KMR provided great service. They were responsive providing a quick quote for removing the moss from my roof, treatment, and pressure washing the moss from the driveway. They arrived as schedule with regular updates the day. I didn't need to be on-site which made scheduling easier. I was able o see their 3 employees work and they were both efficient and safe- wearing harnesses. They worked quickly to remove the moss and treated the roof. I would definitely recommend. They are a moss removing company, so I didn't expect them to clean the debris from gutters or windows or deck below. Just be sure to plan on doing that yourself or hiring follow on support. read more

After living across the country for 5 years, we moved home and realized our property manager wasn't keeping up with the gutter and moss that we had paid for (that's another review) so I called around for quotes to get rid of our gutter garden. Kitsap Moss Removal came out, were friendly and professional and half the price of one of their competitors. I hired them, a little worried since the other company said they were the only ones who would remove debris. They were great with communication and were prompt on the day of service. I could hear them working away and a few hours later I walked outside and it looked like a totally different house! The crew did such an amazing job and were polite and friendly. They needed their trailer to haul the debris (there was so much!) and asked if they could leave it for one day and come get it tomorrow. I agreed. They actually ended up cleaning it up later that day and my walkway and drive were cleaner than it was before they started. The roof looks great! Unfortunately, our windows are kind of gunky from debris that was cleaned off the roof. I guess their name is Moss Removal not window washers, but I wouldn't have expected to have to have windows cleaned after service. And yes, I did call and was told they'd clean the windows when they returned to apply the anti-moss stuff on the roof. Bummer that it didn't happen! read more

Got a quote 2 years ago to pressure wash my vinyl siding. Finally got around to wanting to do the work. I emailed the company and after 2 weeks with no response, I called both of their numbers. No answer at either number, and no voicemail or anything. I'm left wondering if they'd gone out of business. Finally today I call again and get a cranky sounding woman on the other end, who listens to me explain the situation and rather than taking responsibility for not responding to a potential customer (I am having a new roof installed this month and expected to use KMR for maintenance going forward) she said in a unfriendly tone "we don't pressure wash houses". I said "I have a written estimate from you for doing it, did you stop offering that service" "Yes we stopped offering that service a very long time ago." I will never use this company for anything, great job losing a potential customer KMR, I will go elsewhere. read more

Although a neighbor recommended against them, I picked KMR based on their Yelp reviews. I was very disappointed in the outcome. They provided great service on the bid, and then extremely bad service on the actual work. They damaged the roof, left cleaning brushes and other debris in the rain gutters and garden, trampled my plants, trashed the windows and siding, and had to come back out to finish all the work promised. We have used these guys for years. They clean and treat our roof annually which cuts down on the total cost and prolongs the life of the roof. Today, what I really commend them for is their "above and beyond" customer service. We lost a couple roof tiles in the last storm. I called the next day to see what happened and they told me they did not have the staff - no one bothered to call me to let me know they could not come. I booked this company based on their reviews and now I'm regretting it. After getting a quote that seemed pretty high, we decided to go with them because of the reviews. Well, they did about 75% of the moss removal ok but when it came to our deck roof they stopped and told my husband they had trouble with it and left. I'm at work and I call the company and they say they weren't supposed to clean it just blow stuff off, but they didn't even do that. The get sent back to do it and manage to barely get most of the debris but none of the moss, mildew or dirt, fool around and generally be a nuisance. They did say the company is short handed and there's no supervisor but that doesn't cut it when I've spent over $600 on this job. If they'd told us they weren't able to cleaning that roof, at least I'd have respected their honesty and gotten a partial refund. Instead they left it and left me to call their office to complain. read more

Absolute perfect job. We have a fairly large house and beg levered the miss for a few years. Last time, we pressure washed it (I know) and while it looked great for about 12-13 months, the miss came back with a vengeance. And the mess!!! This was a much cleaner and roof friendly process. It took 3 guys about 6 hours to get the job done. The cleanup was great; they even pressure washed my entry sidewalk. I've had great service from KMR for roof maintenance and recently found out they also do windows!!! Allie arrived and did an absolutely amazing job. Great attention to detail and incredibly professional. We have a bunch of really large windows and some that are so high it makes my head spin. But she got them done in no time. No streaks! Three workers got the 1600 sq feet done quickly and did a great job of cleanup and haul away. We have a large roof area with over a decade of moss. All of it needed to be scrapped to remove. Andrew and his crew were fabulous! They did a meticulous job and protected our plants. About a week after I found a shingle in our yard. After calling the company the owner himself came out twice - once to assess any damage and the second to make the minor repair. We had 10 years of moss on our roof and landscaping rocks in our garden, which caused everything to look dingy. When the day came to complete the work, we happened to have lots of new plantings in the crew's work area. The crew carefully draped everything off so no plants would be damaged, and proceeded to expertly and quickly remove the moss. Our landscaping now sparkles around newly clean rocks, reminding us of how interesting they were when the hardscape was first installed. Everything looks lovely. AMAZING service. We had lived in our home for 6 years and have wanted to get the moss taken off for a long time. The team was right on time, friendly, funny, most importantly--safe and skilled. We have a very steep roof and they tied ropes around themselves, covered our vegetable garden beds with tarps, asked us to move our cars out of debris' way, and made our roof look absolutely brand new again. We will definitely be doing the annual maintenance program. There was a huge downpour of rain at the end of the job and they had to return and finish the water/solution treatment. They came back the next day as indicated by the team lead. Unfortunately, the windows got sprayed a speckly-white-streaky-mess from the roof treatment (it was really windy that day,) and they promptly returned to clean them to a crystal shine once again.
