The following is not what we experience back there. There was an hour wait at the drive thru, which consisted of a line that looped around the building twice! One window was open. No one outside to take preorders to expedite the process. After arriving at the window, we ordered two combos. Mine was a specialty order for the Caniac as I request "naked tenders" and extra hot sauce. Once at the window, we checked on the special request, and they did not have that listed so they handed us drinks and parked us after correcting. No straws for the drinks. We asked for them and requested extra hot sauce for the second time. The attendant grabbed some packets but became frazzled when we asked for straws so she put the hot sauce to the side and gave us straws. We pulled ahead before realizing we didn't get the hot sauce. We waited about 20 minutes parked before we received the wrong order. We called the runner back and requested the right order. There was only one combo (ordered 2), no hot sauce, and a side of three piece chicken. The runner seemed irritated so my sister went in with her. Inside they argued we didn't order two combos until my sister showed them our receipt. We waited longer. Finally the order came with one hot sauce for a 6 piece dinner. There were maybe 10 fries in her combo. I didn't order fries. We also noticed we were charged $1 more for the combo drink bc it was tea, not soda. I'm never charged more in CA, and online it shows a large drink with the combo. No one told us we'd be charged extra. When we saw these mistakes at home combined with our overall experience, we called in. The manager responded with silence and then an "ok" when we addressed our concerns. She was dismissive, no apology of our experience, or any way to promise a better visit next time. Total disregard. I'll stick with my California drive thru in the future.

The location is on North Main st in North Canton diagonal from the Meijer in North Canton. The parking is around the building with additional parking in the parking lot. In other words, one check per car. Always check out the seasonal Shakes and sandwich of the month on display around the building. The current seasonal shake flavor is the Oatmeal Cream Pie Shake! I love Oatmeal Cream Pies and was thrilled to try it. It had a unique flavor for sure similar to oatmeal raisin cookies (yes, there are some raisins in the shake too). My go-to burger at Swensons is the double cheeseburg with ketchup and mayo. Always delicious . The fried zucchini is finely sliced, breaded and fried. Don't forget to get a side of ranch for 70 cents! Guess what yall?!? Swensons now has a reward program attached to their regular Swensons app!

The menu and build your own options are rather impressive. I've had people recommend this place to me the past few years and kept putting it off. Wow was I missing out. All three of those were very good and wasn't able to choose a favorite As far as tacos, I got the ooey gooey taco and a build your own ju-ju taco. The juju taco is a double decker shell with hard and soft with queso blanco & chorizo before adding your build your own toppings. Both of the tacos were phenomenal. The service was friendly and helpful. The waiter took the order using a mobile device making the ordering process seamless. The menu from what I gathered is more of an ala carte style menu rather than your traditional Mexican combos menu.

The sliced pickle overpowered the steak burger with strong acidity. The fries were bland. Freddy's has three sauces: Freddy's Famous Fry Sauce®, Smoky Fry Sauce, and Freddy's Famous Jalapeño Fry Sauce®. These sauces are practically ketchup and mayo mixture with slight variations to the base fry sauce. Every table was left unwiped with food marks and smears from previous customers even though I was the only one in the restaurant upon arrival. The tea options were empty as well. It seems every time I have an order of food for more than one person, the order always gets botched. Typically I stop alone for myself and I have no issues, but when I am getting food for a group of people (4 people worth of food) it's always messed up. Tonight's order was a little messed up, thankfully we noticed before we drove too far missing food from our order, but then assuming the food they were bringing us to fix the mistake was correct, getting home and it was just a mess. When you pay for a double loaded cheeseburg where every add on costs a price, and end up with a single cheeseburg with half slice of cheese and so much ketchup the bread was mush. Costed us a loss in money. Fries were cold and stale, seems like this food was previously made for someone else before we even ordered and then given to us. At that point, you don't want to drive to the same restaurant 3 times when you're hungry so we are dealing with it today but about $5 loss in food and reconsidering coming here for larger orders aside from a one person order. I hope this locations steps up their game cause it'd be a shame to lose it from bad quality and lesser customers because of it. I've never had Culver's but have heard about them, so I gave them a try during a recent road trip…read more In the day and age, of industrial type interiors at fast food places, Culver's actually has a counter operated by attentive, friendly staff making sure everything is smooth. I ordered the deluxe single and a medium cheese curd. The burger patty is thin, so I could've ordered a double to make it beefier, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The toppings were fresh, and from what I know the buns are buttered and toasted. I honestly didn't pick up on the extra flavor the buttered, toasted bun was supposed to give the burger. It was still a good burger, in my opinion comparable to Wendy's in the taste department. The cheese curds were fried to a nice golden brown, and the curds squeaked as I gobbled them up. If you're not familiar with fried cheese curds, think fried cheese sticks but in smaller pieces, and a little heavier. If I'm on the road with another burger craving, I'd stop at Culver's again.
