They have premade pizzas that they cut into big generous slices, and those slices are warmed up in their giant pizza oven before they're boxed up to go. So you can order pizza by the slice, or have them make you your own pizza. One thing that's awesome is that you can choose thick crust or hand tossed crust, and standard toppings, and you don't need to have 2 slices of the same thing! I like both of their crusts equally, so I will often get a thin crust and a thick crust, both with Canadian bacon and pineapple. They have Pepsi products on tap and it's about $10 for two slices of pizza, hot and fresh and a large diet Pepsi. They have amazing salads. What's great about it is that you can take it to go and eat half for lunch and have half later. They are gigantic again. All of the food is fresh. You can tell that they slice all the ingredients there in their store, these are handcrafted. They have a lot of indoor seating, and I see people there all the time. The driveway to get to their parking lot is rather steep. But when you pull off of 7-highway, just go slow and there is plenty of parking. The drive-through is in the back and they will have you pull forward to the window which is on the side of the building. ( A very large order for 13 people, so not a cheap order) The Uber driver didn't even pick up the food until 6:20 pm, and then Uber pushed my delivery window all the way to 8:30 pm. I watched the Uber driver on the app, driving all over town. The driver was clearly making multiple other stops before delivering mine, which was extremely frustrating. Not only had my food sat at the restaurant before being picked up, but now my food was sitting in the driver's car getting cold and soggy while she drove to multiple other places. At one point I watched as she drove right by my house without even stopping to deliver my food!! I called the restaurant to explain the situation, and the manager was outstanding. She was super helpful, listened to everything, and resolved the issue with no hassle. That kind of customer service is rare and really saved my experience. I truly appreciate how the restaurant stood behind their service even when the delivery issues were completely out of their control. I'll definitely order from them again -- hopefully next time with better delivery luck!!!
