You guys, I'm a 15 year local and I love you but tonight's pizza was a huge bummer. You want to have ridiculous up charges for things like black olives and red onions, ok fine, I'll pay it. But just be aware that so many people and families in Napa are struggling and that a $30+ pizza for 2 people isn't purchased without consideration--AT LEAST put the pepperoni on the pizza. Even eating out once a month on something as mundane as pizza has to come under scrutiny in our family budget and tonight I'm really not sure exactly what I paid for--it certainly wasn't pepperoni. Decided to order in tonight since it was raining outside and fell on this restaurant while searching for delivery options. Called them to make sure they are delivering today and they were. I ordered a pineapple with sausage, mozzarella sticks & buffalo wings. Total came out to about $72.20 with tax and delivery charge. When I went to meet the driver, I noticed that the pizza box was not hot anymore and started to worry. Took it back to room and opened the box and it was no longer hot. I'm not sure why they didn't use one of those pizza bags, especially since it was raining outside. The box was wet and possibly cooled down a little bit since I forgot to tell the restaurant which building I was in. But, I have to admit, opening the pizza box, I noticed how generous they are with their toppings. The whole pie was filled with sausage and pineapple. Made me very happy. The pizza wasn't hot anymore, but the amount of toppings kind of made up for it. The sauce wasn't much of a factor as all I can taste were the toppings. I now know that maybe next time, I will order the thin crust as the regular is a bit thick. The cheese they use is legit mozzarella and had texture to it. The pizza was delicious and it's safe to say how much better it would have been if eaten onsite. I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks as it was still crunchy, though no longer hot, it was still tasty. The battery they use made the stick still hold up and not bend or break in half. It was accompanied with homemade marinara. The marinara is fresh and you can taste the tomatoes and basil and went well with both the pizza and sticks. The buffalo wings was not spicy at all and has lost some of that crunch, but it was still good. Their wings is on the bigger side. I have been eyeing this place whenever I come to the gym next door and today was the day I decided to check this place out. They offer quite a bit of different specialty pizza, create your own pizzas, and plenty of appetizer and salad options. Food for meat lovers and veggie heads. Service here was very good. Surprisingly for a Sunday it was kind of light and quiet inside. All of the TV's had football on but barely anyone eating inside. Was good for us, we got to enjoy the food and watching the games. The battered chicken wings were a bit salty though. That would be my only gripe. Other than that, food was solid. Pizza dough was nice and thick and the cheesy breadsticks were very good also. Pizza is always done right here. Staff are very friendly. I miss not getting a menu, but reading the giant chalkboard is okay.. They really pile on the cheese here. The crust is nice and crunchy, and tastes delicious. Ive only eaten here about 10 times now. Maybe because im addicted to their fabulous pizzas. I have tried different ones at different times. Full Disclosure: Fazerratis is my favorite spot for pizza. With that being said, I ordered a medium sausage pizza w/extra cheese. I also asked that it be thin crust and cut into squares. This may sound nit picky but, we have different ideas what constitutes thin crust and cut into squares. The crust wasn't much different from what they regularly make, it was delicious as usual, but not thin crust. Now I say this with respect but, they should take a business trip to the Southside of Chicago and visit Vito & Nicks to check out their thin crust, actually Tavern Style, and the square slices. As Fazerrati's has a fairly good sized menu I don't think it's too much to ask to make a few small changes for a custom order. I'd even pay extra!IMHO, change nothing about your recipe, just a small tweak when I call or dine in. I'm originally from Chicago and your pizza is as close to home since I moved to California and these few small tweaks would make it perfect for me, not to mention that you might quite possibly get more business from other ex-pats like myself, for we are Legion and will travel far and wide to get a little taste of home. This review is for Faz's tremendous pizza as well as their LUNCH SPECIALS! This welcoming, family-run spot has stood the test of time for good reason. Their pizzas reflect the care and quality ingredients that are part of their business and that they obviously take pride in. I have tried BBQ Chicken pies at other places and they come up short, all their pizzas are excellent but there is something special about that combination that hits all the notes for me. it has great "heft" per slice, also, which adds to the good value proposition. There is something welcoming and very pleasing about heading in there and seeing families and sports teams young and older enjoying the place, sports on the TV's, kids beseeching their adults for some more quarters and playing the arcade games in the rooms dedicated to the machines so as not to impose on the bigger space, older teams with pitchers and great heavy glass mugs laughing about one thing or another, the employees hustling around and working hard and seemingly enjoying themselves and being part of a solid team with managers/owners that have done every job themselves and know the place inside and out. Lunch times are also fun, if less crowded, and provide one of the best values in Napa! Personal sized pizzas, AYCE Salad Bar options (lots of fresh ingredients to add to your various lettuces), drinks, wings, and other options abound and it's a nice place to relax, spread out, and enjoy at an unrushed pace. I must also mention that I recently had a question/very minor quibble and I used their CONTACT US button on the website and Chelsea got back to me immediately and helped me resolve my request kindly and professionally, and that means a lot to me. First of all, the staff was wonderful, and deserve 5 stars by themselves! Super chill, extremely helpful and they played great music. My son spilled my husband's soda and we tried to clean it up as best we could but needed a mop. They didn't seem annoyed at all and were very understanding. The pizza was also very good and they didn't skimp at all on the toppings, and the overall prices were more than fair. We got the jalapeño mozzarella sticks (side note: Ranch is the right move for dipping sauce), a ham & pineapple pizza, and a small pepperoni for our son--all delicious. The wine? Excellent! Plus, as if this place couldn't be better, they have vending machines and an ice cream cooler for kids. We're here from the South Bay for a quick family getaway to Six Flags and will absolutely be coming back next time we're in the area. 10/5 stars!! Great lunch special! I stopped by here for the first time a few weeks back and ended up going with one of their lunch combos. In my case, I got two slices of pizza, a salad bar, and a soda for $11 (that's including tax). Not a bad deal at all! Fazerrati's offers a variety of lunch specials, ranging from one slice to three, and offers up an upgrade from a soda to a beer for an extra $2, if that's what you're in the mood for. Don't want a salad bar? No problem; just go for slices and a drink. Want to customize your pizza? You can go for a three topping personal pizza. You've got options! I went with a two slice combo and found that the pizza was just okay, though we're talking about pizza that was made earlier and left to keep warm, so I don't have enough of a frame of reference on the quality of their fresh pizza to say anything one way or another. I'd like to try out a mini pizza or maybe get a full pie out of the oven before I make my final decision on their pizza quality. Salad bar is solid and has a lot of options for toppings, and a hand full of meat options, at that. There was one employee just standing behind the register on his phone for at least 15 min while all other employees dashed around handling business. Love this family friendly place with a good size private room in the back (great for holding dinner events for team celebrations). Kids love the racing video games and aren't scolded for being kids, meaning this place is on the louder side. Lots of TVs surround the main tables so it's a good place to come watch the game. Not cheap but very good quality ingredients and they do have some good lunch specials. Our favorite item is the chicken pesto pizza (large chunks of chicken) with a medium sided crust.
