Right off the bat I was greeted by cashier who was working on another task and not near the register. That always makes a positive impression! The floor employee was busy with trash and overheard her saying have a great night to other guests leaving. Engaged - nicely done. I'm a huge sucker for Fazoli's. I'm so sad that I don't live by one anymore so it's nice to have the opportunity to go to one. It's probably my favorite fast food chain because of the unlimited breadsticks. The inside always looks the same to whichever one I go to, who can gives me that nostalgic feel. My sister and I came here around 8 pm on a Sunday. The woman working the register was very friendly. As was another woman helping to deliver food to the dining room and cleaning up. I always get the fettuccine Alfredo, I literally never get anything else! Of course I've tried other items when other people get them, but the fettuccine Alfredo is my go-to. My sister got the pasta sampler, which comes with fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti and meatball (singular), and lasagna. We got our order number and sat at one of the tables. The food was ready within minutes. We had to ask for packets of red pepper flakes and Parmesan but sometimes locations have the shakers. The tables come with black pepper and salt grinders. I add a lot of black pepper and red pepper to my pasta, with some Parmesan cheese. I like to dip the buttery breadsticks into the Alfredo sauce to eat. I usually eat around 10 breadsticks lol. But this time I got a regular sized pasta instead of the small, so I only ate 7 breadsticks. My sister didn't like the fettuccine Alfredo on her plate because they didn't put enough of the sauce on top, but the other pastas were good and the meatball was soft and tender. She liked my fettuccine Alfredo. Not gonna lie, this is probably my favorite restaurant fettuccine Alfredo because the sauce is a bit more runny and not too thick, which makes it feel lighter to me. I hadn't been to a Fazoli's un a long while so it was high time we returned. Their breadsticks continue to head up my Best Breadstick lust as the garlic flavour along with the size and texture put them right at the top for me. They're also endless as long as you're getting a meal and eating in the dining room. They've got some really good pasta dishes that I've talked about in past reviews but on this occasion I went with a sub and some boneless wings. The sub was a Classic Meatball one with the meatballs, marinara sauce, pepperoni and of course tons of mozzarella. It was a little ugly to look at but is sure tasted delicious. The boneless wings I got Hot which was a Buffalo sauce with a small bit of kick. They were quite good and a lot better than I would expect from a fast food Italian restaurant. Really good flavour even if they weren't that spicy (could be just my spice pallette too. I sometimes don't taste the spice when others do.) The service was top notch and the store was clean which wasn't always the case in the past. A very tasty and affordable lunch at Fazolis. read more

Haven't been to a fazolis in about 25 years and it is still as good as I remember! We love the breadsticks! The baked chicken Parmesan and the hot Italian sub are just as good as they were 25 years ago! I wish we still had one in my area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! read more

I ordered 2 slices of pizza and was extremely disappointed by these size and taste. I also had the Alfredo pasta. The sauce tasted like powder and pizza tasted like it was frozen then reheated. Great restaurant we stopped coming here about a year ago because it was nasty. Tonight we gave another try and we was extremely impressed restaurant was so clear so inviting food was hot and steaming. 0 stars if I could. We live out of state and get Fazoli's maybe 1x a year and stopped in. There were 2 other tables total in the restaurant. I asked if they could do a small family meal because when I tried online it said I couldn't process at this time. He said he wasnt sure and would ask. Manager came, I said hi, she blankly stared at me and then told the cashier how to ring it in. I asked for dine-in, cashed out and took my number to a table. I sat there for 25 minutes before going up to the counter to find my food sitting there getting cold in a Togo bag. Came back to the table to see there was no bread in the bag, when the order says it comes with 6 breadsticks. Went up to ask for some and was told she would bring it. Waited for another 15 minutes while watching the girls working pass a newborn baby around. Went up and asked again, was told she would bring it, another 10 minutes passed. Went up AGAIN and was told they would bring some which I replied that I've been told that by both of them. Wow!! Just Wow! What a horrible experience. Only reason we decided to go here was because my Granddaughter had earned a free kids meal for reading books in the Summer Reading program at Boone Count Library. We have done this before in the past years she had participated in the program. The manager at this location refused to honor the coupon($5.19) since it was not signed by the librarian. None of the coupons are signed and we have used several at many places and here in the past!! We ordered other items and the coupon was not expired. I ordered lunch today at the drive-thru at Fazoli's #5956 located at 5990 Fuller Street, Florence, KY 41042. There were no cars in front or behind me in the drive-thru lane. In fact, there were no cars in the parking lot so obviously there wasn't anyone dining indoors. With what transpired, I think I can understand why both the drive-thru lane and the parking lot was empty at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. The lunch rush should have been starting but apparently people wiser than me made better choices of where to eat today. I placed my simple order of a small Fettuccine Alfredo, a Garden Salad w/Ranch dressing, and 2 extra breadsticks. Pretty easy wouldn't you say? I advance to the window and offer my credit card, which was charged $13.54 for my order. I was handed my bag of food and I returned home. I opened the bag to discover there was no Garden Salad or Ranch Dressing. The 2 extra breadsticks were to go with the salad so, with no salad, there was no need for the extra breadsticks. I opened the small square container of Fettuccine Alfredo and discovered it was only 1/2 full. It turned out to be 7 small bites and it was gone. I've made several attempts to call the store to advise the management that I was way overcharged for what I was given but all calls go to voicemail. I left messages but no one has seen fit to return my calls. I also called the corporate office in Lexington, KY and left a message on their "Guest Line" (what a joke) and no one has found it necessary to return my call from corporate either. Fazoli's was once a highly respected restaurant chain but this experience has totally turned me off. For those who wish to try this restaurant, I can only share "Buyer Beware"! It's not what it used to be on any level. Very sad to watch a business go downhill. Dirty! If I would have seen the dinning are before I ordered I would have walked out. Almost every table was dirty. Plates and trash where stacked up and over flowing. I asked for a side of alfredo sauce when ordering but when food was brought out it wasn't incuded. When I asked for it and the girl said "It looks like there is enough on your plate" Excuse me? I had to insist before she would bring it to me. No bread sticks where ever brought to me, not even with my meal. I had to ask twice and then get up and go to the counter to get some. I swore off this place years ago but figured I'd try it again. It was even worse than I remembered. I was rushed at the counter although I was the only customer there. The third table I selected looked clean but sat down to a sticky table. I wiped it off with wet ones but it still did not feel clean. My lasagna was burned but edible. What boosted the rating was the garlicky bread sticks. They were soft hot and tasty. Another plus is the dining room attendant. He was efficient organized and friendly. So I used to work at a Fazolis as a wee lass. They closed down years ago in Arizona so I was super excited to find one here in Kentucky. I'm happy to report the breadsticks haven't changed! All that nostalgia when I opened the bag was awesome. Moving on. The chicken parm slider was pretty good. Honestly, two of these for a work- break lunch would be perfect. Not bad at all. The chicken and broccoli penne was also not bad. Please keep in mind this is fast food NOT fine dining so the broccoli is definitely not the freshest tasting but definitely not over cooked, ass. The Alfredo could be more flavorful but again, not bad for fast food. My biggest pro of this visit was the customer service. Now again, I've worked here. They don't keep pre-made burgers on the heat lamp ready to go. It takes a little longer in this drive thru. BUT something was clearly wrong cause it was taking exceptionally long. But they not only acknowledged that, they also apologized and offered us any additional menu item for free. Be it dessert, freezie, anything. I just opted for extra breadsticks. They were super friendly and very good with their service. So all and all is recommend them for just a simple lunch. read more

I know a lot of Fazoli's-haters out there, but I'm not one of them. No, this Lexington-based fast-food Italian joint is not great, but it's not horrible either. The prices are cheap, food is decent, and the drive-thru convenient. I personally like their fettuccine alfredo even if it is so un-authentic. You get enough pasta to make two meals for less than $5. I can also put away their greasy, garlicky breadsticks (you get two with each pasta order). Another favorite is their lemon ices. This super sweet drink is more similar to an Icee than a real Italian lemon ice, but I think it hits the spot. On certain nights of the week they have unlimited pasta night for something like $2.99. They've also introduced family size pasta meals for on-the-go parents, who don't feel like fixing dinner (although pasta is about the simplest meal to put together). As long as you don't go here expecting much, you may just be pleasantly surprised. read more

However there were still 5 more tables with no food and it took a good 15-20 more minutes to see another meal come out of the kitchen. Your store, which had 3 cars in the parking lot, was NOT busy, so don't give me that shit. I'm pregnant, and in true pregnant woman fashion, I have cravings. They last for several weeks before moving along to the next one. Lately, it's been Fazoli's. I have easily spent A LOT of money there lately due to these cravings. I have never had a problem with the friendliness of the drive-thru staff and the fast service. And their pasta is usually delicious. I DO have a problem, A REALLY BIG EFFING PROBLEM, with dropping $10 on pizza, cheesecake and an Italian Ice, rushing back to work during my lunch break, and excitedly opening my food, just to find the pizza is doughy and NOT FULLY COOKED. Not just a little bit, either. Like, it's more stringy than the cheese on top of it! This could have made me, not to mention my unborn child, VERY VERY SICK. And if that didn't piss me off, now I have 3 1/2 hours left at work, pregnant and STARVING, with only a tiny piece of cheesecake and 2 breadsticks, ALL OF WHICH I ATE WHILE TYPING THIS, because I'm PREGNANT and that 's how us pregnant women roll. Tips for saving money at Fazoli's - sign-up for the e-mail club, watch for coupons in the paper & additional sales ad packets, free kids meals coupons from school, pick-up a frequent buyer card at the restaurant, complete the survey on your receipts for a free meal. Awful! The restaurant was filthy. Out of tea and silverware. Garbage overflowing and tables were all dirty. My family should have turned around and ran out of there as soon as we saw the place. Waited 45 minutes for our food & the only reason we got it then was because I went to the counter to get it. Had to argue with the staff for them to hand it to me even though it was sitting there done. Pasta was cold & pizza cool and not cooked fully. The staff seemed to care more about getting the Door Dash orders together then the customers in the restaurant waiting for their food. You could not even get any breadsticks while you waited because the staff was refusing to hand any out. Such a shame as this is the only Fazoli's anywhere near us and it's 40 minutes away. read more

Me and 3 others went to Fazoli's in Florence last night 8/15/2020 at 9:00 PM, we have called an hour earlier to make sure the restraunt did not close before 10 PM so we could still make it in time. When we got there all the light were off besides the one in the back, we sat at the drive through and then sat in the window to see only people listening to music not paying attention at all for 30 minutes. We finally places our order at 9:31 PM (I have my receipts as proof) and did not receive our order for another 6 minutes as we received it at 9:36 PM, on the receipt is says Amber H was the person who took our order. She was extremely unprofessional and refused to answer what her name was when I asked after waiting 30 minutes at the drive through. Once we came back home (8 minutes away from the location of the restraunt) our breadsticks were cold, and there was a shard, or piece of glass in my cheesecake (I have photos and witnesses). I hope you know that we will never be coming back to this restraunt again, I hope you fire these people working night shift on 9/15/2020 at this location we received no apologize or anything. Wow!!! I have NEVER had such a bad drive thru experience in my life!!! Still sitting here after 25minutes! Very impatient girl taking orders, car in front of me sat at the window 10 minutes before getting their food. After being told they were out of the Lasagna, they tell me they are out of unsweetened tea after paying at the window and I specifically asked them if they had unsweetened tea before ordering the lunch deal because I only drink unsweetened tea or water! This Fazoli's used to be one of my favorite stops to eat, but quite honestly the attitude of some of the employees has taken a turn for the worst. If you need anything extra, you may get an eyed roll or an "ugh." Don't get me wrong, not everyone there is impolite. The only reasons I gave it three stars is because 1.) I've been coming here for years. Once about every 3 weeks, it has always been quick and easy and great service. The past 2 times I have come in, my food takes 25 minutes to get to me. It comes with no breadsticks when I ask for breadsticks specifically. The tables aren't clean and the chairs weren't even put down today! In the middle of lunch rush hour!
