During a recent visit to the area, we were initially headed to a Mexican restaurant but couldn't find one that caught our eye. As luck would have it, we found ourselves at a stoplight and spotted Fazoli's. It's been years since we've eaten there, and we were excited to revisit a place we used to enjoy so much. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I was absolutely over the moon to order the baked spaghetti with extra marinara and pepperoni on top--such a nostalgic, comfort food for me. The marinara sauce was perfectly seasoned, rich, and velvety, and the crispy pepperoni added just the right amount of flavor. The cheesy, baked goodness was the perfect combination, and I loved it so much, I ordered two! You know a dish is good when you can't help but go back for more. We also ordered a large pizza--half cheese and half pepperoni. The pizza was baked to perfection: not too crispy, not too soft, just the right balance. It's definitely the perfect size for a family meal or a casual get-together. The kids' spaghetti with meatballs was a hit with the little ones. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the portion size was generous. I also tried the chicken parm, and I have to say it was just as good, if not better, than I remembered. Close to shops and neighborhoods. Fazoli is convenient for a quick bite or groups. Dining room is always clean, playing soft music! I love the specials. Today I had spaghetti with meat sauce and a side salad two breadsticks and a drink for 699. You cannot beat that and the food is great. Great food for a cheap price. These breadsticks are everything. They are buttery, salty and oh so soft. I love that they're unlimited. The waitress brought out six, maybe seven breadsticks for my husband, myself and my five year old and two year old and I thought that is way too many. We ate them all. I ate three myself. They are that good. This place isn't great Italian, but it really hits the spot. I got the fettucini alfredo with chicken, my husband got the chicken parmesan and my kids got the cheese pizza and spaghetti kids meal. They loved the cheese pizza the best, so next time I should get two slices. Is the fettucini alfredo the best I've ever eaten? Heck no, but for the price it's good. I really like the decor of this place. It is modern and makes me think the food is pretty good (big words that say fresh is everywhere). I also found this place pretty clean, other than the bathrooms, which had sticky floors. The people manning the cash register were nice and they brought the food out pretty quickly. I visited Fazoli's in Plant City this evening because they tout themselves as having "real Italian" real fast. Wrong. I waited 10 minutes to use their auto kiosk machine, and then placed my order. 20 minutes later... still no food. I had an appointment and it was bad enough that I was not going to eat dinner as I am diabetic... but then when I asked for a refund they refused. "Oh we can't refund you if you pay at the kiosk." I paid too much for food that I never received and then they were unwilling to refund me when they failed to provide the product and service they advertise. Not even repayment by cash in their register. They gave me a couple of discount coupons and basically told me to pound sand. Treacherously bad management. Inept employees. And even the franchise owner couldn't authorize a refund. I spent $20 to learn a valuable lesson - never eat at Fazoli's again. Don't waste your time or your money. If there was a way to give them zero stars I would. They are thieves to take a Senior Citizen's money and refuse him both food or a refund. I hope Karma repays them double. read more

Stopped in after my sons football game in plant city to grab some quick dinner. We have not been to a fazolis since the 90s so it was quite nostalgic to eat at a new location. The food was good for fast food, it was ready quickly and the staff was nice. Would definitely stop by again when we're in the area. read more

Sign says fresh Italian and ordered baked spaghetti and meatballs and this is not baked. Watched the cook scoop the noodles and sauce drop the meatballs on top and sprinkle a little cheese and throw it in the pizza oven. Sauce taste terrible and the frozen meatballs are that exactly. Ordered 10 boneless wings and right out the frozen bag into the fryer and served. 1st customer and last time visiting this place. read more

I was really excited when Fazoli's reopened in Plant City, hoping maybe with new management or owners things would be better, but disappointed with almost everything. 1. Their app to place an order only gives you option to pick up or drive thru. No option to dine in. 2. I had a gift card I wanted to use, brand new, but, the app kept declining it. So I placed it on a credit card. 3. On the back of the card it says treat your gift card like cash, how ever, their app says you can not earn rewards when using a gift card. Big question mark in my mind. 4. Order was ready in a bag so we took it to a table to eat. We got our drinks and eating utensils, but dispenser for utensils was empty, and actually I am glad, they weee very dirty. They only put one package of plastic utensils in the bag and no bread sticks. I walked to the counter to get utensils and was told dishwasher was way behind. 5. Now for the food. It was okay. Not bad, not good just okay. Baked spaghetti and baked ziti. The salad was mediocre. 6. Extremely noisy. I will not be returning. So long Fazoli l's. read more

The Food is comparable to Olive Garden at the fraction of the cost. Now olive garden does have better salad and breadsticks, but Fazoli's is truly Unlimited breadsticks, they just kept them coming to the table. The entrées were all delicious, our party had the spaghetti and meatballs, honey bbq boneless wings, lasagna, ravioli, Alfredo, cheese pizza, salad, and philly ravioli. This place is great if you want some fast Italian food. The customer service is top notch and the manager/ staff were wonderful meeting our needs about our order. The pizza is ok, could be better and the other dishes are really good. My only complaint is the self ordering machine when you walk in, it doesn't work properly so your best bet is to order at the counter. It's nice to have a fast food place with some pretty good food other than burgers and fries. I will continue to go back when I have the chance!! I highly recommend!!!!! read more
