subfloor and underlayment needed to be replaced; as well as a new vanity and accessories. We knew about Nagl's great reputation with flooring, so decided to check out their website; and discovered they also do bathroom remodels -- perfect! After a meeting with Boston to go over options, we decided on new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) for the entire house, along with all new baseboard trim; and we decided on vanity and accessories for the bathroom remodel. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The bathroom remodel was first on the list, and was completed as far as they could go without finishing the flooring. The end result of the remodel portion turned out exactly like we wanted, but we did encounter a few minor hiccups; which Boston and company made right, so I'm not deducting anything for that. You can see from the bathroom photo that it turned out pretty amazing (the toilet was installed after the photo). For the flooring & baseboard portion, I would give 6 out of 5 stars (both for quality and installation), which more than makes up for any hiccup with the remodel. Boston recommended a mid-level LVP option, which was exactly what we were looking for. We stopped by the showroom on a Saturday, and took two flooring samples home with us -- and I think we made the right choice. The flooring is very high quality, and super easy to clean up, if anything is spilled on it. The flooring installers did a fantastic job of methodically getting the planks laid down, while keeping everything perfectly straight. We appreciated the way they worked around our need to keep cats locked away in one of the bedrooms, and then switch rooms once they were ready. It all went very smoothly, and as stated, we love the result. I would very highly recommend Nagl for whatever flooring projects you might have.

Boston worked with us and allowed me to take several samples home to try, as well as giving us recommendations as to what might work and what wouldn't (without trying to upsell.) We went with replacement sheet vinyl and the installer did a fantastic job, was on time every day and was very precise. We absolutely love the new floor and are very happy with the service we got from Boston, Gilberto and Nagl Flooring. We'll definitely be back for our next project!

However, I was surprised to see the Linoleum pattern running different directions in each bathroom. I emailed the Sales Manager regarding my concern and sent photos of the work done. I received a follow up response below: Hello Jerry, Thank you for reaching out and giving us feedback on your flooring installation. Per industry standard and also the best and more economical way of installing your vinyl was running the pattern the same direction, which is what we did, running the pattern front to back vs both being ran differently. This was part of the sign off that was done when the signing was completed. Having said that, I would like to still give you some discount and the best I can offer you is $50 off the balance. My husband and I woke up early on a Monday morning to water coming in the ceiling of our garage…read more It turns out that our roof was leaking into the attic and making its way down. I called my insurance company, and they told me to have a water remediation company come out right away to start the dry out process to prevent any mold from forming, and recommended Servpro. I called our local Servpro branch, and they were courteous, professional and helpful from the very first phone call. They not only answered all of my questions, but they were able to get a crew out to my house in less than two hours to start drying it out. They assisted me with getting the asbestos testing performed (which is required in all homes built prior to 2004), performed all of the necessary demo, setup heaters and dehumidifiers as needed, and did all the cleanup when they were done. They also touched base with me regularly to let me know what was going on, and someone came out to my house every day during the dry out process to check on the progress. I felt well taken care of, and didn't feel like anything was left up to chance. Overall, I was VERY impressed with my experience with Servpro, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for water remediation services. In addition, I would like to give a special thank you to Jamaica who was in charge of overseeing the entire job. I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure that our home was well taken care of and that all of my (many) questions were answered, even going as far as to give me her cell phone number so that I could get a hold of her directly if any issues came up. Thank you, Servpro for a job well done!
