Dr.Khan did great Botox injection on my forehead and brows. I feel 10 years younger. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

The staff also wears gloves when handling bodily fluids or when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is behind the building and it is very small. The lot does get full quickly, so you may have to find some street parking, but that shouldn't be an issue. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, small, and organized. They recently moved to a new location, and I love everything except the parking lot because it's so small. A nice upgrade in office space. Yay! Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. Dr. Jen, as always, is very professional, compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He doesn't rush, and he truly listens to his patients. I love that he isn't dismissive at all. My favorite doctor as an adult.

And dare I say it was a very pleasant visit to Dr. Jen's office for the most part... compared to other doctor visits I've been to, going to Dr. Jen definitely won't be daunting compared to others I've been to. My first impression of the place was already a good start, with a very friendly staff and I appreciate that this place seems to keep things in order where I seemed to be the only patient in the office at the time (which is great for the pandemic situation). Dr. Jen was very thorough in my check-up and I specifically came here to also get a pap smear all at once. Very professional throughout, including his female staff member. The pap smear wasn't all that bad (granted my body wasn't cooperating for part of it but that's not his fault) and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time too. Logistics-wise, it was about 3 months out from when I made my appointment call, but I was ok with it since I didn't have an urgent reason. Office itself is in a good location. It's on the 3rd floor and you can find the entrance to the elevators next to the pharmacy. Bonus for the lab being downstairs if you need to get your blood drawn in the future after the doctor's visit, so it's nice that everything you need is in one location. There's free parking around the building and I didn't have trouble snagging a spot on a Friday afternoon.

The doctors and nurses are great, but having to deal with the front and the way that they interact with people is definitely a quick way to make the visit go downhill. I've cancelled my appointments a few times now due to the lack of good customer service.

Her attention was frequently focused on the computer--troubleshooting or documenting--rather than interacting directly with me. I often had to rush through explanations, and upon reviewing my medical records, I found that important clinical details were either missing or inaccurately documented. Prescription management was also problematic. After I moved and updated my pharmacy information, prescriptions were still sent to an outdated location. At one point, they were redirected to a CVS inside a Target near LAX, which was completely inaccessible from my new home. Additionally, Dr. Ehresmann herself once recommended I use a small independent pharmacy in Pasadena to fill a medication that was unavailable at CVS. While that may have seemed practical at the time, these multiple pharmacy changes contributed to inconsistencies in my prescription history. I later became aware of NarxCare, a national prescription monitoring system that tracks controlled substance prescriptions and assigns risk scores based on the number of providers and pharmacies a patient uses. Though I have no history of misuse, I believe the mismanagement of my prescriptions--combined with a provider-recommended change in pharmacy--contributed to a false flag in the system, which has since affected how I am treated in other medical settings. I am sharing this to document specific process issues, not out of emotion or dissatisfaction. Inaccurate documentation, poor prescription coordination, and lack of patient engagement can have serious consequences, and I hope this feedback is used to improve systems that impact patient care. This reflects my personal experience and interpretation, which I share in good faith to help inform others.

My husband now also goes to this doctor and he dislikes going to ANY doctor. During the last appointment Dr. Chiang said he would refer me to a women's pelvic center in Pasadena since now I have an HMO and I thought he had forgotten but he didn't. I got a call a few days later from the center to schedule an appointment. He didn't forget. Overall doctors in his office are good but it's usually he front office that's not always great. If I had to recommend a general doctor he would be it. A caring doctor is the best doctor and Dr. Chiang cares.

And we're not talking about waiting for the medical group to approve it. We're just talking about his laziness. He's a very friendly guy until he isn't. He likes to get his way and he has no patience. If he's in a bad mood get out of his way because he'll do everything and anything to make your life miserable. He doesn't like being questioned as to why things take so long with him. I mean, if you just wanna go there for two seconds get medication and get him to send a blood referral to the lab then you're fine. But if you want someone to care, to really go above and beyond, to listen to you, to give you referrals, to do paperwork in a timely manner, to admit he makes mistakes because he makes a lot, then this is not the doctor for you. Also, it would be best to have a PPO working with him. He's actually OD, instead of an MD, but to be honest with you there's nothing holistic about his approach.
