The inside is nice and clean with a great ambiance Unfortunately the food at this location is sub par. Inconsistent pizza. Sometimes the crust is rubbery and undercooked or not kneaded enough and has thick spots. Sometimes it's overcooked and inedible. The pizza tastes over seasoned, it's tough to explain but too garlicky or something. The sandwiches, and I think Johnnys sandwiches are the best, are lacking the same amount of meat that I get at other locations. Maybe it's inflation but when I get a turkey sandwich I want a hunk of meat not just bread and veggies and minimal protein. May I suggest that when you name a pizza THE BIG KAHUNA & say that it features ham & pineapple... That you smother it with BIG chunks of delicious honey-glazed ham & succulent fresh pineapples instead of the 3 tiny/deli-thin-sliced/overcooked ham & 3 tiny/chopped-down/tasteless/nearly-unrecognizable wedges of pineapple that it actually came with? This was essentially a not-very-good cheese slice with an afterthought of Mini-Me ham & Little-P pineapple just to keep it this side of false advertising. And I don't like giving 3-star reviews (refer to my every-business-should-be-a-5-star-business philosophy), but, quite frankly, the place was filthy. Trash all over the floor, dusty decor & my little table was sticky & completely covered with salt & crumbs & a one-foot portion next to the wall had a thick, gritty, grayish-black layer of dust (like when your storage boxes have sat in the garage for years on end) & the napkin holder box had that same "patina" of grimy dust & crumbs (my fingers literally turned black as I tried to sweep the crumbs off for a photo op = not good). I guess the waitresses are too busy checking their Smartphones to care about cleanliness? I did note that the place stays open 'til 3am - catering to the bar crowd, no doubt (not known for their cognizance of cleanliness at that hour!) With the restaurant business being what it is (extremely competitive), may I suggest that it's time for the owners to step up their game? read more

I've been here a few times and the food is always great, so I struggle to give the place a one star. Tonight I decided to use a delivery app to get a pizza delivered - what a nightmare. The order went off without a hitch and was accepted by Fatty's. An hour after the order was placed, I get a call from both Fatty's and Waitr, letting me know my order couldn't be completed . They initially accepted the order, only to realize they didn't have any white sauce for the pizza. Not an issue by itself, but apparently they got busy and they never bothered calling me to reconcile the problem for a whole hour. Their reasoning was "they got busy with customers", but the last time I checked, I was a customer too (who had already ordered and paid) and this would have taken a one minute phone call to fix. The pizza arrived late, at no fault to the delivery service. It would have been nice if Fatty's took any consideration while dealing with this order or had done anything to make good on their mistake. Next time I'll go with my gut and just order from IVP. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There is no clarity on the menu. We were told items on the menu were not available even though they were clearly listed. We waited over 45 min for two slices and a drink each before finally just leaving. No one at the tables had their food and had been waiting even before my party got there. Do not go here. We paid and never received our food, nor any update when it would be ready. One lady came in to pick up her to go order that had clearly never been put in, and she said she had called her order in over 40 min ago. The person behind the counter had no idea what was going on and still put her order in without any warning that there was a wait. Don't even bother. read more

My daughter ordered two slices of cheese pizza and a drink. When she went to get her drink, there were bugs in the water. She went to discreetly tell the woman with pink hair at the register and was snapped at, asking her "what kind of bugs?" Seriously? As if any bugs are good bugs. The woman shook her head at my daughter, slung a bottle of water at her, then went to the kitchen and said, "I'm not trying to be an a$$hole, but..." My daughter walked out. Unsure who the little toothless troll is with pink hair, but she needs to go, and the place needs to clean up and get it's act together. read more
