We used to come here back in the day when we played softball in Napa. Had the pizza back then. This time, I was looking for wings. They had them. I asked if they were good? One of the guys kept saying, "yeah, they're pretty good." He said that a couple times. It's advertised as a 1 pound serving of buffalo style wings-approximately eight wings. These wings were average. Probably frozen wings baked in an oven, with sauce. Sauce was not incredibly hot. Meat did not fall off the bones. I had to work at it. Anyway, I'll give them three stars for effort. Ok, I'm not going to comment on the decor simply because I don't care what dining establishments really look like. So, this is obviously a hole-in-the-wall joint in Napa. Overall, it was ok at best. The pizza was decent. Not the best and definitely not the worst. Taste wise it was something in between a Papa Murphy's Take n' Bake and a Chuck E Cheese pie. The biggest turn-off was having to dish out $20 for a large SINGLE topping pizza. Pretty damn steep if you ask me. I'd be better off making my pizza from scratch..which I have done with my kids and tastes waaaay better. The service was friendly and attentive. Heads up: The check in deal requires a time machine, as it hasn't been available since last June, which may have also been when the service was good, too. Since the interior upgrades, this is a pleasing pizza joint to visit. It's always clean, the employees are helpful & kind. My son especially loves the cheese pizza, because the sauce isn't too "spicy". There are many televisions, so if you're a sports lover, this is the place to be. Video games for the kids. Dude what happened to this place.I live out of town now and my sister and I had my nephews 18th bday there last night.We had the back room reserved and asked that the Pizza be done at 5:30.We pre ordered to make sure everything was good.It took way to long for some of the Pizza's,they were starting to get busy,But we got one Pizza every 15 to 20 minutes,how do you feed a party like that? They didn't bring us plates,utensils,napkins,We had to chase people to get any help.One guest with diet restrictions pizza came after everyone else was done. Also the salad bar was a mess before the busy time and the bathrooms are old and run down.This was my favorite Pizza place in Napa for many years.I will say some of the staff were nice young people when we could get someone. read more

Pizza for lunch anyone? It sure as heck beats the pizza spot across the street. I don't care if they do have whole pizza for five bucks. Maybe they should make a $5 theme song too. I'm a big fan of meat, "Go Meat!", so naturally the combination pizza is exactly on point for me. 2-3 slices and the salad bar, and I'm ready for a nap. All the pizzas from the hot bar are always good, especially fresh out of the oven. Try the Hawaiian pizza, it's pretty tasty too. I just love this pizza joint! When in town I always make a stop here to get one of the delicious pizzas. I love that I can get an individual pizza or a small since I'm not a big eater. My favorite is cheese and olive, I know sounds plain but nope not here! The crust is soft but crusty and so flavorful and just the perfect amount of olives. They also have a really nice sized salad bar with a good amount of choices. The workers here are always friendly, welcoming and seem very happy. Had a family get together to celebrate a birthday in the family. We ordered a good 7-8 large pizzas. There was a hair found in one of the pizzas, we told one of the workers, Jordan. She took the remainder of the pizza and replaced it with a new one. A hair was found in another pizza as well as the replacement pizza. My cousin threw the hair in the replacement on the floor because she didn't want anyone to complain. We took the hair in the second pizza up to Jordan and told her about it. She was willing to listen to us; however, Mike, a manager there came over and at first seemed slightly helpful then took the piece of pizza with the hair and began pull at the piece and fling to the floor over and over saying that he didn't see it and didn't believe we found two more hairs. We weren't looking for a free pizza or anything but to tell them the hair in the pizza was a pretty big problem for other customers. We didn't learn this man was the manager until after the fact. My family has lived in Napa for generations and I can remember coming to Fazerrati's as a young child, the rudeness we experienced today is something I've never experienced before and considering it came from management is wildly. The hair was a bit wavy and darker brown and matched the hair of the other woman working, not Jordan. PS. The chicken garlic pizza was horrid. read more

The first time that I dined in at this hole in the wall pizza shop, it was an utter disaster and a complete misappropriation of its former self. I had been ordering from fazzeratis forever, but it had always been delivery... always on time always quality. But the first time I ate at the store I was seriously irritated. The customer service was awful and the pizza was a sloppy mess. I even asked for my money back after only taking a slice off the pizza tray and putting on my plate... The manager said he couldn't give me my money because I had touched the pizza already... So?! What are you going to do? Resell it? I was tempted to never come back again... Three years later and with an appetite... I came back hoping that things might be better... I wasn't disappointed, everything was perfect... The food, the service. The man who waited on us was so nice to my daughter and was very friendly to me; based on this visit alone, I would happily come back. Keep up the good work guys! read more

Great customer service from the Sunday staff. Went here after going to the movies at century theater. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my friend with severe food allergies which is always greatly appreciated. Hawaiian pizza had real ham and the crust was good and crisp. I said okay, we can just come in and take a few tables as first come first serve. She tells me they probably "won't" accommodate us because that's too many people. REALLY? Chelsea, manager gets on the phone and says she can try and take us at 6:30, which is too late for us. But thanks for trying. We had my daughters gender reveal party here. Never heard of the place prior. The guys were thrilled with all the TVs for the football game that was on. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even saved us money on sodas by showing us the specials. The salad bar is small but was full of great options. Awesome environment, great lunch specials, and the dough of their pizza is filling. Customer service is awesome here. They have pizza's ready to go by the slice if you're in a hurry or not picky. Lots of TVs on sports channels and news, no sound, I wish they would put subtitles on their TVs, next time I'm there I'll suggest it. This place is gross. My boyfriend was all about it. "Great pizza! Awesome salad bar! Super friendly. At home feel." NOT! Came here about an hour ago.... and leaving now. I got the veggie cal zone. The veggies were cold inside, the red sauce tasted like they opened a jar of prego and dumped it in. I ate just the bread of the cal zone. The salad bar is limited but tasted some what fresh. As I sat, I was watching them make the food. The girl preparing the pizzas had long red hair tied in a messy bun. Hair in her face. She wiped her forehead to wipe the sweat off and then touched the dough she kneading. I watched. The guy fill the salad bar put on gloves, handle money then pick his nose then reach into a bucket and pull out eggs for the salad bar. I got so sick to my stomach I went to the bathroom and puked. Worst pizza for the price! I showed then the yelp app that said the real Italian was 11$.. they said it was 14$ and they don't know anything about yelp or honor their prices. We were up on a "get away" weekend and decided to get pizza on of the nights- I am glad we did. Called and ordered the Pesto chicken pizza, which was huge and delcious to take back to our room. The folks were super friendly and helpful. Next time in Napa we will stop in for dinner, not just take out. Probably one of the better (an affordable) meals we had while we were in the wine country. We are in town staying at Vino Bella resort down the street and wanted a quick dinner after check-in. A pizza search on Yelp provided this as one of many listings and what hooked me was the many positive reviews of the breadsticks. We had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the cheese bread sticks. Everything was delicious about the pizza, toppings, cheese, crust. Nice to have a pizza without the traditional tomato sauce. The breadsticks were awesome! We started eating them in the car on the way home. We will be making most of our meals in our room at the resort to save some $, because traveling with a kiddo gets expensive, but we will be ordering these breadsticks again when we make our pasta dinner. read more
