This experience was honestly very fun for me and my grandma we went for my birthday lunch today and we chose fazoli's (I really love fazoli's) and the waitress Michelle was very nice and seemed really enaged she even gave me a brownie on the way out for my birthday. The food was really good and tasted amazing as it always does! And the overall vibe was very calm and was just overall comfortable to talk in! So, in all, an amazing experience! We were greeted at the counter by Terrance. He was smiling and ready to assist us with our orders. We had app coupons for one of our orders and Terrance got it entered into the computer. After completing the order, he put our salads, dressings and drink cups on the tray with our order placard. By the time we were finished with our drinks, Terrance had delivered our food to the table. He offered fresh shredded parmesan cheese which we accepted. During our meal, Elsie came by to ensure we had everything we ordered, asked if we were pleased with our food and offered to bring us anything else we needed. Our food was up to the standards we have come to expect from the west Evansville Fazoli's. Both the side salads were fresh and crisp. My $7 lunch portion of spaghetti with meat sauce was a good size for the price. The 4 breadsticks we received were perfectly buttery with just the right amount of garlic. Linda was unable to finish her generous portion of fettuccini Alfredo and Elsie brought her a take out box for the remainder, along with a foil bag with more breadsticks to take home. The restaurant was empty when we arrived at a little after 1PM but was 1/3 full by the time we left. As we were leaving Terrance thanked us for coming and wished us a pleasant rest of our day. I don't go in Fazoli's expecting fine dining. The food is always mediocre but I know that when I go in but it's usually pretty fast. The one thing that is really frustrating is that they say "Unlimited Breadsticks". That is no longer true. I asked for two more when I ordered and the man at the register said he would bring more around. He took some to some specific people but didn't ask anyone else. It's been a long time since I ate at a Fazoli's. When the kids were growing up it was a regular stop, but we quickly "out grew" going there. This particular location the food was actually pretty good...better than I or the Mrs. were expecting. She had the lasagna and I had the baked spaghetti with meatballs. The tag alongs also had regular spaghetti and plain baked spaghetti. Everyone enjoyed the food and most finished the entire plate. The downside of the visit was the service. Took a bit longer to get our food and the server was struggling with getting the complete order to the table. She tried though and we cut her some slack. Management tip - training. I'm sure it is tough in the fast food industry given the turnover. Spend an extra session on customer interactions and stress the need for making a positive impression. Employee tip - keep opinions and snarky comments to yourself. Hungry customers are not interested in hearing the dirt about what is going on in the background. Ordered lunch deal. My noodles were dry my breadsticks were hard and they forgot my drink. I was not going make a big deal about it. I later was enjoying my cheesecake and found broken black plastic pieces from the container inside it. I called and spoke to the general manager who requested me bring it by for her to see as they don't do anything with the cheesecake but remove it from the packaging. I told her I did not have time as I was at work and going out of town after work. I told her I could take a picture of it and would show her when I got back in town. I came expecting, well, Fazoli's. And, food-wise, I actually got a fair bit better than what I expected. Service-wise, however, I was floored by the positivity of my experience. Fox, who acted as a server (despite there being no indication anywhere that he might in any sense be working for tips) went out of his way, cheerily, to give me fast, respectful, happy service, the likes of which I am unaccustomed to even at the pricey places. I also noticed that Fox did the same thing for every other customer. There was no point at which that dude did not appear to be busily and cheerily doing something of value, and he made me feel, as I'm sure he made everyone else feel, like he had all the time in the world to serve them. I did not ask whether Fox was a manager, but if he isn't, he almost certainly should be. read more

Have had many problems at Fazoli's West in Evansville IN. They get our drive-thru orders wrong & I have to call to speak to manager who always says, "Just come back & your order will be replaced for free". Nice to know, but problem can only be fixed by coming back to their store. Reason I'm finally writing a review is because the order placed today for Chicken broccoli penne had absolutely NO sauce!! ALL the noodles were completely dry. Did not notice till we got home because the top covered by melted cheese (the way it should be), but the cheese covered the fact the noodles were SO dry because of NO sauce! And I always order mine (& pay extra) for EXTRA sauce! So many times no extra sauce, but get tired of calling the store. I wouldn't bother going back there except my husband likes to go there. After reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only person having these problems. And for the price they charge I fully expect them to get my order correct. my advise to anyone else is to ALWAYS call the store & vent your issues! Maybe one day they will get orders correct. But with their turn-over rate regarding their employee; don't expect that to happen any time soon. I will also be calling & writing to Fazoli's Headquarts as well. read more

We were incredibly impressed by this restaurant. We ordered pasta and the new hot wings. It was brought to our table quickly. All of the food was cooked perfectly and the wings were really good maybe just a tad saucy. The young man that took our order and served us was extremely nice and helpful. Before my pregnancy I loved Fazolis. Being eight months pregnant, i still love it. The only downfall to this location is how long it takes for food to be brought to you. This is the third time this month that I sat in the store for 30 minutes plus with less than three other customers in the store. Another mediocre cha cha chain place on the west side for a coworker lunch. Really clean. really fast. Soft music in the background. Their pastas are not very good. They come out a little dry and very little flavor. I really do think they put too much salt and garlic on their bread-sticks. It is a good thing they are free. Fazoli's is a great little restaurant. Their breadsticks are absolutely delicious (and slightly addicting)! The restaurant is always clean and the food is good. I do think they are a little overpriced. Their bathrooms were very clean. read more

We used to go to Fazoli's all the time in Ohio and Texas when we lived there. Now we live where there isn't one, so any time we are near one we have to stop. (I wish they would move to the west coast.) Is it the best Italian food ever? No, but it's quick, cheap, filling, and overall decent. The unlimited breadsticks are great (yes, they are a bit buttery, but that's what makes them good - if you don't like it, you can ask for some without butter). As much as i love fazolis, i gotta give a bad review. This location looks like it has its regular customers and they are super nice people, so i cant understand why this place cant get their act together. The parmesan containers dont look like they get emptied out before being refilled. There are no utensils available. They girl brought my food, and it was perfectly hot and tasted great, but that was after they tried to deliver me the wrong meal, and my neighbor the wrong meal. The tables are dirty and the bathroom needs help. It wasnt all that busy when i came in so it doesnt make sense why they didnt get all this stuff ready before the dinner rush. read more
