The Macon location really didn't live up to it this time. I ordered cheesesticks, and the entire bottom was black and burnt. For how much the food costs, that's just not acceptable. The guy at the register (who I'm pretty sure is new) took about five minutes to ring me up because he didn't know what he was doing and almost charged me half the price. On top of that, he was cussing while working, which felt extremely unprofessional, especially in front of customers. What made it worse was seeing employees leave the bathroom without washing their hands. That's a serious food safety issue, and it really turned me off from eating there again. The place looked clean, and the staff wasn't rude, which is why I'm giving three stars instead of less. But as someone who works at a different Your Pie, I know this location can and should be doing much better. read more

Staff are very friendly but the failure is they put to go orders as a priority even if you've been standing in line for 5 minutes. We use to frequent this business pre and during Covid. I'm very familiar with Your Pie as there were a few locations back at home. You can only imagine how thrilled I was when I found out we were getting one in Macon! Went during the soft opening and the line was out the door as we'd expect it to be. The restaurant is huge compare to the 3 locations I've been to before. Very well laid out, however, with plenty of walking space in between tables. If you've never been to a Your Pie, imagine a place like Chipotle or Subway where you can pick out your toppings... except with with pizza! Forget the fact that they make paninis and salads because you're only really there for pizza anyways! The service, for how busy it was, was great. Everyone was friendly and the food was great. Great and tasty pizza but a fly was on the pre flattened dough. We went during early afternoon and the staff was great except they didnt seem to care when someone in my party pointed out that one of the pre flattened doughs on the dough rack had a fly on it. They just shooed it off and kept the dough there instead of throwing it away. So I would assume the fly had landed on more of the pre flattened doughs. I suggest the pre flattened dough rack should be kept in a plastic box the flys cannot get into. Food was great, will not eat there again because of the fly situation though. read more

Your Pie would be receiving 5 stars from me, if their service wasn't so terrible. I waited for about 45 minutes in line, and there was only one party in front of me. Apparently, they ran out of dough. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to be rung up at the register. They had 5 people working, so this is unacceptable. All of the employees were grumpy, and never apologized once for the terrible service. I literally had to put more money in the parking meter, because I only paid for 1 hour originally. The food took another 10 minutes. The pizza was amazing! I loved the thin crust. The strawberry gelato was also amazing. I recommend Your Pie, if you have a couple hours to eat one meal. read more

This place is our office staff favorite Friday go to spot. But it's deelish on any day of the week. Everything here is amazing. Personal pizzas, calzones, paninis and they even serve pasta now. mmmmh mmh! The staff here is super cool and awesome folks. The owners are ballers who go out of there way to get it right. Usually the newness of a restaurant wears off after a few months but not here. It's always a treat. Almost a year and still going strong. I'm health conscious so I'm hooked on a pizza called The Nat. For a family friendly restaurant for pizza made your way to order this place fits the bill. Have been there twice now and the first time ordered the pizza they are known for which had chicken and bacon on it. It was ok rather bland however the next time I had them make me my version! Much much better with having them do my creation. They also have gelato which is cheap and if you just want something sweet it serves the purpose. Now if you want something really big and sweet just go next door to Decadent Desserts. Smart for knowing not to compete with them with a lot of desserts. read more

My salad was good, but several pieces were wilted and not fresh. The pasta was not good at all. It was supposed to be a cheesy Alfredo. It was definitely cheesy, like cheese overload, almost inedible. The cheese was a blend of something that tasted like cheddar, which was odd. I was expecting Parmesan, but it was definitely white cheddar or something. The pizza was decent, lacked a little flavor, but overall it was okay. I just wasn't wowed like I expected to be. Ordered online at 4:50 and was told my pizza would be ready at 5:11. Arrived at the restaurant and they were taking my two pizzas out of the over. They were both completely burnt. She asked if she could remake them and I said yes. Waited another 35 minutes before my pizza was made. They helped the other people in line before they even started on my pizzas. The husband and I went to Your Pie with in the first week it opened... What a great place! You walk in and pick your pizza and toppings (unlimited toppings for your pizza). We also got cheese sticks. The pizza was fantastic! I definitely recommend getting balsamic on top! I'm not sure what all toppings we got because we literally just piled on everything! I hate leaving a sub-par review for local places, especially ones that are incredibly tasty. The food here is definitely a 4.5 star, but not getting the order right and the price knocks it down. We got the cheesy bread for an appetizer, and it was quite small. We ordered it with ranch and marinara, but got neither sauce. I won't lie--it was a great cheesy bread. The bread was crispy and not greasy, and the cheese was gooey. I got a side caesar salad (my significant other got a calabrese salad), and they mistakenly gave me the greek salad! I won't lie--it was really good. But I wanted a caesar salad. I ordered the great white pizza and absolutely loved it. Definitely the highlight of the meal. I do wish they had an option to make it gluten-free. This place also has amazing gelato, even though they may not have the flavors listed on their online menu. This would have been my first time eating here. I walked in around 815PM to order at the store after putting in an order on Waitr that was never accepted around 720PM which I cancelled. I asked dude at the register about a particular pizza and proceeded to order when he says, "I'm not trying to be that guy but we are about to close and you should probably go to Bass Rd". No sign on the door, 2 customers inside, front door wasn't locked, and store actually closed at 830. Why would I even eat at THIS location with such terrible customer service. We ordered online and then even called ahead to make sure our large party could be accommodated. Was told it wouldn't be a problem. Great place downtown! Family friendly (kids get free scoop of gelato with a kid's pizza), but they also do have beer/wine. Lots of seating and the pizza is great. Everyone liked picking their own toppings (similar to Chipotle, you choose your sauce and toppings as you go down the line). Lots of seating and great atmosphere.
