I was really disappointed with my experience here. The medical assistants that helped me on my…read morevisit were very sweet and prompt. Thankfully I didn't have to wait long for the doctor as well. However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.

The friend who referred me to Dr. Ng literally owes her life to Dr. Ng who diagnosed in very early stages cancer of her kidney, and who is now completely recovered and healthy. You can call her any time of day or night and you get HER, not her exchange. She gives you email and cell phone. The best medical treatment I have ever found. If you go to see her and engage her as your doctor, please tell her that Robert Earhart referred you. And, send me an email at earhartr@aol.com to let me know if you have any questions or how things go. You will do yourself the best favor ever to make Dr. Ng your doctor for life!

I just called the number listed here and whoever answered the phone was fairly rude asking "Who's Patient Are you?" in a condescending tone. I told her I'm no one's patient yet but that I found the listing on yelp and thought I'd call and she just said "the doctors aren't looking for anymore patients". I honestly don't think that is a way to speak to anyone especially when they are looking for help. Every time I see her, I see that she's so busy and overloaded that I personally feel like I should just rush through my visit, so she can have more time with other patients with more, or more serious, issues than I have. Yet, once she walks into the room, she sits down and has a full on conversation with me with her full undivided attention. She obviously keeps very careful and detailed notes on each patient and reviews them before walking into the room. She then documents everything said during the visit, so nothing slips through the cracks. She also personally calls to discuss lab results! Seriously. My last visit this past week, I saw her scarfing down her lunch in the back while I sat in the waiting room. I felt so bad and wanted to make my visit a breeze, but she sat me down and talked about so many details in my life. She even gave me some excellent career advice which I'm so grateful for. A few days later, she called to discuss my lab results and to alter some prescriptions. She doesn't even rush a phone call like that. My favorite story though is a few years ago, when I had no insurance, an old health problem arose, and I called my local pharmacy just hoping against all odds they'd refill an old prescription. Obviously, they couldn't, so they said they'd call Dr. Grigorian to see if she would okay the prescription. I immediately got a call from Dr. Grigorian's office saying that since she hasn't seen me in awhile, she'd feel more comfortable if I went in to get checked out first. The medical assistant even said she'd be willing to have me come in during her lunch break. This was in no way a medical emergency too! Thank you Dr. Grigorian for being the best!

So kind, attentive and personable. Something changed over the last 2-3 years when she started offering a concierge service at the cost of 2k a year. At first, it was made to seem like an elite members only type service for a select few but over the last year I believe her practice changed to solely serve concierge clients. In the years that my family member was a patient, Dr P not once checked in on her during her hospitalizations. Rather, she would send someone in her place. The answering service is always on so you don't get a live person when you call. You need to leave a message and wait for a call back. Recently, the call back time has gotten better. Parking is at a fee unless you park in the residential area two blocks away. Her PA April August is really great. The office staff is nice. The waiting area is small- her office so small. I get the need to find a way to keep a private practice thriving, but lately it's at the expense of lower income individuals. It just feels icky to have to pay up or move on after being a patient for over 10 years.
