My house could use a facelift so I called for a quote. I don't own my home so all I was willing to do was the outside window and screen cleaning and the home owner covered the gutter cleaning that was desperately needed. The first visit with Sunny, he was very honest and I felt the price quoted was fair. Then I scheduled the apt and even during Covid someone took my call promptly and scheduled us soon as possible. I know the summer months are busy for them so it was a few weeks out but I was willing to wait since it's not the rainy season. The guy who came out (his name escapes me right now) was professional, polite and did a great job! He was here early and done quicker than expected and did a great job! I'm so happy with my clean windows and screens! I'm an avid bird and squirrel watcher so these little things matter to me. And I hate doing windows! I give 5 stars! And when I own my home I plan on setting up with the monthly pay plan and having them clean the gutters 2 x year and do the moss treatment on my roof etc. I highly recommend!

I arranged to have the screens, windows, and gutters cleaned and later added in the window frame, both inside and outside. A very good job was performed. While working inside, the staff took their shoes off and were very quiet and respectful of our home. The pictures provided once a job was finished helped greatly. As a customer having a window cleaning, go ahead and have the frames inside and out cleaned. The dirt accumulated on the frame is worth eliminating up front. There is no question that I would use the service again. The gutters and windows looked like new when the job was finished.

It is harder and harder in King County to find good people who do good work at a good rate, and…read moredamn near impossible to get that on a reasonable timeline. Most people I called were talking about scheduling out 4 months, and I just finished getting a building remodeled and that kind of wait would've been tough. Kevie came out to do a quote in less than a week, and had everything installed and done less than a week after quoting me a very fair price. The whole system is beautiful, hooked up exactly as I'd hoped, and the under side of these gutters are dry as a desert. It feels too good to be true to get such good work at a good, honest price, on such a good timeline, but the truth is, his crew works hard to get to everyone and get it done. I just have too many good things to say to fit here. Just to note, I'm in Renton, and being from here, it feels great to work with a local dude and support someone who clearly takes pride in their work. As long as Kevie is doing this, I won't even try to call another person for any of my future needs. Perfect from the first call to the last one on this project.

It is not possible to overstate how good these guys are. Mine was a smaller job, a second story deck with a sliding door. My previous contractor for this job never bothered to show up, after waiting 6 months. I gave up on this project because in 2020-2021, construction costs skyrocketed as well as materials. No one wanted to do a small job like mine. Well I just took a chance, and called Ken. I couldn't believe how fair his pricing was, and he was able to start my job almost immediately, due to a break in his schedule. They showed up on time every day. He answered my calls immediately, every single time. The were so clean, inside and out. And when a problem rose up, as they do with every job, do you know what they did? They actually just went ahead and solved it without having to come to me and complain and ask for more money or whatever. They treated my job like it was the most important thing they had ever done. I am just blown away. And grateful. Thank you Ken and team. I have attached some pictures, even though this is before paint, etc.
